The specification, protocol, format and basic principle and definition of the WebService are consistent, so that the service-oriented design can adopt WebService technology and specification (such as UDDI/WSDL/SOAP/XML, etc.) to implement the application interface of the SOA architecture, and the service-oriented design can adopt technologies including JMS, MQ, etc. Since the definition of the service is described separately from the implementation, i.e. loosely coupled, the inherent implementation of the service can be easily replaced without any impact on the existing system, and thus the flexibility of the IT architecture can be well guaranteed.
The application system adopting the multilayer architecture adopts a component technology to separate interface control, service logic and data mapping, realizes loose coupling in the system and flexibly and quickly responds to the requirements of service change on the system. The system hierarchy is generally divided into a client layer, an access presentation layer, a business logic layer, a data layer (including a data mapping layer and data sources), and an infrastructure platform. In the embodiment, the detailed data of the business system in the marketing HANA large-household-number platform is taken as a main data source, and various external data are combined at the same time; based on a tag library system, four-direction theme analysis of 'electric charge risk prevention and control analysis', 'sensitive client identification and analysis', 'power supply and utilization safety prevention and control analysis' and 'market expansion analysis' is developed, and client portrait tags and contents are enriched; meanwhile, various forms of integration modes are developed, the client portrait data is integrated with marketing services and a marketing system, and various services are promoted to be deeply promoted.
The system is easy to use and maintain, and has a good user operation interface, a humanized management tool and complete help information. Under the guidance and the constraint of the overall technical requirements, the core technology of system design implementation is realized by adopting a component technology, and the comprehensive balance among quality factors such as performance, reliability, usability and the like is considered, so that the smooth realization of the technical target is ensured.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. the marketing HANA big data platform is used for acquiring marketing service data and external data;
the tag library system is used for carrying out theme analysis according to the marketing business data and external data to obtain client portrait data;
and the marketing system is used for integrating the customer portrait data and performing business processing.
2. The customer representation data-based electricity marketing business application system of claim 1, wherein the marketing business data comprises customer base data, meter reading data, and electricity quantity data.
3. The customer representation data based electricity marketing services application system of claim 2,
and the marketing business data is stored in a marketing business database and is synchronized to the marketing HANA big data platform through a data real-time synchronization tool.
4. The customer representation data based electricity marketing services application system of claim 3,
and the external data is imported to the marketing HANA big data platform in a file or data import mode.
5. The customer representation data based electricity marketing services application system of claim 4,
the tag library system utilizes the marketing business data, external data and computing service capacity to carry out data mining analysis, and the obtained customer portrait data is integrated with the marketing system in the forms of front-end page integration, interface integration and data sharing integration.

The customer representation data-based electricity marketing services application system of claim 5, wherein the topical analysis comprises: the method comprises the following steps of electric charge risk prevention and control analysis, sensitive customer identification and analysis, power supply and utilization safety prevention and control analysis and market expansion analysis.

The customer representation data based electricity marketing services application of claim 6, wherein the marketing system includes a display module for displaying customer representation data in a page-integrated manner, the customer representation data comprising: the system comprises an electronic account book, a new power connection user, a new change, a new renewal, a charge control user, a three-in-one bill, payment preference, overdue risk of electric charge, overdue condition, load condition, customer grade, credit grade, scene condition, electric quantity condition, power factor, frequent complaint customers, power failure sensitive customers, default fund condition, default electricity utilization treatment, electricity stealing treatment, electric charge sensitive customers, group customers, low security customers, one-family and multiple-population, meter reading sensitive users, temporary electricity utilization condition, real name condition, load rate, excess capacity, service demand and important users, and is displayed by a manual label to provide basis for subsequent business handling;
displaying demand response related tags in a page integration mode, wherein the demand response related tags comprise: load condition, effective participation peak clipping condition, average load rate, whether to be willing to participate in demand response, whether to be willing to participate in electricity selling market, hosting cloud monitoring, self-building EMS, suspected EMS, energy storage equipment and controllable air conditioner load;
displaying a security billboard tag in a page-integrated manner, the security billboard tag comprising: the method comprises the steps of self-operation and maintenance, substitute operation and maintenance, transformer aging, accidents occurring within one year, special position users, overdue preventive tests, upcoming due preventive tests, failure of operation and maintenance personnel to reach the standard, incomplete all-around prevention and all-around prevention, comprehensive evaluation risk level of electricity utilization safety, poor operation and maintenance of customers, easy pollution to enterprises, load switch/circuit breaker aging, metering rheological aging, metering voltage variable aging, protecting rheological aging, protecting voltage variable aging, easy rainfall influence and good labels of self-supply power supplies, and a changed page is configured according to specific service personnel to display electricity utilization safety conditions of a user side to which the service personnel belong.
