In various industries, a great deal of business orphans may be generated due to the deputy of business personnel. As in the insurance industry, a policy called an insurance orphan is left unattended due to a salesperson's job leaving or applying for transfer service. The insurance applicant of the insurance lonely is called the lonely customer, and these lonely customers have become the customer resource of insurance company, so the lonely customer can not have no reason, need to redistribute the business personnel for its service, realize the reallocation of lonely customer. Currently, the related distribution modes of the insurance orphan mainly comprise bundled sales, manual distribution, non-pure customers and regional management. The bound sale refers to another insurance policy which is sold in combination with the insurance orphan and has services of the incumbent business personnel, the non-pure client refers to the client who has other incumbent business personnel to serve the insurance policy, and the regional management refers to searching for the responsible person of the district where the address is located or is closest to the address of the client. However, the existing insurance loneliness related distribution mode has a single distribution flow and low distribution efficiency, and lacks data analysis on the loneliness clients, so that the loneliness clients cannot be subjected to targeted service, thereby causing waste of human resources and being not beneficial to maintenance of the whole client resources.
Based on the above consideration, the embodiment of the invention provides a method for allocating a salesman to an orphan customer. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a method for assigning a clerk to an orphan customer according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, an orphan customer is assigned a clerk 1, which includes:
step S1-1, obtaining information of a plurality of orphan lists from a core service system to determine information of a plurality of orphan clients respectively associated with the plurality of orphan lists;
step S1-2, for each solitary customer, acquiring at least one business label associated with the solitary customer from a business big data platform based on the information of the solitary customer, and determining the customer type of the solitary customer based on one or more of the at least one business label and a preset classification rule;
and step S1-3, distributing a predetermined type of staff to the plurality of orphan clients based on the client types of the orphan clients.
Each orphan has a plurality of service labels associated with service attributes thereof, all orphan clients corresponding to the orphan can be classified based on part or all of the service labels, each client can correspond to respective preset classification rules, each client is matched with service personnel meeting corresponding preset types, and then each orphan client is respectively distributed with the service personnel matched with the client, so that the proper service personnel are distributed to the orphan clients, and the distribution efficiency is improved; and based on the service attribute analysis of the orphan, the potential requirements of the customers are reflected, the customers are classified according to the potential requirements, the customers in the same category are matched with service personnel meeting the corresponding preset conditions, the reasonable distribution of the orphan customers is realized, the human resources and the service resources are saved, and the maintenance of the customers and the development of the service are facilitated. The method is suitable for being widely applied to any occasion of distributing business personnel to the orphan clients of the orphan.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in step S1-1, information of a plurality of orphan lists is acquired from a core service system to determine information of a plurality of orphan clients respectively associated with the plurality of orphan lists.
Specifically, the information of the orphan is already recorded in the core business system at the time of purchase of the orphan, and the information (such as the basic detail data) related to the orphan is stored in the database. When the information of the orphan client of the orphan needs to be acquired, the information can be directly acquired from the core service system.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the method 1 may further include: labeling at least one business label of the insurance orphan. Further, the label may be a manual label, or may be a non-manual automatic label, or may be a combination of the two.
Specifically, when relevant business personnel leave the work, can carry out artifical mark or automatic mark to this orphan's business label according to actual conditions, and before the orphan was redistributed, the business label probably changes along with the lapse of time, so, can be in real time or regularly automatic update and mark to the business label that produces the change this moment, the process of artifical mark has been saved, thereby when saving the cost and raising the efficiency, avoid the basic data of orphan inaccurate, guarantee the reasonable accurate distribution of the orphan customer of later stage orphan to the business personnel of matching. Alternatively, the service label of the orphan can be updated periodically by manual labeling to ensure the accuracy of data, such as some service labels that cannot be labeled automatically.
In some embodiments, at least one business tag of the orphan may be stored in association with corresponding insurance orphan basis detail data. For example, at least one service tag and the underlying detail data of the same orphan may have the same ID number. When the operator needs to obtain the related information of the orphan, at least one service label and basic detail data of the orphan can be obtained directly based on the ID number.
