receiving information issued by an authority on public service application in a public service platform built based on a block chain, integrating the information into corresponding public service project information, and recording the public service project information in an account book of the block chain through an intelligent contract, wherein the public service project information comprises basic information of a donation object, donation plan information and authentication information of the authority;
the public welfare company acquires public welfare item information on the public welfare application, receives the public welfare account after creating a corresponding public welfare account based on the acquired public welfare item information, associates the public welfare account with a donation object in the public welfare item information, and records the public welfare account and the associated donation object in an account book of the block chain through an intelligent contract;
receiving public welfare fund raising activity data issued by the public welfare company on a public welfare application based on the public welfare project information, and recording the public welfare fund raising activity data in an account book of the block chain through an intelligent contract, wherein the public welfare fund raising activity data comprises various types of public welfare activities;
receiving the public service activity data of the staff of the public service company after executing the corresponding public service activity based on the public service application, recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account number based on the public service activity data and through the recharging rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract, recording the transaction details of the public service activity, and recording the public service activity data and the transaction details in the account book of the block chain.
2. The server of claim 1, wherein the types of commonweal activities include sports, learning, green travel, shared economy, interest, and direct donations.
3. The server according to claim 2, wherein the step of receiving the public service activity data after the employee of the public service company executes the corresponding public service activity based on the public service application, and recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account according to the recharging rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract based on the public service activity data specifically comprises:
if the type of the public service activities executed by the staff of the public service company in the public service application through the held intelligent equipment is movement, receiving movement data sent by the intelligent equipment, and recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account on the basis of the movement data and through a recharging rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract;
if the type of the public service activities executed by the staff of the public service company in the public service application through the held intelligent equipment is learning, receiving learning data sent by the intelligent equipment, and recharging corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account on the basis of the learning data and through a recharging rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract;
if the type of the public service activities executed by the staff of the public service company in the public service application through the held intelligent equipment is green trip, receiving positioning data sent by the intelligent equipment, and recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account number through a recharging rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract on the basis of the positioning data;
if the type of the public service activities executed by the staff of the public service company in the public service application through the held intelligent equipment is the sharing economy, receiving the sharing data sent by the intelligent equipment, and recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account on the basis of the sharing data and through the recharging rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract;
if the type of the public service activities executed by the staff of the public service company in the public service application through the held intelligent equipment is the interest, receiving the interest data sent by the intelligent equipment, and recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account number through the recharging rules of the public service amount in the intelligent contract based on the interest data;
and if the type of the public service activities executed by the staff of the public service company in the public service application through the held intelligent equipment is direct donation, receiving transfer data sent by the intelligent equipment through calling a third party interface, and recharging the corresponding public service recharging amount for the public service account based on the transfer data.
4. A server according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the processing system, when executed by the processor, further performs the steps of:
and receiving a request for viewing the public service item initiated based on the public service application, and displaying public service item information, a public service account number, public service fund raising activity data, public service activity data and transaction details corresponding to the public service item on a page where the public service application is located based on the request.

s3, the server receives public service fund raising activity data which is issued by the public service company on the public service application based on the public service project information, and records the public service fund raising activity data in an account book of the block chain through an intelligent contract, wherein the public service fund raising activity data comprises various types of public service activities;
and S4, the server receives the public service activity data after the staff of the public service company executes the corresponding public service activity based on the public service application, charges the corresponding public service charge amount for the public service account number through the charge rule of the public service amount in the intelligent contract based on the public service activity data, records the transaction details of the public service activity, and records the public service activity data and the transaction details in the account book of the block chain.
6. The block chain-based public welfare data processing method according to claim 5, wherein the types of public welfare activities include sports, learning, green travel, shared economy, compulsory sale and direct donation.
