Abstract

本发明公开了一种蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆部件和阀芯,阀杆部件贯穿阀芯且分别与阀体内部两端通过定位块转动配合,阀体内位于阀芯两侧安装有密封件并与阀芯配合,阀体上下壁内部位于阀芯两侧都安装有补偿机构,补偿机构通过导杆与阀杆部件上的凸轮板配合,补偿机构还通过挤压弹簧与密封件上硬质部配合,转动阀杆部件,在阀芯关闭的同时可带动挤压弹簧挤压密封件,保证密封件与阀芯贴合更紧密;通过在阀体内部安装的滚珠,通过滚珠对阀杆的支撑力来平衡流体对阀芯的压力,从而保证阀芯不发生移动;通过阀杆部件的旋转来带动阀杆上下端的凸轮板旋转,从而带动挤压弹簧对密封件施加轴向的压力,来保证密封件与阀芯的配合更加紧密。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀作为一种管路密封件,由阀门、阀体和阀杆组成,通过阀杆的转动带动阀门在阀体内转动来对阀体内部管路进行启闭,可用于流体的调节和控制。蝶阀的应用十分的广泛,然而在实际使用中当蝶阀关闭时,阀门两侧所受的压力是不一样的,一边的压力明显高于另一边的压力,从而导致阀门在阀体内发生移动,并与密封件之间形成间隙,最终产生泄漏。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中的情况,提供了一种蝶阀,通过弹性件推动密封件在阀门关闭的过程中与阀门持续紧密贴合,从而保证密封件与阀门之间不产生间隙。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆部件和阀芯,所述阀杆部件贯穿所述阀芯且分别与所述阀体内部两端通过定位块转动配合,所述阀体内位于所述阀芯两侧安装有密封件并与所述阀芯配合,所述阀体上下壁内部位于所述阀芯两侧都安装有补偿机构,所述补偿机构通过导杆与所述阀杆部件上的凸轮板配合,所述补偿机构还通过挤压弹簧与所述密封件上硬质部配合,转动所述阀杆部件,在所述阀芯关闭的同时可带动所述挤压弹簧挤压所述密封件,保证所述密封件与所述阀芯贴合更紧密。
优选的,所述阀体侧壁上设有对称的密封滑槽,所述密封滑槽的轴向侧壁上设有定位槽和密封卡槽,所述密封件安装在所述密封滑槽内,并与所述定位槽和所述密封卡槽配合。
优选的,所述密封件包括密封部、所述硬质部和密封凸缘,所述密封部和所述密封凸缘为弹性密封材质,所述硬质部为硬质材料。
优选的,所述密封部安装在所述密封滑槽内,所述硬质部安装所述定位槽内,所述密封凸缘安装在所述密封卡槽内紧密贴合。
优选的,所述阀体上下侧壁内分别设有连通的凸轮槽和半圆槽,所述凸轮槽底部通过通孔与所述阀体内部连通,所述阀杆部件包括阀杆、一对所述凸轮板和一对所述定位块,所述凸轮板分别固定在所述阀杆两端,所述定位块分别与两端所述凸轮板固定连接,所述阀杆穿过所述通孔与所述阀芯配合,同时所述凸轮板分别安装在所述阀体上下侧壁内的所述凸轮槽内,所述定位块分别安装在所述阀体上下侧壁内的所述半圆槽内。
优选的,所述半圆槽侧壁和所述定位块侧壁上分别设有相互配合的定位滑轨和定位滑槽,所述定位滑轨和所述定位滑槽内安装有滚珠。
优选的,所述阀体上下侧壁内部位于所述凸轮槽两侧都设有限位槽、过渡槽和导杆槽,所述限位槽为轴向设置且一端与所述定位槽连通,所述过渡槽径向设置且一端与所述限位槽的另一端连通,所述导杆槽为轴向设置且一端与所述过渡槽的另一端连通,所述导杆槽另一端与所述凸轮槽连通。