In some embodiments, the ID number may be a single number for an orphan, a customer's license number, a customer's telephone number, or other number that may distinguish between different business tickets, and so forth.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in step S1-2, determining the customer type of the orphan customer based on one or more of the at least one service tag and a preset classification rule includes:
selecting one or more of the at least one business label as a category label;
if at least one of the classification labels meets the preset classification rule, determining the orphan customer as a first class customer;
and if the classification labels do not accord with the preset classification rule, determining the orphan customer as a second type customer.
Optionally, the service big data platform periodically extracts service data from the core service system, and calculates the service tag associated with each customer based on the service data.
Optionally, the preset classification rule includes at least one of the following: the all long-term business orders of the orphan customer are permanently invalid, the all payment time of the long-term business orders of the orphan customer is under the duty business personnel, the all payment remaining time of the long-term business orders of the orphan customer is less than a first time threshold, the all next payment remaining time of the long-term business orders of the orphan customer is less than a second time threshold, the maximum single-piece amount in the long-term business orders of the orphan customer is less than a first numerical threshold, the related under-duty business personnel exist in the orphan customer, the business orders of the orphan customer are short-term business orders, and the maximum single-piece amount in the short-term business orders is less than a second numerical threshold.
For example, in an actual insurance business, through the business statistical analysis of the policy, the potential requirements of the custom, the intention and the like can be reflected by some business data. Therefore, customers of similar insurance policies with the same service data may have the same or close potential requirements, the customers of the insurance policies are classified according to the service labels associated with the service data, the customers with the same or close potential requirements can be classified into the same class of customers, and the same class of customers is uniformly distributed.
In some embodiments, the preset classification rule may include at least one of: whether all the long insurance policies associated with the insurance orphan are permanently invalid, whether the insurance orphan is a self-purchase policy of the business personnel in position, whether the payment time of the long insurance policies associated with the insurance orphan is all smaller than a first time threshold, whether the residual time of the next payment of the long insurance policies associated with the insurance orphan is all smaller than a second time threshold, whether the maximum single-piece insurance fee in the long insurance policies associated with the insurance orphan is smaller than a first insurance fee threshold, whether the business personnel in position associated with the insurance orphan exists, whether the policies associated with the insurance orphan are short-line policies and the maximum insurance fee in the short-line policies is smaller than a second insurance policy threshold.
In some embodiments, the long-risk policy associated with the insurance orphan may include all of the long-risk policies under the customer name of the insurance orphan.
In some embodiments, whether the insurance orphan is a self-purchase policy of an incumbent business person includes the applicant or applicant being an incumbent business person of an insurance company.
In some embodiments, the first time threshold may be 2 years.
In some embodiments, the second time threshold may be 2 months.
In some embodiments, the first premium threshold may be 1500 dollars.
In some embodiments, the incumbent business personnel associated with the insurance orphan includes that there are additional policies for the customer of the insurance orphan, and the business personnel responsible for at least one of the additional policies belong to the incumbent business personnel.
In some embodiments, the second premium threshold may be 100 dollars.
It should be appreciated that the business attribute can be a custom attribute, can be set according to requirements, and can set more business attributes to enrich and refine the business label, so as to further reflect the potential requirements of the customer better. It should be noted that, the first time threshold, the second time threshold, the first premium threshold, and the second premium threshold may be set as needed, and are not limited herein.
Optionally, the service tag may represent a tag of a service attribute, and at least one service tag corresponds to parameter values of a plurality of service attributes respectively.
In the above embodiment, "1" may be used to indicate yes, and "0" may be used to indicate no. For example, if the service label corresponding to whether or not all the long-risk policies associated with the insurance orphan are permanently disabled is 1, it means that all the long-risk policies associated with the insurance orphan are permanently disabled, whereas if one of the long-risk policies associated with the insurance orphan is not permanently disabled, the corresponding service label is "0". The parameter values of other service attributes can also adopt "1" to indicate yes, and "0" to indicate no.
Specifically, since the service tag of each insurance orphan is already stored in the database, the operator may trigger a corresponding event (e.g., click on an area or a key for generating the insurance orphan), and then send a generation signal to the processor of the system, and the processor receives the generation signal and extracts all the insurance orphans from the database, each insurance orphan has at least one service tag, so that the processor acquires all the insurance orphans and at least one service tag thereof.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and inquiring the basic detail data of each orphan and the corresponding at least one business label. Further, the method further comprises: displaying the base detail data for each orphan.
