Abstract

本发明公开了一种截流式阀门,包括阀门主体、分流板、阀板、凸起块、弹簧、调节螺栓、螺杆和手轮,所述阀门主体的横截面为矩形结构,所述凸起块一体成型于阀门主体的外壁上,所述分流板一体成型设置于阀门主体的内壁上,并且所述分流板对称设置在阀板的两侧,所述螺杆通过螺纹结构密封安装在阀门主体上,所述螺杆的上端与手轮相连接,所述螺杆的下端与阀板相接触。本发明通过转动手轮带动螺杆转动实现对阀板挤压,进而克服弹簧弹力,此时阀板向下移动,此时液体流通间隙变大,通过手轮带动螺杆向上转动,阀板在弹簧的作用下向上运动,此时液体流通间隙变小,进行实现对液体流量的精确截流控制。

技术领域:
本发明属于阀门技术领域,尤其是涉及一种截流式阀门。
背景技术:
阀门是用来开闭管路、控制流向、调节和控制输送介质的参数(温度、压力和流量)的管路附件。根据其功能,可分为关断阀、止回阀、调节阀等。阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。在实际应用中为了实现液体不同流量大小调节,需要阀门的阀板呈现不同的开闭状态,目前的截止阀和蝶阀均无法实现流量大小的精确控制。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可呈现不同的开闭状态,以实现液体截流控制的阀门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种截流式阀门,包括阀门主体、分流板、阀板、凸起块、弹簧、调节螺栓、螺杆和手轮,所述阀门主体的横截面为矩形结构,所述凸起块一体成型于阀门主体的外壁上,所述凸起块与阀门主体之间贯穿开设有容置腔,所述阀板下端通过密封圈密封安装在容置腔内,所述调节螺栓通过螺纹结构安装在容置腔外端,所述弹簧置于容置腔内,并且所述弹簧两端分别作用在阀板和调节螺栓上,所述分流板一体成型设置于阀门主体的内壁上,并且所述分流板对称设置在阀板的两侧,所述螺杆通过螺纹结构密封安装在阀门主体上,所述螺杆的上端与手轮相连接,所述螺杆的下端与阀板相接触。
作为优选,所述螺杆下端设置有轴承转盘。
作为优选,所述分流板在阀门主体内部等分设置有两层。
作为优选,所述分流板靠近阀板的一端设置有密封胶条。
作为优选,所述阀板顶端两侧设置为圆角结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:本发明通过转动手轮带动螺杆转动实现对阀板挤压,进而克服弹簧弹力,此时阀板向下移动,此时液体流通间隙变大,通过手轮带动螺杆向上转动,阀板在弹簧的作用下向上运动,此时液体流通间隙变小,进行实现对液体流量的精确截流控制。

如图1所示的一种截流式阀门,包括阀门主体1、分流板2、阀板3、凸起块4、弹簧5、调节螺栓6、螺杆8和手轮9,所述阀门主体1的横截面为矩形结构,所述凸起块4一体成型于阀门主体1的外壁上,所述凸起块4与阀门主体1之间贯穿开设有容置腔41,所述阀板3下端通过密封圈密封安装在容置腔41内,所述调节螺栓6通过螺纹结构安装在容置腔41外端,所述弹簧5置于容置腔41内,并且所述弹簧5两端分别作用在阀板3和调节螺栓6上,所述分流板2一体成型设置于阀门主体1的内壁上,并且所述分流板2对称设置在阀板3的两侧,所述螺杆8通过螺纹结构密封安装在阀门主体1上,所述螺杆8的上端与手轮9相连接,所述螺杆8的下端与阀板3相接触。
在实际应用中,为了避免螺杆8下端与阀板3之间的摩擦力过大,所述螺杆8下端设置有轴承转盘。
作为分流板2的优选设置方式,所述分流板2在阀门主体1内部等分设置有两层。
此外,为了保证分流板2与阀板3之间的密封性,所述分流板2靠近阀板3的一端设置有密封胶条。
进一步为了便于阀板3插入到两个分流板2之间,所述阀板3顶端两侧设置为圆角结构。

1.一种截流式阀门,其特征在于:其包括阀门主体(1)、分流板(2)、阀板(3)、凸起块(4)、弹簧(5)、调节螺栓(6)、螺杆(8)和手轮(9),所述阀门主体(1)的横截面为矩形结构,所述凸起块(4)一体成型于阀门主体(1)的外壁上,所述凸起块(4)与阀门主体(1)之间贯穿开设有容置腔(41),所述阀板(3)下端通过密封圈密封安装在容置腔(41)内,所述调节螺栓(6)通过螺纹结构安装在容置腔(41)外端,所述弹簧(5)置于容置腔(41)内,并且所述弹簧(5)两端分别作用在阀板(3)和调节螺栓(6)上,所述分流板(2)一体成型设置于阀门主体(1)的内壁上,并且所述分流板(2)对称设置在阀板(3)的两侧,所述螺杆(8)通过螺纹结构密封安装在阀门主体(1)上,所述螺杆(8)的上端与手轮(9)相连接,所述螺杆(8)的下端与阀板(3)相接触;所述螺杆(8)下端设置有轴承转盘;所述分流板(2)在阀门主体(1)内部等分设置有两层;所述分流板(2)靠近阀板(3)的一端设置有密封胶条;所述阀板(3)顶端两侧设置为圆角结构。