优选的,所述补偿机构包括所述导杆、复位弹簧、过渡杆、挤压杆和所述挤压弹簧,所述导杆安装在所述导杆槽内并与所述复位弹簧配合,所述过渡杆安装在所述过渡槽内,所述挤压杆和所述挤压弹簧都安装在所述限位槽内,所述导杆一端与所述凸轮板配合,另一端与所述过渡杆一端配合,所述过渡杆另一端与所述挤压杆一端配合,所述挤压杆另一端与所述挤压弹簧一端配合,所述挤压弹簧另一端与所述硬质部配合,所述导杆和所述过渡杆两端都为半球形,所述挤压杆与所述过渡杆配合端为半球形。
优选的,所述阀杆部件上端的所述定位块上还设有螺杆,所述螺杆上通过螺母固定有手柄。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过在阀体内部上下端安装滚珠并与阀杆部件配合,可保证当转动阀杆时,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,方便阀杆的转动,同时当球阀处于关闭状态时,通过滚珠对阀杆的支撑力来平衡流体对阀芯的压力,从而保证阀芯不发生移动。
2、通过在阀体内部安装补偿机构,通过阀杆部件的旋转来带动阀杆上下端的凸轮板旋转,从而推动补偿机构上的导杆移动,进而带动挤压弹簧对密封件上硬质部施加轴向的压力,来保证密封件上密封部与阀芯的配合更加紧密,同时当密封件上密封部磨损后可通过挤压弹簧的弹力实现自动补偿。

实施例如图1至图10所示,一种蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀杆部件8和阀芯4,所述阀杆部件8贯穿所述阀芯4且分别与所述阀体1内部两端通过定位块803转动配合,所述阀体1内位于所述阀芯4两侧安装有密封件5并与所述阀芯4配合,所述阀体1上下壁内部位于所述阀芯4两侧都安装有补偿机构,所述补偿机构通过导杆601与所述阀杆部件8上的凸轮板802配合,所述补偿机构还通过挤压弹簧605与所述密封件5上硬质部502配合,转动所述阀杆部件8,在所述阀芯4关闭的同时可带动所述挤压弹簧605挤压所述密封件5,保证所述密封件5与所述阀芯4贴合更紧密。
所述阀体1侧壁上设有对称的密封滑槽101,所述密封滑槽101的轴向侧壁上设有定位槽102和密封卡槽103,所述密封件5安装在所述密封滑槽101内,并与所述定位槽102和所述密封卡槽103配合。
所述密封件5包括密封部501、所述硬质部502和密封凸缘503,所述密封部501和所述密封凸缘503为弹性密封材质,所述硬质部502为硬质材料。
所述密封部501安装在所述密封滑槽101内,所述硬质部502安装所述定位槽102内,所述密封凸缘503安装在所述密封卡槽103内紧密贴合。
所述阀体1上下侧壁内分别设有连通的凸轮槽107和半圆槽108,所述凸轮槽107底部通过通孔与所述阀体1内部连通,所述阀杆部件8包括阀杆801、一对所述凸轮板802和一对所述定位块803,所述凸轮板802分别固定在所述阀杆801两端,所述定位块803分别与两端所述凸轮板802固定连接,所述阀杆801穿过所述通孔与所述阀芯4配合,同时所述凸轮板802分别安装在所述阀体1上下侧壁内的所述凸轮槽107内,所述定位块803分别安装在所述阀体1上下侧壁内的所述半圆槽108内。
所述半圆槽108侧壁和所述定位块803侧壁上分别设有相互配合的定位滑轨109和定位滑槽804,所述定位滑轨109和所述定位滑槽804内安装有滚珠7。
所述阀体1上下侧壁内部位于所述凸轮槽107两侧都设有限位槽104、过渡槽105和导杆槽106,所述限位槽104为轴向设置且一端与所述定位槽102连通,所述过渡槽105径向设置且一端与所述限位槽104的另一端连通,所述导杆槽106为轴向设置且一端与所述过渡槽105的另一端连通,所述导杆槽106另一端与所述凸轮槽107连通。
