Abstract
A noctilucent plastic track and sports and leisure entertainment surface layer comprises a base layer, a buffer layer and a surface layer, and is characterized in that the base layer, the buffer layer and the surface layer are sequentially laid; the buffer layer comprises luminous elastic particles; the surface layer has a fluorescent function; the surface layer comprises color rubber particles, fluorescent materials and adhesives; compared with the prior art, the invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly, has the luminous mark, can emit light at night to facilitate the personnel doing sports at night to distinguish the track route, and can design various patterns according to the needs through the luminous coating or the luminous elastic layer, thereby improving the attractiveness of the track and the sports ground and creating a better sports environment; the runway buffer layer and the surface layer are paved in a prefabricated or on-site paving mode, the paving time is short, and the service life of the runway is long; the surface layer coating and the fluorescent material are mixed and then sprayed, so that the fluorescent material is effectively prevented from being unevenly distributed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic sports ground surface layers, in particular to a noctilucent plastic sports ground surface layer and a laying method thereof.
Background
The runway is a place for people to move and rest in each sports ground or colleges, but most of the prior runways lack corresponding lighting devices, most people have time to run to the sports ground to exercise bodies only after leaving work, run on the sports ground runway under the condition of lack of lighting, possibly deviate from the original runway route, cause collision and injury with other people, or fall by stepping on the boundary of the runway; some runways are provided with lighting street lamps with a timing switch function, but the running time of all people cannot be covered, and the electric quantity is wasted when the lighting street lamps are started for a long time when no people move.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a noctilucent plastic playground surface layer and a paving method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems in the background art.

As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the foundation layer is a cement foundation layer or an asphalt foundation layer; the laying thickness of the base layer is 5-7cm, and the waterproof layer is coated on the base layer.

As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the fluorescent material is a photo-induced energy storage fluorescent material; the fluorescent material can be one or a combination of more of fluorescent powder, fluorescent sand or flaky fluorescent particles; the size of the fluorescent particles is 2-5 mm; the fluorescent marked line comprises a fluorescent material, and the fluorescent material used by the fluorescent marked line and the fluorescent material used by the surface layer have different luminescent colors.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the laying process comprises the steps of:
s1: paving pretreatment: cleaning a paved field, wherein the cleaning comprises field leveling and bottom surface horizontal measurement;
s2: laying a base layer: paving a cement foundation layer or an asphalt foundation layer on the leveled field; paving the concrete to a thickness of 5-7cm, and waiting for 2-3 days to completely solidify the concrete;
s3: coating a waterproof layer: uniformly mixing the sealing bottom coating raw material and clear water according to a weight ratio, uniformly spreading the mixture on a base layer, and solidifying the mixture on the upper surface of the base layer to form a waterproof layer after the mixture is naturally dried;
s4: laying a buffer layer: mixing and stirring the adhesive raw material and the accelerant uniformly according to the weight ratio, spreading a uniform adhesive layer on the waterproof layer, tightly spreading the buffer layer on the adhesive layer, and expelling large air bubbles between the binding surfaces to completely bind the buffer layer to the adhesive layer for curing;
s5: spraying a surface layer: the surface layer paving raw material is uniformly sprayed or paved on the buffer layer through a spraying machine, and is repeatedly sprayed or paved to the required thickness after being solidified;
s6: spraying fluorescent marked lines and surface layer patterns: after mixing the fluorescent particles and the adhesive, spraying and drawing lines on the upper surface of the surface layer according to the standard requirements of the marking lines; and spray painting the surface layer pattern.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step S4, the cushion layer may be laid by mixing the elastic particles with the adhesive and then laying the mixture in a plurality of layers when laying a large-area playing surface layer.
As a further preferable embodiment of the present invention, in step S5, the fluorescent material, the colored rubber particles and the adhesive are first blended and mixed in a factory to form a semi-finished surface layer paving material, and then the semi-finished surface layer paving material is transported to a site for surface layer spraying or paving.
As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, in step S6, the fluorescent reticle is divided on the upper surface of the surface layer by a reticle machine; the upper surface of the surface layer is paved with fluorescent patterns through fluorescent particles.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a noctilucent plastic playground surface layer and a paving method thereof, which have the following beneficial effects:
the invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly, has the luminous mark, can emit light at night, is convenient for people moving at night to distinguish the course of the runway, can coat various patterns according to the needs through the luminous coating, improves the attractiveness of the runway, and creates a better moving environment;
the runway buffer layer and the surface layer are paved in a prefabricated mode, the paving time is short, and the service life of the runway is long; the surface layer coating and the fluorescent material are mixed and then sprayed, so that the fluorescent material is effectively prevented from being unevenly distributed.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
The invention provides a surface layer of a noctilucent plastic playground, which comprises a base layer 1, a buffer layer 3 and a surface layer 4, and is characterized in that the base layer 1, the buffer layer 3 and the surface layer 4 are laid in sequence; the buffer layer 3 comprises elastic particles; the surface layer 4 comprises color rubber particles, fluorescent materials and adhesives; the surface layer 4 comprises a plastic track surface layer and a plastic court surface layer; the face layer 4 has a fluorescent marking 5 thereon.
As a further preferable embodiment of the present invention, the foundation layer 1 is a cement foundation layer or an asphalt foundation layer; the paving thickness of the base layer 1 is 5-7cm, and the waterproof layer 2 is coated on the base layer 1.
As a further preferable aspect of the present invention, the buffer layer 3 has a thickness of 5 to 15 mm; the buffer layer 3 is provided with a buffer drain hole 3-1.
As a further preferred scheme of the present invention, the colored rubber particles may be one of PU particles and EPDM particles, and the colored rubber particles and the fluorescent material are blended to form noctilucent particles; the buffer layer 3 comprises elastic particles and an adhesive; the elastic particles are one of PU particles or EPDM tire particles.

