In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the resource information pushing method further includes:
s502, acquiring user information of a target user with resource payment behavior in a preset first time period; the user information of the target user comprises at least one of a resource payment value, resource payment time, a user identifier and basic information of the user.
The preset first time period is a time period required to acquire user information of a target user who has a resource payment behavior, and may be 15 minutes or 30 minutes, which is not limited herein. The target user refers to a user who is delinquent in resources and has already been urged to pay.
Specifically, after the target user has the payment behavior, the user information is stored in the marketing system, and the user information of the target user having the resource payment behavior in the time period is screened from the resource information stored in the marketing system according to a first time period preset in advance. Taking the electric power marketing system as an example, the computer device may obtain the payment electric charge values, the arrearage payment time, the basic information of the user and the like of all users who have paid the arrearage electric charge behavior within the first 15 minutes of the current time in the marketing system.
S504, generating second text information according to the user information and a preset second information template; the second text information comprises resource payment information of the user in the preset time period.
The preset second information template refers to a short message template set by the computer device according to the collection prompting requirement, and the second information template may include default resource variables, paid resource variables, user characteristic variables, time variables, user address information variables, user name variables, user number variables, balance status and the like.
The second text information refers to text information of each user generated by replacing variables in a preset second information template with resource data of the corresponding user.
Specifically, the computer device may directly replace the resource data of each user with a variable in the second information template to generate second text information; the resource data of each user may be filled in the corresponding variable of the second information template to generate the second text information, which is not limited herein. For example, the generated second text information of each user may be: 2020-07-07, low voltage residential users, Zhang III, 0947000047020000, Address: shenzhen, Longgang district Longling mountain villa No. 1, complemented in 202005, amount: 200. the user still needs to be paid: stage 202006: 300. alternatively 2020-07-07, low voltage residential, 0947000047020001, address: shenzhen, Longgang district Longling mountain villa No. 2, complemented in 202004, amount: 100. 202005 term paid, amount: 200. 202006 term paid, amount: 300. the user has paid the balance.
And S506, sending the second text information of each target user to a corresponding payer urging terminal.
Specifically, after the computer device obtains the collection-urging priority list and the second text information of each user, the first text information of each user can be sent to the payer-urging terminal in real time. In an example, the computer device receives the second text information of each user and directly sends the second text information to the payer urging terminal. And second text information of each user can be periodically sent to the terminal of the payer. Exemplarily, the acquired first text information of each user is sent to the payer urging terminal every 15 minutes. Optionally, the transmission status may be recorded when the information is successfully transmitted.
The corresponding collection priority list and the second text information of each user are sent to the corresponding payer, the second text information of each user can be sent to each corresponding payer one by one, or the second text information of each user corresponding to the payer is summarized into one text information to be sent to the corresponding payer, and no limitation is imposed on the text information.
In the embodiment, user information of a target user with a resource payment behavior in a preset first time period is acquired; and generating second text information according to the user information and a preset second information template, and sending the second text information of each target user to a corresponding payer urging terminal. Because the user information of the target user who has the resource payment behavior within the preset time period is fed back to the payer, repeated payment urging of the payer can be avoided, meanwhile, the user information of the target user who has the resource payment behavior does not need to be counted manually by the payer, and the working efficiency of the payer is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, generating the second text information according to the user information and a preset second information template includes:
s602, respectively associating the resource payment value, the resource payment time, the user identification and the basic information of each user to obtain a resource statistical table of each user; the resource statistical table comprises a resource payment information table, a resource state table and a user basic information table.
The resource payment information table is a statistical table for paying the target user resources. The resource state table indicates whether the target user settles the delinquent resource, and can be settled or not. The user basic information table comprises the number, name, address, electricity utilization type and the like of the target user.
Specifically, the resource information of each user in the target users who have paid behavior is screened out in the marketing system, and the resource payment value, the resource payment time, the user identification and the basic information of each user in the resource information of each user are respectively filled into the corresponding resource payment information table, the corresponding resource state table and the corresponding user basic information table.
S604, replacing the corresponding variable in the second information template according to the resource data in the resource statistical table of each user to obtain the second text information of each user.
Specifically, the computer device may directly replace the resource data in the resource statistics table of each user with the variable in the second information template; it is also possible to fill the resource data in the resource statistics table of each user in the corresponding variable of the second information template, which is not limited herein. In this embodiment, the resource payment value, the resource payment time, the user identifier, and the basic information of each user are respectively associated to obtain a resource statistical table of each user, and the resource data in the resource statistical table of each user is substituted for the corresponding variable in the second information template to obtain the second text information of each user. Because the user information of the target user with the resource payment behavior does not need to be manually counted by the payment urging personnel, the working efficiency of the payment urging personnel is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the resource information pushing method further includes:
s702, acquiring a resource feature tag of the user to be prompted in a preset second time period from the tag library, wherein the resource feature tag represents the type of the resource to be prompted.