所述补偿机构包括所述导杆601、复位弹簧602、过渡杆603、挤压杆604和所述挤压弹簧605,所述导杆601安装在所述导杆槽106内并与所述复位弹簧602配合,所述过渡杆603安装在所述过渡槽105内,所述挤压杆604和所述挤压弹簧605都安装在所述限位槽104内,所述导杆601一端与所述凸轮板802配合,另一端与所述过渡杆603一端配合,所述过渡杆603另一端与所述挤压杆604一端配合,所述挤压杆604另一端与所述挤压弹簧605一端配合,所述挤压弹簧605另一端与所述硬质部502配合,所述导杆601和所述过渡杆603两端都为半球形,所述挤压杆604与所述过渡杆603配合端为半球形。
所述阀杆部件8上端的所述定位块803上还设有螺杆805,所述螺杆805上通过螺母3固定有手柄2。
具体工作过程:当蝶阀需要关闭时,只需握住手柄2然后进行旋转,在手柄2旋转的过程中会带动阀杆部件8旋转,进而通过阀杆801与阀芯4的配合,带动阀芯4关闭,在阀芯4关闭的过程中,通过阀杆801上下端上安装的滚珠7与阀体1的配合,变滑动为滚动,同时阀杆801上下两端固定的凸轮板802上的凸缘部分会逐渐挤压导杆601,导杆601在导杆槽106内移动并挤压复位弹簧602,导杆601的移动可带动过渡槽105内的过渡杆603移动,进而通过过渡杆603带动限位槽104内的挤压杆604移动,最终通过挤压杆604的移动来挤压限位槽104内的挤压弹簧605对密封件5上硬质部502施加轴向的力,通过硬质部502将力均匀的分别在密封部501上,从而带动密封件5沿密封滑槽101移动来与阀芯4的贴合更加紧密,提高阀芯4关闭时的密封性,同时通过密封件5上密封凸缘503与密封卡槽103的配合,可保证密封件5移动受到向上的压力,从而保证密封件5与密封滑槽101间隙处也处于密封状态,在平常的使用过程中,若密封件5上的密封部501与阀芯4出现较大的磨损时,挤压弹簧605也会通过弹力挤压密封件5进行密封补偿。
当阀芯4处于关闭状态后,还可以通过阀杆801上下端安装的滚珠7与阀体1形成的支撑结构,可以在阀芯4由于两侧压力不同受到轴向载荷时,通过阀体1上半圆槽108的支反力保证阀芯4不发生偏移。

1.一种蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀杆部件(8)和阀芯(4),其特征在于:所述阀杆部件(8)贯穿所述阀芯(4)且分别与所述阀体(1)内部两端通过定位块(803)转动配合,所述阀体(1)内位于所述阀芯(4)两侧安装有密封件(5)并与所述阀芯(4)配合,所述阀体(1)上下壁内部位于所述阀芯(4)两侧都安装有补偿机构,所述补偿机构通过导杆(601)与所述阀杆部件(8)上的凸轮板(802)配合,所述补偿机构还通过挤压弹簧(605)与所述密封件(5)上硬质部(502)配合,转动所述阀杆部件(8),在所述阀芯(4)关闭的同时可带动所述挤压弹簧(605)挤压所述密封件(5),保证所述密封件(5)与所述阀芯(4)贴合更紧密。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)侧壁上设有对称的密封滑槽(101),所述密封滑槽(101)的轴向侧壁上设有定位槽(102)和密封卡槽(103),所述密封件(5)安装在所述密封滑槽(101)内,并与所述定位槽(102)和所述密封卡槽(103)配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封件(5)包括密封部(501)、所述硬质部(502)和密封凸缘(503),所述密封部(501)和所述密封凸缘(503)为弹性密封材质,所述硬质部(502)为硬质材料。
