Heat resistance stability test method: examples 1 to 4 and reference examples 1 to 2 were placed in an environment of 40 ℃ and maintained for 24 hours, and then returned to room temperature, and the presence or absence of turbidity was observed.
The cold resistance stability test method comprises the following steps: the samples of examples 1 to 4 and reference examples 1 to 2 were placed in an environment of-10 ℃ for 24 hours, and then returned to room temperature, and the presence or absence of the delamination and discoloration was observed.
The test results are shown in table 5:
| stability against Heat Stability against cold
Example 1 No turbidity phenomenon No layered discoloration
Example 2 No turbidity phenomenon No layered discoloration
Example 3 No turbidity phenomenon No layered discoloration
Example 4 No turbidity phenomenon No layered discoloration
Reference example 1 No turbidity phenomenon No layered discoloration
Reference example 2 Turbidity appears The phenomenon of layered color change occurs
TABLE 5
Table 5 shows that the samples 1 to 4 of the invention have no turbidity through a heat resistance test and no layered discoloration through a cold resistance test, which indicates that the invention has better stability. The compositions of reference examples 1-2 are different from those of example 1, and reference example 2 shows clouding phenomenon through heat resistance test and layered discoloration phenomenon through cold resistance test, indicating that goldenrain tree fruit extract is the key to improve stability.
