The automatic assembling equipment for the lamp cap comprises a bracket 10, a transmission structure 20 and an assembling device 30.
The transfer structure 20 is two conveyor chains pivotally mounted to the frame 10. The distance between the two conveyor chains is slightly less than the length of the lamp 200.
The number of the assembling devices 30 is two, and two assembling devices 30 are respectively positioned at two sides of the transmission structure 20. The two assembling devices 30 are used for installing the N-line lamp cap 300 and the driving-end lamp cap 300, respectively. The two assembling devices 30 have substantially the same structure, and taking the assembling device 30 for mounting the N-line lamp head 300 as an example, the assembling device 30 includes a bottom plate 31, a gluing structure 32, a feeding structure 33, a receiving structure 34, a manipulator 35, a positioning structure 36 and a guiding structure 37. The bottom plate 31 is provided with a slide rail 310. The gluing structure 32 is fixed to the bottom plate 31. The gluing structure 32 is used for gluing the lamp cap 300. The feeding structure 33 is located at one side of the gluing structure 32 and extends above the receiving structure 34, and the feeding structure 33 is used for transferring the lamp cap 300 from the gluing structure 32 to the receiving structure 34. The feeding structure 33 is provided with an anti-dropping plate, and the anti-dropping plate is located above the lamp cap 300 to prevent the lamp cap 300 from dropping from the feeding structure 33.
The material receiving structure 34 includes a pushing driving member 340, a connecting plate 341, a lifting driving member 342, and a material receiving member 343. The push driving member 340 is fixed to the base plate 31. The connecting plate 341 is slidably mounted on the slide rail 310 of the bottom plate 31, and the output shaft of the driving member 340 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 341. The lifting driving member 342 is fixed to the connection plate 341. The receiving member 343 is fixed to the output shaft of the elevating driving member 342. The material receiving member 343 includes a positioning plate 3430 and a holding plate 3432. The positioning plate 3430 is parallel to the holding plate 3432, and a receiving space 3434 is formed between the positioning plate 3430 and the holding plate 3432. The positioning plate 3430 has a guide groove 3431, and the guide groove 3431 is W-shaped.
The robot 35 includes a push drive 350, a clamp drive 351, and a clamping jaw 352. The clamping driving member 351 is fixed at the output end of the pushing driving member 350, and the clamping jaw 352 is fixed at the output end of the clamping driving member 351. The pushing driving member 350 drives the clamping driving member 351 and the clamping jaw 352 to move in the horizontal direction. The clamping drive 351 causes the clamping jaws 352 to clamp or unclamp.
The positioning structure 36 includes a positioning driving member 360 and a positioning pawl 361. The positioning structure 36 is located on one side of the transmission structure 20, the output end of the positioning driving member 360 is fixedly connected to the positioning pawl 361, and the positioning driving member 360 drives the positioning pawl 361 to move up and down. The positioning claws 361 have a semicircular shape and are used to place the ends of the lamps 200.

When the lamp cap automatic assembling apparatus is used, the lamp 200 is placed on the transmission structure 20, and the transmission structure 20 transmits the lamp 200 to the assembling device 30. The gluing structure 32 glues the lamp caps 300 conveyed from the previous process, and the glued lamp caps 300 are conveyed to the material receiving structure 34 along the feeding structure 33. The protrusion of the lamp cap 300 slides down along the guide groove 3431, so that the lamp cap 300 falls into the accommodating space 3434, and the lamp cap 300 is positioned while falling. The push driving member 340 pushes the receiving member 343 to move to the front of the robot 35. The pusher drive 350 of the robot 35 pushes the clamping jaws 352 forward and the clamp drive 351 drives the clamping jaws 352 to clamp the lamp head 300. At this time, the lifting driving member 342 of the receiving structure 34 drives the receiving member 343 to move downward to be separated from the lamp cap 300. The guiding driving member 371 of the guiding structure 37 drives the two guiding plates 372 to fold and gather the power cord 202, and the threading driving member 370 drives the two guiding plates 372 to move forward to expose the power cord 202. The manipulator 35 drives the lamp head 300 to move forward to the two guide plates 372 and butt. Threading actuator 370 moves guide plates 372 forward one lamp head 300 distance and opens to release power cord 202. The manipulator 35 drives the lamp cap 300 to move forward so that the lamp cap 300 is sleeved into the end of the lamp tube 200.
The operation principle of the other assembling device 30 is the same as that of the assembling device 30 described above, and is used for mounting the driving-end cap 300 to the lamp tube 200.
The whole working process of the automatic lamp tube and lamp cap assembling equipment is fully automatic, manual work is not needed, and the working efficiency is high.
