Abstract
一种漆面保护膜及其制备方法、膜贴覆方法和汽车,漆面保护膜包括基膜层和设置在其上的涂层以及设置在基层下的压敏胶层。所述涂层的外表面为离型膜层,所述压敏胶层的外表面为离型膜层。所述涂层为柔性材料层,所述柔性材料层在热或光照条件下引发可以固化,将所述的保护膜直接装贴在汽车漆面上,然后给予加热或光照的固化引发条件,使涂层固化,硬度提高,即完成装贴施工,施工便捷。装贴了本发明提供的漆面保护膜后,由于本发明的漆面保护膜采用具有硬度的涂层,避免了自修复层在常温或高温环境下吸附灰尘而变脏的问题,延长膜的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种漆面保护膜及其制备方法、膜贴覆方法和汽车。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,中国已经成为世界第一大汽车消费国。汽车越来越多的进入千家万户。与汽车消费市场同步兴起的,是汽车保养市场。漆面保护膜(Paint ProtectiveFilm,简称PPF),又称“隐形车衣”,是在汽车车身表面贴上的一层透明保护膜,主要的功能是保护汽车的原厂车漆免受损害。该产品不仅具有很强的韧性,还具有自我修复功能,能够有效的防止刮蹭和沙粒的击打,还隔绝了车漆与空气的接触,能防止酸雨,柏油,鸟粪等对漆面的伤害。同时,漆面保护膜高清高亮,能提高和保护汽车漆面的色彩和光泽,防止漆面生锈及老化发黄。漆面保护膜在撕下之后,不会伤害原厂车漆,保证车漆光亮如新。汽车漆面保护膜,被广泛应用于汽车美容保养行业,持久保护漆面。
漆面保护膜包括自修复层,基材层和压敏胶层。目前的漆面保护膜能够主要是利用了保护膜上的自修复层在刮擦后的自修复功能来达到保护车漆的效果,但是漆面保护膜在使用过程中一直暴露在汽车的外层,容易被灰尘和雨水中杂质脏污。目前的漆面保护膜的自修复层多为热塑性聚氨酯涂层(TPU),如最新公开的专利CN201910526635.8、CN201910526635.8,CN109837028A等。热塑性聚氨酯材质的漆面保护膜由于内部分子结构非常紧密,分子的密度高,即使产生划痕也不会很深入,但需要借助外部加热的手段来实现自修复,加热温度的高低会决定修复时间的长短。划痕自动修复的次数也是有极限的,并不是无限次的,主要取决于自修复涂层是否被破坏,当涂层严重破坏时,修复能力也会随之下降。另外,上述保护膜在较高温度如南方夏季会变软,易埋入灰尘,不具有耐脏污的性能,导致难以清洗影响外观光泽美感。
发明内容
针对目前的漆面保护膜的自修复层在较高温度如南方夏季会变软,易埋入灰尘,以及修复能力随着使用时间的延长而下降的问题,本发明提供了一种新型漆面保护膜,解决了问题。
本发明提供了一种漆面保护膜,包括基膜层,其特征在于,所述基层的第一表面设置有涂层,所述涂层为柔性材料层,所述柔性材料层在引发条件下可以固化。所述基层与第一表面相对的第二表面设置有压敏胶层。所述涂层的外表面为离型膜层,所述压敏胶层的外表面为离型膜层。
进一步地,上述基膜优选为PVC、TPU和TPO的至少一种。
进一步地,所述涂层材料包括预聚物单体、稳定剂、引发剂和粘结剂,其质量比为50-70%:10-20%:0.5-2%:0.1-0.5%。
更进一步地,所述预聚物单体为丙烯酸酯类单体和聚氨酯类单体,优选为四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体、丙烯酸酯单体。
进一步地,所述涂层材料还包括有抗静电剂,优选的,抗静电剂为纳米二氧化钛或防静电剂FC-440,抗静电剂的量为总质量分数的0.01-0.1%。
进一步地,所述涂层材料的粘结剂为粘结剂PVDF。
进一步地,所述涂层材料的引发剂为光引发剂或热敏固化涂层材料。
更进一步地,所述热敏固化涂层材料为触媒A(超活性二氧化钛)。
进一步地,所述涂层的固化引发条件为热引发和光引发至少一种,优选的光引发为紫外光引发、远红外线辐射引发的至少一种。
本发明提供了一种漆面保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,至少包括如下步骤:
(1)将预聚物单体、稳定剂、引发剂、粘结剂和抗静电剂按其质量比为50-70%:10-20%:0.5-2%:0.1-0.5%:0.01-0.1%的比例混合,再加入足量的溶剂,形成浆料;
(2)将浆料涂覆到基层第一表面上,经过20-40℃的烘箱进行烘干。
