The breeding method of the invention can accelerate the growth speed of the bread worm; the survival rate and the yield of the bread worm are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of breeding, and particularly relates to a breeding method for breeding tenebrio molitor by using traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
The tenebrio molitor is also called yellow mealworm, belongs to a species of Insecta, Coleoptera, Papilionaceae and Trionycis, and is the most ideal feed insect for artificial breeding. The larvae of the yellow mealworm contain various saccharides, amino acids, vitamins, hormones, enzymes and mineral substances such as phosphorus, iron, potassium, sodium, calcium and the like besides high crude protein and fat content, have high nutritional value, can be directly used as living animal protein feeds for feeding frogs, turtles, scorpions, centipedes, ants, high-quality fishes, appreciative birds, medicinal animals, precious fur animals, rare livestock and poultry and the like, can be used in the industries of food, health products, cosmetics and the like after being processed, and is considered as a 'treasure house of protein feeds' due to the fact that the protein nutritional ingredients are high in various living animal protein feeds. However, the breadworm is difficult to feed, and has no commercial value and use value once the breadworm dies.
In view of this, this patent is filed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a breadworm breeding method.
The invention aims to provide a breadworm breeding method.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a method for breeding Chinese medicinal bread worm comprises breeding bread worm with feed prepared from Carthami flos, fructus Jujubae and Juglandis.
Preferably, the feed takes bran, red dates, safflower and walnuts as raw materials.
The breeding method for breeding the Tenebrio molitor by using the traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following breeding elements:
(1) and (3) separate cultivation: larvae, pupae and imagoes need to be raised separately and cannot be raised in a mixed mode; the larvae of the same age should be raised together, and the larvae cannot be raised in a mixed mode; pupation is about to be generated when mature larvae turn white, and the pupae are picked out in time and stored separately;
(2) the environmental requirements are as follows: placing the bread worm in a feeding box, and placing in a ventilating, drying and heat-preserving environment at 5-38 deg.C, preferably at 25-30 deg.C; keeping the temperature at 24-26 ℃ when hatching eggs; the environmental humidity is 60-80%; a dark or dimly lit environment;
(3) feeding: the water content of the feed is 10-20%, and the feed with the weight 1-2 times of the weight of the bread worm is fed for feeding until the water content reaches the selling or using standard;
(4) daily management: the dead pupae and imagoes are removed in time, and molting and excrement of the larvae are screened out in time; and (5) placing pesticides on the periphery of the insect breeding workshop, and simultaneously doing the rat-proof work.
The bakery for breeding the bread worms needs dark light and ventilation, and needs heating and heat-insulating facilities in winter. The doors and windows of the feeding workshop are provided with screen windows to prevent flies, birds and mice from entering.
The larva, the pupa and the adult are separately fed, and cannot be mixedly fed, and the mixedly fed has the defects that the feed is inconvenient to feed according to different requirements, the eggs are easy to eat in the foraging process of the adult, and the pupa is easy to eat by the larva. The larvae of basically the same age should be raised together, and the size can not be mixed, so that the feeding is convenient, and if the vigorous larvae need to supplement nutrition; old larvae are not needed; the newly emerged adults are tender and cannot eat too much green feed. Pupae are to be pupated when mature larvae turn white, and the pupae are to be picked out in time so as to prevent the larvae from biting the pupae, and high-density feed is not suitable due to the habit of mutual killing of adult and larva.
Dead pupa and adult are removed in time to avoid rotting and going bad, catch germs, and molt and excrement of larvae are screened off in time to facilitate the timely addition of fresh feed.
The management method is different in different seasons, such as high weather temperature, vigorous larva growth, and the fact that the insects need to have enough moisture, fruits and vegetables with high moisture content are required to be added for feeding, and sometimes ventilation cooling is required, and in winter, the insects have low moisture content, and the insects need to reduce feed with high moisture content.
Bread worm is sexually fearing light and sexually moveable. And the whole day and night activities show that no sunlight is needed, and female adults and adults lay eggs more in dark places than under strong light.
The bread worm is not afraid of cold and has low requirements on temperature and humidity. Dormancy is carried out below 5 ℃, death is caused by heat at 39 ℃, and metabolic process is slow at 15 ℃. The food intake is increased at 25-36 ℃, the activity is enhanced, and the growth and development are faster. In the feeding box, if the bread worms are too dense and are easy to heat, the bread worms are frequently moved to dissipate heat and keep proper temperature. At 25 ℃, the eggs can be incubated for 3-5 days, and the incubation is delayed when the temperature is reduced. The appropriate humidity of the bread worm is 60 to 80 percent. When the water content of the insect body is proper, the low temperature can inhibit metabolism to delay development, and the high temperature can accelerate development. The pupa stage can breathe without eating, so the pupa still needs to be placed in a ventilated, dry and heat-preservation environment, and the pupa cannot be sealed and overhumigated so as to prevent the pupa from rotting into yellow and black. In summer, the pupa skin is easy to dry, and should be properly turned over and sprayed with a little water mist to keep the pupa skin moist. The temperature can reach 25-30 ℃ best as long as the cooling, the moisture removal and the heat preservation and the ventilation are paid attention in summer and winter.