The classification label may be selected from at least one service label as needed, or all service labels may be used as a standard for classifying policy-preserving clients, which is not limited herein. Likewise, the preset classification rules can be selected according to actual conditions. In addition, it should be noted that, in the above embodiment, only the orphan clients of the orphan are classified into two types of clients for illustration, which is not intended to limit the method for allocating the salesman to the orphan clients in the embodiment of the present application.
Therefore, as can be seen from the foregoing, the service tag may be a custom tag associated with the service data of the orphan, the classification tag selected as the customer classification standard and the corresponding preset classification rule thereof may be set as needed, the classification and number of the orphan customers of the orphan may also be set, and each link may be set as needed in the process, so as to provide a more flexible matching manner for the distributor, and is not limited to a single matching process, thereby improving the distribution efficiency and optimizing the distribution result.
Optionally, the method may further include: and inquiring the information of the orphan customer and/or the information of the orphan customer corresponding to the customer type according to the customer type. Further, the orphan customer's information includes the orphan customer's orphan and/or information (e.g., underlying detail data) for the orphan customer.
In some embodiments, information of the first type of customer and/or the second type of customer is queried. Further, the information includes an orphan with at least one service tag belonging to the first category of customers/the second category of customers and its underlying detail data.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 illustrates an example of classifying orphan customers in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, taking insurance as an example for explanation, the method may specifically include:
in step 2-1, acquiring the basic detail data of all policy in real time, including: extracting the basic detail data of the policy from the core service system and storing the basic detail data into the same policy detail table of HBASE;
in step 2-2, according to business statistical analysis, a business big data platform sets 7 business scene data for the clients of the insurance orphan, and determines 7 business labels (yes or no) corresponding to the 7 business scenes of all the orphan clients by calling a program at regular time or calculation; wherein, the 7 service scenarios include: 1. a long-risk permanently dead customer is named; 2. self-purchase insurance policy of the current staff; 3. users with the long insurance policy payment period less than 2 years are famous; 4. the client is famous for the long insurance distance and the next payment time is less than 2 months; 5. the method comprises the following steps of (1) naming a customer with a maximum long-risk single piece premium of less than 1500 Yuan; 6. a client under the name of a belonging policy service specialist and having an available collector; 7. a pure short line customer and a maximum single piece premium of less than 100 dollars;
in step 2-3, saving a plurality of label parameters of each insurance orphan;
in step 2-4, the current platform triggers the operation generated by the orphan, the system receives the extraction instruction, and immediately acquires the details of the orphan policy and the corresponding customer information from the core policy system and stores the details;
in step 2-5, carrying out customer classification on all the loneline customers of the insurance loneline, wherein each type of the loneline customers also has a unique category ID number;
the processor requests 7 service labels of the insurance solitary through the interface message, and the data platform responds to the request and returns corresponding each customer ID number and 7 service labels thereof;
in step 2-6, one or more label parameters in 7 service labels can be selected as classification labels based on the foreground, a query button or an icon area is clicked, the processor determines that the clients meeting the preset classification rules are queried according to the classification labels, if the clients meeting the preset classification rules of the orphan clients of the insurance orphan are first class clients (can be high-quality clients), namely, if all the service labels of the classification labels are negative (or '0'); the rest is a second type of customer (which can be a common user), namely, if at least one classification label exists as yes (or '1'), the customers of the insurance orphan are the second type of customers;
in steps 2-7, the results of the query are displayed, which may include the insurance orphans and their underlying detail data in the first type of customer and/or the second type of customer, respectively.
According to the embodiment of the invention, in step S1-3, a predetermined type of staff is allocated to the plurality of orphan clients based on the client type of the orphan clients.
Specifically, the business person type is screened for matching based on the customer type of each orphan customer. Since business personnel have different conditions, for example, some business personnel are suitable for the first type of customers, and some business personnel are suitable for the second type of customers, the states, the intentions, the business capabilities and the like of the business personnel can be reflected according to the attribute parameters of the business personnel, so that the business personnel matched with the business personnel can be distributed to each type of customers.
