Claims (18)

1.一种托板,包括:
基底层;
载货层,包括:
一对隔开的外连接板,
至少一个中心连接板,所述至少一个中心连接板位于所述一对隔开的外连接板之间,
一对隔开的端部甲板,所述一对隔开的端部甲板位于所述一对隔开的外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板上,其中所述端部甲板与所述外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板正交,以及
一对隔开的中间甲板,所述一对隔开的中间甲板位于所述一对隔开的外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板上,其中所述中间甲板与所述外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板正交且与各自端部甲板对接;以及
多个隔开的支架,所述多个隔开的支架耦接于所述基底层与载货层之间且在其间形成间隙,用于接受举升件,并且包括:
外支架,所述外支架构造为C形托架,所述C形托架具有接触所述外连接板的其中一个的底侧的上凸缘和接触所述基底层的顶侧的底凸缘,以及
中心支架,所述中心支架构造为圆形柱,所述圆形柱具有接触所述至少一个中心连接板的上表面和接触所述基底层的底表面,每一个圆形柱包括:
外壁,具有相对端,该相对端包含多个隔开的排出切口,
中心毂,具有对齐于所述外壁的所述相对端的相对端,且包含通过其延伸的开口,以用于接受紧固件,以及
多个肋,所述多个肋在所述中心毂与所述外壁之间径向延伸,所述多个肋从所述中心毂与所述外壁的所述相对端凹进并且对齐于所述多个隔开的排出切口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述外支架包括金属,而所述中心支架包括塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述外连接板和所述中心连接板包括木材,并且其中所述端部甲板和所述中间甲板包括木材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述中间甲板和所述端部甲板具有相同宽度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述载货层进一步包括至少一个位于所述一对中间甲板之间的附加中间甲板,其中所述至少一个附加中间甲板与所述一对中间甲板分开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述基底层包括一对隔开的底端部甲板和位于所述一对隔开的底端部甲板之间的至少一个底中心甲板,并且其中每一个外支架的所述底凸缘都接触所述底端部甲板的其中一个或所述至少一个底中心甲板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的托板,其中所述底端部甲板和所述至少一个底中心甲板与所述载货层中的所述端部甲板和所述中间甲板对齐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述基底层和所述载货层包含紧固件开口,所述紧固件开口与所述中心支架中的所述中心毂中的所述开口对齐,并且进一步包括多个紧固件,用于将所述基底层和所述载货层耦接到所述中心支架。
9.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中所述多个肋从所述中心毂和所述外壁的相对端凹进。
10.根据权利要求1所述的托板,其中每一个外支架中的所述上凸缘都包含通过其延伸的单一紧固件开口,并且每一个外支架中的所述底凸缘都包含一对通过其延伸的紧固件开口;并且
所述基底层和所述载货层包含与所述外支架中的所述开口对齐的紧固件开口,并且进一步包括多个紧固件,用于将所述基底层和所述载货层固定到所述外支架。
11.一种制造托板的方法,包括:
提供基底层;
提供载货层,包括:
一对隔开的外连接板,
至少一个中心连接板,所述至少一个中心连接板位于所述一对隔开的外连接板之间,
一对隔开的端部甲板,所述一对隔开的端部甲板位于所述一对隔开的外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板上,其中所述端部甲板与所述外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板正交,以及
一对隔开的中间甲板,所述一对隔开的中间甲板位于所述一对隔开的外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板上,其中所述中间甲板与所述外连接板和所述至少一个中心连接板正交且与各自端部甲板对接;以及
将多个隔开的支架耦接于所述基底层与所述载货层之间且在其间形成间隙,用于接受举升件,其中所述支架包括:
外支架,所述外支架构造为C形托架,所述C形托架具有接触所述外连接板的其中一个的底侧的上凸缘和接触所述基底层的顶侧的底凸缘,以及
中心支架,所述中心支架构造为圆形柱,所述圆形柱具有接触所述至少一个中心连接板的上表面和接触所述基底层的底表面,每一个圆形柱包括:
外壁,具有相对端,该相对端包含多个隔开的排出切口,
中心毂,具有对齐于所述外壁的所述相对端的相对端,且包含通过其延伸的开口,以用于接受紧固件,以及
多个肋,所述多个肋在所述中心毂与所述外壁之间径向延伸,所述多个肋从所述中心毂与所述外壁的所述相对端凹进并且对齐于所述多个隔开的排出切口。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述外支架包括金属,而所述中心支架包括塑料。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述外连接板和中心连接板包括木材,并且其中所述端部和中间甲板包括木材。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述中间甲板和所述端部甲板具有相同宽度。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述载货层进一步包括至少一个位于所述一对中间甲板之间的附加中间甲板,其中所述至少一个附加中间甲板与所述一对中间甲板分开。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述基底层包括一对隔开的底端部甲板和至少一个位于所述一对隔开的底端部甲板之间的底中心甲板,并且其中每一个外支架的所述底凸缘都接触所述底端部甲板的其中一个或所述至少一个底中心甲板。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中所述底端部甲板和所述至少一个底中心甲板与所述载货层中的所述端部甲板和所述中间甲板对齐。
18.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述基底层和载货层包含紧固件开口,所述紧固件开口与所述中心支架中的所述中心毂中的所述开口对齐,并且进一步包括多个紧固件,用于将所述基底层和所述载货层耦接到所述中心支架。