(3)将胶黏剂涂覆在所述基层与第一表面相对的第二表面上,得到具有压敏符合层的漆面保护膜。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述溶剂为:水或有机溶剂中的一种,有机溶剂优选为乙醇、DMC、NMC。
本发明提供了一种漆面保护膜的贴附方法,其特征在于,将上述所述的漆面保护膜的离型膜层撕除,将漆面保护膜贴覆到汽车的表面,采用加热或光照条件使其固化。
进一步地,优选的光照为紫外光照、远红外线辐射照射中至少一种。
本发明提供了一种漆面保护膜的生产方法,首先在基层上使用精密涂布机涂布一层压敏胶,再与离型膜通过橡胶复合辊复合,然后用精密涂布机涂布一层涂层的浆料,经过20-40℃烘箱烘干,进行热固化,再与离型膜通过橡胶复合辊复合。
本发明还提供了一种汽车,其特征在于,含有上述的漆面保护膜。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明漆面保护膜的的涂层为柔性材料,柔性材料有较好的柔韧性和抗拉力,可以较好的实现汽车贴膜功能,适应不同种类汽车的不同部位的贴膜动作。柔性材料在引发条件下可以实现固化,也即当膜贴到汽车表面时,再采用引发条件将材料固化,固化后的材料具有较强的硬度,可以有效的防止汽车漆面的剐蹭、划伤,同时由于固化材料的永久固化的特性,使得材料在夏天高温天气下也不会变软而吸入灰尘,所以保持了表面的清洁。
(2)本发明漆面保护膜涂层材料的预聚物单体采用丙烯酸酯类单体、聚氨酯类单体,在引发条件后形成的膜具有足够的强度,并且该单体聚合后形成的膜具有高度的透明性,不会影响汽车漆面的颜色,可以使得汽车表面明亮、美观。
(3)本发明漆面保护膜在涂层中加入抗静电剂,具有消除膜静电的作用。抗静电剂采用纳米二氧化钛粒子,具有较强的吸附作用,可以将预聚物单体吸附在粘结剂上,增强了保护膜的强度;此外,纳米二氧化钛的表面有活性位点,在加热或紫外光照的条件下,活性位点会起到催化作用,引发预聚物单体的聚合,加快聚合反应的进行。纳米二氧化钛的量要进行控制。
(4)本发明漆面保护膜的涂层为保护膜的最外层,可以有效的防止表面灰尘的掉落粘附,提高膜的抗污性能,有效延长了膜的寿命。
(5)本发明漆面保护膜在基膜表面设置压敏胶层,提高了贴附的效率、省时省力。
(6)本发明漆面保护膜在压敏胶层表面设置离型膜层,可以避免压敏胶层的污染,起到保护压敏胶层的作用。当保护膜贴覆时,将离型膜层撕除即可。此外,在涂层表面设置离型膜层,可以保护涂层在运输和保存中不被划伤和污染。
(7)本发明的贴附方法中,将保护膜贴到汽车表面,再采用加热或光照条件使其固化。采用上述引发条件处理,只需给汽车表面加热或者采用紫外灯、红外灯照射即可,省时省力、操作方便。
(8)本发明提供了一种汽车,采用了直接装贴在汽车漆面上的保护膜,然后给予上述的固化引发条件,使涂层固化,硬度提高,即完成装贴施工,施工便捷。装贴了本发明提供的漆面保护膜后,由于本发明的漆面保护膜采用具有硬度的涂层,避免了自修复层在常温或高温环境下吸附灰尘而变脏的问题,漆面保护膜表面光滑、耐磨、抗划伤;同时在涂层材料中增加抗静电的材料,从而减少了汽车行驶过程中吸附的灰尘量,进一步的实现减少划伤的效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明做进一步的说明,下述说明仅是起到解释作用,并不对其内容进行限定。
实施例1:
本发明的一个实施例。包括离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5。离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5从上到下依次设置。其中,漆面保护膜本体由涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4构成。涂层2的材料为纳米TiO2201、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯和水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体和粘结剂PVDF。
按照如下表比例,将纳米TiO2、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体、光引发剂、粘结剂PVDF和溶剂去离子水混合,得到浆料;将浆料涂布到基膜上、烘干形成涂层。

