Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Kyoho grape cultivation, in particular to a cultivation method for promoting Kyoho grapes to naturally bear fruits.
Background
Under the influence of factors such as adverse climate, cultivation conditions, variety characteristics and the like, the Kyoho grapes are easy to grow vigorous in young shoots in cultivation, so that the physiological fruit drop is serious, the differentiation of winter bud flower buds is poor, the ear deflection and ear protrusion phenomena occur in the ears, and the commodity of the Kyoho grapes is greatly reduced. In addition, poor differentiation of flower buds of winter buds also affects the yield of grapes in the next year.
In order to prevent flower and fruit dropping, in the cultivation of Kyoho grapes, most growers at home and abroad apply a plant growth regulator to carry out GA on flower spikes 2-3d after flowering3And (5) performing fruit preservation treatment. Albeit GA3The treatment can prevent flower and fruit dropping, but the treatment can cause adverse reactions such as fruit grain reduction, seedless fruit increase, poor fruit coloring and mature fruit dropping caused by hardening of fruit clusters and ear stalks. In addition, the GA3 has the defects of improper fruit retention time, excessive fruit setting, high labor force for manual fruit thinning to ensure the size uniformity of fruit grains, labor and physical and chemical cost increase, and abuse of plant growth regulators due to poor treatment.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.

Investigation of field cultivation
The test was divided into study group, control group 1 and control group 2, wherein the study group was performed according to example 3; control 1 was treated according to GA3 in the background art; control 3 was not treated; the fruit set rate and fruit thinning time of each group were investigated and the results are shown in table 1 below and fig. 1-3.
TABLE 1 fruit setting rate and fruit thinning time for each group
Group of | Percentage of fruit set (%) | The next year grape yield (kg/mu) | Fruit thinning time per mu (h/man) |
Research group | 31.21 | 1350.25 | 12 |
Control group 1 | 36.49 | 860.64 | 30 |
Control group 2 | 14.74 | 420.89 | —— |
As can be seen from table 1 and fig. 1-3, the fruit set rate and the next-year grape yield of the study group and the control group 1 are significantly higher than those of the control group 2, indicating that the methods of the study group and the control group 1 can indeed improve the fruit set rate and the next-year grape yield of the Kyoho grapes.
In practice, fruit setting rate is generally controlled to 30-40% in order to reduce fruit thinning workload. As can be seen from the investigation results, the fruit set rates of the study group and the control group 1 are both within the range; comparing the research group with the control group 1, the difference of the fruit setting rate of the research group and the control group 1 is only 5.28%, which shows that the cultivation method of the invention can achieve the purpose of using GA3Treating the fruit setting rate of Kyoho grapes; however, the fruit thinning time is obviously shorter than that of the control group 1, which shows that the fruit thinning time can be obviously reduced and the labor intensity can be reduced while the fruit setting rate is ensured by the cultivation method provided by the invention.
In addition, the yield of the grapes in the next year in the research group is obviously higher than that in the control group 1, which shows that the research group can ensure the normal growth of the Kyoho grapes in the current year and the yield of the Kyoho grapes in the next year, and has obvious advantages compared with the control group 1.
In conclusion, the method controls fertilizer and water and extracts the core of the grape young shoots at different growth stages from the budding of the grape young shoots to the fruit expansion stage, and simultaneously inhibits the vigorous growth of the grape young shoots by spraying the longan and the lyocell, improves the stress resistance of the grape tree body of the Kyoho, coordinates the balance relationship between vegetative growth and reproductive growth, and promotes the bud differentiation of winter buds, fruit setting and expansion.