Optionally, the preset types of the salesmen corresponding to each of the types are different. Further, the preset type difference may include: the business attributes of the business personnel are different.
In some embodiments, the different service attributes include at least one of: different attendance rates, different job levels, different time of job entries, whether on the blacklist.
Whether the business person is in the blacklist or not indicates whether the business person is listed in the blacklist, and if so, an insurance solitary cannot be allocated to the business person.
In some embodiments, the business attributes of the first type of business member include: the attendance rate is smaller than the attendance rate threshold, the position level is smaller than the position level threshold, and the attendance time is smaller than the attendance time threshold;
the service attributes of the second class of service personnel comprise: the attendance rate is greater than or equal to the attendance threshold, the job level is greater than or equal to the job level threshold, and the time of job entry is greater than or equal to the time of job entry threshold.
It should be understood that the attendance parameter threshold, job level threshold, and time to enter into a job threshold may all be set as desired, and are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the job level may include an exhibition person or a policy service professional. Wherein, the level of the exhibition staff is higher than that of the policy service staff. Further, the job level threshold may include a collector.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in step S1-3, allocating a predetermined type of staff member to the plurality of orphan clients may further include: one of an even assignment, a random assignment, a sequential assignment, or a manual assignment.
In some embodiments, after matching between the orphan customer and the service personnel is completed, the allocation of the orphan customer can be performed after manual online review. If the matching relation which needs to be adjusted is found, manual adjustment can be carried out, and thus the reasonability of the allocation of the orphan customers can be further ensured.
In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 illustrates an example of assigning a clerk to an orphan customer, according to an embodiment of the invention. For further explanation with reference to fig. 2 and 3, after classifying the clients of the insurance orphan, the clients are classified as first type clients: a common orphan customer; and a second type of client: a high-quality orphan customer; then, in step 3-1, the matching between the insurance orphan and the business personnel can be triggered on the page of the foreground, such as clicking an automatic matching button or icon; in step 3-2 and step 3-5, the service personnel of the predetermined type can be obtained based on the service attributes of the service personnel, specifically, the first type of service personnel comprises that the attendance rate (i.e. the attendance parameter) is less than 70%, the job level (i.e. the job level parameter) is a policy service specialist, and the job time (i.e. the job time parameter) is less than 3 years; the second category of business personnel includes a attendance rate (i.e., an attendance parameter) of greater than or equal to 70%, a job level (i.e., a job level parameter) of greater than or equal to the exhibitor, and an attendance time (i.e., an attendance time parameter) of greater than or equal to 3 years.
In the step 3-3 and the step 3-6, the first class of customers to be distributed, namely high-quality solitary customers, are averagely matched with the first class of service personnel, and the second class of customers, namely common solitary customers, are averagely matched with the second class of service personnel;
displaying the first type of customers and the first type of business personnel corresponding to the first type of customers, and/or displaying the second type of customers and the second type of business personnel corresponding to the second type of customers;
in the step 3-4 and the step 3-7, the auditor can adjust the matching relationship between the orphan client and the service personnel if necessary by performing online audit on the display content, and after the audit is passed, the allocation of the insurance orphan is executed.
Therefore, according to the method for distributing the salesman to the solitary customer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the high-quality customer can be screened out at one time by calculating at least one parameter label of the solitary customer based on the service data, and is respectively recommended and distributed to the contracting and expanding personnel meeting the conditions, so that the current situation that the high-quality customer is analyzed and screened off offline and is distributed for the second time through manual adjustment before the system is online is changed, and the workload of solitary adjustment is reduced. Meanwhile, high-quality clients in the orphan clients can be accurately identified, more services can be focused on the high-value clients, the willingness of a collector to maintain the orphan clients is increased, the mining strength of the orphan clients is further increased, the utilization rate and the secondary development rate of the clients are improved, and old client resources are consolidated. Meanwhile, a batch distribution mode which can distribute a plurality of clients at one time is maximized, the efficiency of solitary distribution is improved, manpower is liberated, and the distribution effectiveness is improved.