The label library is a database comprising a plurality of resource characteristic labels such as user identification, defaulting resources, payment resources and the like, a short message configuration template and the like. The preset second time period is a preset time period, and may be 12 hours before the current time or 48 hours before the current time.
Specifically, the tag library includes a plurality of resource feature tags such as a user identifier, a delinquent resource, a payment resource, and a user feature, and the resource feature tags of the user to be urged are obtained from the tag library within a preset second time period. Taking the label library corresponding to the electric power marketing system as an example, optionally, the resource types to be urged can be user characteristic labels, and can be high-voltage users, low-voltage residential users and low-voltage non-residential users. The meter reading information table is a table containing user information, user numbers and corresponding payers. The meter reading section data means that each user has a user number, each payer corresponds to a plurality of users, and each payer corresponds to all user number sections.
Specifically, the computer equipment acquires meter reading section data corresponding to the payer urging in real time from a meter reading information table in the marketing system; the data of the meter reading section comprises user identifications corresponding to the payment urging members. In this embodiment, the resource characteristic tag of the user to be charged in the preset second time period is acquired from the tag library, the meter reading section data corresponding to the payer is acquired from the meter reading information table, and the resource data, the resource characteristic tag and the meter reading section data are associated to obtain the defaulting resource user wide table. The wide list of the delinquent resource users can summarize the user information of each user, better count the related information of the delinquent resource users and improve the information management efficiency.
In another example, as shown in fig. 8, the resource information pushing method includes:
s802, resource data of a plurality of users are obtained through a marketing system.
And S804, acquiring the resource characteristic label of the user to be urged in the preset second time period from the label library.
And S806, obtaining the meter reading section data corresponding to the payer from the meter reading information table.
And S808, associating the resource data, the resource characteristic label and the meter reading section data to obtain a delinquent resource user wide table.
S810, acquiring the actual payment resource value and the payment resource value of the user according to the payment resource data of the user.
S812, calculating the resource recovery rate of each user according to the actual resource payment value and the resource due payment value.
S814, the resource recovery rates of the users are arranged in the order from small to large, and the priority of each user is determined according to the order of the arranged users.
And S816, replacing the default resource data of each user with the corresponding variable in the first information template to generate first text information of each user.

In this embodiment, because the collection-urging priority of each user is determined by using the resource data of the user, the collection-urging member preferentially collects the collection-urging priority of the high-risk user according to the collection-urging priority of each user in order, so that the collection-urging efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the user information of the target user who has the resource collection behavior within the preset time period is timely fed back to the collection-urging member, so that the repeated collection-urging of the collection-urging member can be avoided, and meanwhile, the user information of the target user who has the resource collection behavior is not required to be manually counted by the collection-urging member, so that the work efficiency of the collection-urging member is improved. All the operations of inquiring and counting the resource information data are completed by the computer equipment, and the data do not need to be counted and managed manually, so that the information management efficiency is improved, and the efficiency of the collection charging mode is further improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-8 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-8 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a resource information pushing apparatus, including: a first obtaining module 91, a determining module 92, a generating module 93 and a sending module 94, wherein:
a first obtaining module 91, configured to obtain resource data of a plurality of users through a marketing system; the resource data comprises payment resource data and delinquent resource data of the user;
the determining module 92 is configured to determine, according to the payment resource data of each user, a collection prompting priority of each user, and generate a collection prompting priority list;
the generating module 93 is configured to generate first text information of each user according to the default resource data of each user and a preset first information template; the first text information comprises details of the delinquent resources of the user;
and the sending module 94 is configured to send the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user to a corresponding terminal of a payer to prompt the payer to collect resources according to the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the determination module 92 includes:
the first obtaining unit 921 is configured to obtain an actual payment resource value and a due payment resource value of the user according to the payment resource data of the user;
the determining unit 922 is configured to determine the collection priority of each user according to the actual resource payment value and the corresponding resource payment value.
In one embodiment, the determining unit 922 is configured to calculate a resource recovery rate of each user according to the actual resource payment value and the corresponding resource payment value; and arranging the resource recovery rates of the users in the order from small to large, and determining the priority of each user according to the order of the arranged users.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the generating module 93 includes:
the replacing unit 931 is configured to replace the default resource data of each user with a corresponding variable in the first information template, so as to generate first text information of each user.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the generating module 93 includes:
a second obtaining unit 932, configured to obtain user information of a target user who has a resource payment behavior within a preset first time period; the user information of the target user comprises at least one of a resource payment value, resource payment time, a user identifier and basic information of the user;
a generating unit 933, configured to generate second text information according to the user information and a preset second information template; the second text information comprises resource payment information of the user in a preset time period;
and the sending unit 934 is configured to send the second text information of each target user to a corresponding payer urging terminal.