As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the laying process comprises the steps of:

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step S4, the cushion layer may be laid by mixing the elastic particles with the adhesive and then laying the mixture in a plurality of layers when laying a large-area playing surface layer.

before paving a runway, cleaning the surface of a paving site, wherein the cleaning comprises site leveling and bottom surface horizontal measurement; paving a cement foundation layer or an asphalt foundation layer with the thickness of 5-7cm on the leveled field, and waiting for 2-3 days to completely solidify the cement foundation layer or the asphalt foundation layer; then uniformly mixing the sealing bottom coating raw material and clear water according to a weight ratio, uniformly spreading the mixture on the base layer 1, and solidifying the upper surface of the base layer 1 to form a waterproof layer after the mixture is naturally dried; brushing a paste layer on the waterproof layer 2, then tightly laying the buffer layer prefabricated plate on the paste layer, and expelling large air bubbles between binding surfaces to completely bind the buffer layer prefabricated plate to the paste layer for curing to form a buffer layer 3; after the buffer layer 3 is fixed, uniformly spraying the mixed surface layer paving raw material on the buffer layer through a spraying machine, and repeatedly spraying to the required thickness after solidification; and finally, mixing the fluorescent particles and the adhesive, dividing the fluorescent marked line 5 on the upper surface of the surface layer 4 through a marking machine, and paving a fluorescent pattern on the upper surface of the surface layer 4 through the fluorescent particles.

Claims (10)
1. A surface layer of a noctilucent plastic playground comprises a base layer (1), a buffer layer (3) and a surface layer (4), and is characterized in that the base layer (1), the buffer layer (3) and the surface layer (4) are sequentially laid; the buffer layer (3) comprises elastic particles; the surface layer (4) comprises color rubber particles, fluorescent materials and adhesives; the surface layer (4) comprises a plastic track surface layer and a plastic court surface layer; the surface layer (4) is provided with a fluorescent marked line (5).
2. A luminescent plastic sports surface according to claim 1, characterized in that the base layer (1) is a cement base layer or an asphalt base layer; the paving thickness of the base layer (1) is 5-7cm, and the waterproof layer (2) is coated on the base layer (1).
3. A luminescent plastic sports surface according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the buffer layer (3) is 5-15 mm; the buffer layer (3) is provided with a buffer drain hole (3-1).
4. A luminous plastic sports surface layer as defined in claim 1, wherein the colored rubber particles are selected from one of PU particles and EPDM particles, and the colored rubber particles are blended with fluorescent material to form luminous particles; the buffer layer (3) comprises elastic particles and an adhesive; the elastic particles are one of PU particles or EPDM tire particles.
5. A luminescent plastic sports surface layer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the colored rubber particles and the elastic particles have a particle size of 1-6 mm; the adhesive is polyurethane adhesive.

A luminescent plastic sports surface layer according to claim 1, wherein the fluorescent material is a photo-induced energy storage fluorescent material; the fluorescent material can be one or a combination of more of fluorescent powder, fluorescent sand or flaky fluorescent particles; the size of the fluorescent particles is 2-5 mm; the fluorescent marked line (5) comprises a fluorescent material, and the fluorescent material used by the fluorescent marked line and the fluorescent material used by the surface layer (4) have different luminescent colors.
7. A night-luminous plastic sports surface layer and a laying method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the laying process comprises the following steps:
s1: paving pretreatment: cleaning a paved field, wherein the cleaning comprises field leveling and bottom surface horizontal measurement;
s2: laying a base layer: paving a cement foundation layer or an asphalt foundation layer on the leveled field; paving the concrete to a thickness of 5-7cm, and waiting for 2-3 days to completely solidify the concrete;
s3: coating a waterproof layer: uniformly mixing the sealing bottom coating raw material and clear water according to a weight ratio, uniformly spreading the mixture on a base layer, and solidifying the mixture on the upper surface of the base layer to form a waterproof layer after the mixture is naturally dried;

8. A method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step S4 is a step of laying a buffer layer, wherein the buffer layer is laid by mixing elastic particles with adhesive and then laying the mixture in multiple layers.
9. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein in step S5, the fluorescent material, the color rubber particles and the adhesive are mixed in a factory to form a semi-finished material for surface layer, and the semi-finished material is transported to a field for surface layer spraying or spreading.
10. A method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step S6 comprises dividing the fluorescent mark on the upper surface of the playing surface by a marking machine; the upper surface of the surface layer is paved with fluorescent patterns through fluorescent particles.
