When the processed garbage crushed by the crushing mechanism 2 falls to the top of the sieve plate 301 through the crushing hole 207, the sieve plate 301 is forced to pull one side sliding block 306 to slide in the sliding groove 309, the sliding block 306 pulls the spring 307 in a sliding manner, the spring 307 can drive the sieve plate 301 to vibrate by utilizing self elasticity, so that the fallen crushed kitchen garbage particles are flushed out along with water flow, and can oscillate to screen out particles with larger particle sizes, and the particles can fall into one side material distribution box 401 through the inclined sieve plate 301, oil floats on the top of the water liquid and obliquely leaks into the material distribution box 401 through an oil film formed by the oil leakage groove 302, the filter element 402 in the material distribution box 401 can adsorb large particles and oil, and the filtered water liquid is discharged into the material discharge header pipe 501 through the material discharge branch pipe 406, and large particles can float on the top of the filter element 402 to be degraded and can be separated from the material distribution box 401 by pulling the cover plate, the filter element 402 and the large particles on the top can be cleaned and maintained conveniently.
The outer wall sealing cap of the flushing pipe 6 is screwed out, the flushing pipe 6 is communicated with an external flushing pump, a valve body connected with the bottom discharge mechanism 5 is closed, cleaning water liquid is pumped into the top flushing pipe 6, the water liquid can carry out high-pressure flushing on the internal crushing disc 201 and the external crushing disc 208 after being pumped into the containing box 104, the flushed water liquid can flow out from the bottom flushing pipe 6 through water pressure, and then the back flushing can be carried out on the components in the containing box 104.