In an embodiment, the generating unit 933 is configured to associate the resource payment value, the resource payment time, the user identifier, and the basic information of each user respectively to obtain a resource statistics table of each user; the resource statistical table comprises a resource payment information table, a resource state table and a user basic information table;
and replacing the corresponding variable in the second information template according to the resource data in the resource statistical table of each user to obtain the second text information of each user.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 10, the resource information pushing apparatus further includes:
a second obtaining module 95, configured to obtain, from the tag library, a resource feature tag of the user to be prompted to receive in a preset second time period, where the resource feature tag represents a type of a resource to be prompted to receive;
the third obtaining module 96 is configured to obtain meter reading section data corresponding to the payer from the meter reading information table; the data of the meter reading section comprises user identifications corresponding to all the payment urging members;
and the association module 97 is configured to associate the resource data, the resource feature tag, and the meter reading section data to obtain a delinquent resource user wide table.
For specific limitations of the resource information pushing apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the resource information pushing method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the resource information pushing device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 12. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a resource information pushing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 12 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring resource data of a plurality of users through a marketing system; the resource data comprises payment resource data and delinquent resource data of the user; determining the collection prompting priority of each user according to the payment resource data of each user, and generating a collection prompting priority list; generating first text information of each user according to default resource data of each user and a preset first information template; the first text information comprises details of the delinquent resources of the user; and sending the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user to a corresponding terminal of a payer to prompt the payer to collect resources according to the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring resource data of a plurality of users through a marketing system; the resource data comprises payment resource data and delinquent resource data of the user; determining the collection prompting priority of each user according to the payment resource data of each user, and generating a collection prompting priority list; generating first text information of each user according to default resource data of each user and a preset first information template; the first text information comprises details of the delinquent resources of the user; and sending the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user to a corresponding terminal of a payer to prompt the payer to collect resources according to the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A resource information pushing method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring resource data of a plurality of users through a marketing system; the resource data comprises payment resource data and delinquent resource data of the user;
determining the collection prompting priority of each user according to the payment resource data of each user and generating a collection prompting priority list;
generating first text information of each user according to the delinquent resource data of each user and a preset first information template; the first text information comprises default resource details of the user;
and sending the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user to a corresponding terminal of a payer to prompt the payer to collect resources according to the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a hasty priority for each of said users based on said payment resource data for each of said users comprises:
acquiring an actual payment resource value and a due payment resource value of the user according to the payment resource data of the user;
and determining the collection prompting priority of each user according to the actual resource payment value and the resource due payment value.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the collection-urging priority of each of the users according to the actual payment resource value and the due payment resource value comprises:
calculating the resource recovery rate of each user according to the actual resource payment value and the resource due payment value;
and arranging the resource recovery rate of each user in a descending order, and determining the priority of each user according to the order of each arranged user.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the generating text information of each user according to the delinquent resource data of each user and a preset first information template comprises:
and replacing corresponding variables in the first information template with the delinquent resource data of each user to generate first text information of each user.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the generating text information of each user according to the delinquent resource data of each user and a preset first information template comprises:
acquiring user information of a target user with a resource payment behavior within a preset first time period; the user information of the target user comprises at least one of a resource payment value, resource payment time, a user identification and basic information of the user;
generating second text information according to the user information and a preset second information template; the second text information comprises resource payment information of the user in the preset time period;
and sending the second text information of each target user to a corresponding payer urging terminal.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the generating second text information according to the user information and a preset second information template comprises:
respectively associating the resource payment value, the resource payment time, the user identification and the basic information of each user to obtain a resource statistical table of each user; the resource statistical table comprises a resource payment information table, a resource state table and a user basic information table;
and replacing the corresponding variable in the second information template according to the resource data in the resource statistical table of each user to obtain second text information of each user.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a resource feature tag of a user to be prompted in a preset second time period from a tag library, wherein the resource feature tag represents the type of a resource to be prompted;
obtaining meter reading section data corresponding to the payment urging member from the meter reading information table; the meter reading section data comprises user identifications corresponding to the payment urging members;
and associating the resource data, the resource characteristic labels and the meter reading section data to obtain a default resource user width table.
8. An apparatus for pushing resource information, the apparatus comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring resource data of a plurality of users through a marketing system; the resource data comprises payment resource data and delinquent resource data of the user;
the determining module is used for determining the collection prompting priority of each user according to the payment resource data of each user and generating a collection prompting priority list;
the generating module is used for generating first text information of each user according to the default resource data of each user and a preset first information template; the first text information comprises default resource details of the user;
and the sending module is used for sending the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user to a corresponding terminal of a payer to enable the payer to carry out resource collection according to the collection prompting priority list and the first text information of each user.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
