Experimental example 2

And (3) investigating the growth condition of pathogenic bacteria hyphae according to the growth condition of the rice sheath blight bacterium in a blank control culture dish, measuring the growth diameter of bacterial colonies by using calipers, wherein the unit is millimeter, and vertically measuring the diameter of each bacterial colony by using a cross method once respectively, and taking the average value. The test results are shown in table 2.