本发明的漆面保护膜在生产时,首先在基层3上使用精密涂布机涂布一层压敏胶4,再与离型膜5通过橡胶复合辊复合,然后用精密涂布机涂布一层涂层2的浆料,经过20-40℃烘箱烘干,进行热固化,再与离型膜1通过橡胶复合辊复合。
本发明的漆面保护膜在使用时,撕除离型膜1、5,将漆面保护膜本体贴在待施工的汽车漆面上,由于加入了纳米TiO2使本产品具有抗静电效果,从而减少了吸附的灰尘量,实现减少划伤的效果;施工时,涂层2具有一定柔性,待施工后经紫外照射,能量达到10-45Mj/cm2,表面水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体和四甘醇二丙烯酸酯进行交联固化,达到4H以上硬度,达到保护漆面的良好效果。
实施例2:
本发明的一个实施例。包括离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5。离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5从上到下依次设置,其中漆面保护膜本体由涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4构成。涂层2的材料为热敏固化涂层材料(触媒A)即为超活性二氧化钛、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、粘结剂PVDF以及防静电剂FC-440。
按照如下表比例,将触媒A、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、粘结剂PVDF、防静电剂FC-440和溶剂DMC混合,得到浆料;将浆料涂布到基膜上、烘干形成涂层。

本发明的漆面保护膜在生产时,首先在基层3上使用精密涂布机涂布一层压敏胶4,再与离型膜5通过橡胶复合辊复合,然后用精密涂布机涂布一层涂层2,经过20-40℃烘箱烘干,进行初步固化,再与离型膜1通过橡胶复合辊复合,此时涂层2为质软、可拉伸的状态。
本发明的漆面保护膜使用时,撕除离型膜1、5,将漆面保护膜本体贴在待施工的汽车漆面上,经温度达到75摄氏度以上持续45秒加热后,热敏固化涂层材料彻底固化,达到5H以上硬度要求。
实施例3:
本发明的一个实施例。包括离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5。离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5从上到下依次设置。其中,漆面保护膜本体由涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4构成。涂层2的材料为纳米TiO2、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯和水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体和粘结剂PVDF。
按照如下表比例,将纳米TiO2、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体、光引发剂、粘结剂PVDF和溶剂去离子水混合,得到浆料;将浆料涂布到基膜上、烘干形成涂层。

本发明的漆面保护膜在生产时,首先在基层3上使用精密涂布机涂布一层压敏胶4,再与离型膜5通过橡胶复合辊复合,然后用精密涂布机涂布一层涂层2的浆料,经过20-40℃烘箱烘干,进行热固化,再与离型膜1通过橡胶复合辊复合。

本发明的一个实施例。包括离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5。离型膜层1、涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4和离型膜层5从上到下依次设置,其中漆面保护膜本体由涂层2、基层3、压敏胶层4构成。涂层2的材料为热敏固化涂层材料(触媒A)、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、粘结剂PVDF以及防静电剂FC-440。
按照如下表比例,将触媒A、四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、粘结剂PVDF、防静电剂FC-440和溶剂DMC混合,得到浆料;将浆料涂布到基膜上、烘干形成涂层。

本发明的漆面保护膜在生产时,首先在基层3上使用精密涂布机涂布一层压敏胶4,再与离型膜5通过橡胶复合辊复合,然后用精密涂布机涂布一层涂层2,经过20-40℃烘箱烘干,进行初步固化,再与离型膜1通过橡胶复合辊复合,此时涂层2为质软、可拉伸的状态。
本发明的漆面保护膜使用时,撕除离型膜1、5,将漆面保护膜本体贴在待施工的汽车漆面上,经温度达到75摄氏度以上持续45秒加热后,热敏固化涂层材料彻底固化,达到5H以上硬度要求。
实施例5:
本发明提供了一种汽车,采用了直接装贴在汽车漆面上的保护膜,然后给予加热或光照(紫外灯、红外灯照射)的固化引发条件,使涂层固化,硬度提高,即完成装贴施工,施工便捷。装贴了本发明提供的漆面保护膜后,由于本发明的漆面保护膜采用具有硬度的涂层,避免了自修复层在常温或高温环境下吸附灰尘而变脏的问题,漆面保护膜表面光滑、耐磨、抗划伤;同时在涂层材料中增加抗静电的材料,从而减少了汽车行驶过程中吸附的灰尘量,进一步的实现减少划伤的效果。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种漆面保护膜,包括漆面保护膜本体和离型膜层,其中,漆面保护膜本体包括基层、涂层和压敏胶层,其特征在于,所述基层的第一表面设置有涂层,所述涂层为柔性材料层,所述柔性材料层在引发条件下可以固化,所述基层与第一表面相对的第二表面设置有压敏胶层,所述涂层的外表面为离型膜层,所述压敏胶层的外表面为离型膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述涂层可以固化,引发条件为热引发和光引发的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述涂层材料包括预聚物单体、稳定剂、引发剂和粘结剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述预聚物单体、稳定剂、引发剂和粘结剂质量比为50-80:10-20:0.5-2:0.1-0.5。
5.根据权利要求3所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述预聚物单体为丙烯酸酯类单体和聚氨酯类单体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:丙烯酸酯类单体和聚氨酯类单体为四甘醇二丙烯酸酯、水性UV丙烯酸树脂单体和丙烯酸酯单体的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求3所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述涂层材料还包括有抗静电剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为纳米二氧化钛或防静电剂FC-440,其质量分数为0.01-0.1%。
9.根据权利要求3所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述涂层材料的粘结剂为粘结剂PVDF。
10.根据权利要求3所述的漆面保护膜,其特征在于:所述涂层材料的引发剂为光引发剂或热敏固化涂层材料。
