Abstract
本发明涉及汽车内饰技术领域,更具体地,本发明提供了一种TPO包覆表皮及其制备方法。本发明第一方面提供一种TPO包覆表皮,包括自下到上的基布、TPO层、表面处理层;按重量份计,所述TPO层的制备原料包括20~60份TPO颗粒、15~90份聚烯烃、0~5份光稳定剂、3~12份颜料;所述表面处理层的制备原料包括40~60份处理剂、1~6份交联剂、0~8份耐磨助剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰技术领域,更具体地,本发明提供了一种TPO包覆表皮及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车普及率的不断提高,汽车轻量化、安全化、舒适化和环保成为当今汽车工业发展的主要趋势,将塑料替代金属用于汽车制造是汽车工业实现以上目标的一个重要手段,每辆汽车塑料的用量也成为衡量汽车生产技术水平高低的重要标志之一。汽车内饰用TPO包覆表皮具有加工工艺简单、成本低、工艺稳定、耐候性好、气味低等优点,且不含有任何VOC分解成分的材料,TPO材料被公认为本世纪最好的汽车内饰材料之一。
申请号为201922485587.0的专利公开一种汽车内饰用TPO包覆表皮,采用基布作为基底,并将基布与TPO复合及对TPO表面进行表面处理,制得的TPO包覆表皮,不仅满足环保要求,低VOC含量,低气味,并且采用基布作为基底,特别是对于一些不规则部位,包覆非常方便,但只公开了其结构,对于具体的原料组成并未涉及。另外对于包覆表皮来说,在应用过程中需要具有较好的低温柔韧性和耐折牢度。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种TPO包覆表皮,包括自下到上的基布、TPO层、表面处理层;按重量份计,所述TPO层的制备原料包括20~60份TPO颗粒、15~90份聚烯烃、0~5份光稳定剂、3~12份颜料;所述表面处理层的制备原料包括40~60份处理剂、1~6份交联剂、0~8份耐磨助剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述TPO颗粒的密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3,熔体流动速率为8~12g/10min。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚烯烃选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物中的一种或几种组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚烯烃包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯;所述聚丙烯和聚乙烯的质量比为(1.2~2.6):1。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚丙烯的熔体流动速率为7~8.5g/10min。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯;所述高密度聚乙烯的密度为0.9~1g/cm3,熔体流动速率为5~7g/10min。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述处理剂为聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂;所述聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量为25~35wt%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述交联剂选自二亚胺型交联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、异氰酸酯型交联剂、恶唑啉型交联剂中的一种或几种组合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述耐磨助剂为有机硅助剂。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种TPO包覆表皮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将平整、完好的基布清洗、干燥;
(2)按重量份,将TPO颗粒、聚烯烃、光稳定剂、颜料投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后经挤出机熔融挤出得到TPO流延膜,与基布加压复合成TPO层,运行车速为3~12m/min;
(3)按重量份,将处理剂、交联剂、耐磨助剂投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后以辊涂的形式涂覆于经过电晕处理的TPO层表面,干燥;
(4)压花机花纹成型,在压花机的辊轮上,将步骤(3)制备的材料烘烤使其软化后在花纹辊压力作用下成型,得到TPO包覆表皮。
有益效果:本发明制备得到的TPO包覆表皮,包括自下到上的基布、TPO层、表面处理层,通过限定TPO层中的制备原料,将特定的TPO颗粒与聚烯烃混合,各组分间相互作用,不仅使得包覆表皮在-10℃的柔韧性得到了改善,而且依次在25℃下弯折10万次、25℃湿态弯折3万次、低温-20℃弯折3万次,都没有出现裂缝、龟裂或表皮掉色现象,使用性能极佳;本发明TPO包覆表皮的制备工艺简单,节省成本,VOC释放量低,应用广泛。

TPO层
在一种实施方式中,按重量份计,所述TPO层的制备原料包括20~60份TPO颗粒、15~90份聚烯烃、0~5份光稳定剂、3~12份颜料。
在一种优选的实施方式中,按重量份计,所述TPO层的制备原料包括30~50份TPO颗粒、20~80份聚烯烃、2~3份光稳定剂、3~5份颜料。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,按重量份计,所述TPO层的制备原料包括40份TPO颗粒、35份聚烯烃、3份光稳定剂、4份颜料。
TPO颗粒
在一种实施方式中,所述TPO颗粒的密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3,熔体流动速率为8~12g/10min;优选的,所述TPO颗粒的密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3,熔体流动速率为9~11g/10min;更优选的,所述TPO颗粒的密度为0.898g/cm3,熔体流动速率为10g/10min。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述TPO颗粒购买自美国Teknor Apex的TL-2468A。
所述密度是按照ASTM D792测试方法测试得到;所述熔体流动速率是按照ASTMD1238测试方法测试得到。
所述TPO是一种新型的汽车内饰材料。英文全称Thermoplastic polyolefin,热塑性聚烯烃弹性体,目前刚刚在国内起步,相对于PVC材料,其具有密度低,节能环保等优点。聚烯烃热塑性弹性体是一种高性能聚烯烃产品,在常温下成橡胶弹性,具有密度小、弯曲大、低温抗冲击性能高、易加工、可重复使用等特点。
聚烯烃
在一种实施方式中,所述聚烯烃选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物中的一种或几种组合。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述聚烯烃包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述聚丙烯和聚乙烯的质量比为(1.2~2.6):1;更优选的,所述聚丙烯和聚乙烯的质量比为2.4:1。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述聚丙烯的熔体流动速率为7~8.5g/10min;更优选的,所述聚丙烯的熔体流动速率为8.5g/10min。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述聚丙烯购买自台塑聚丙烯3090。

所述密度是按照ISO 1183测试方法测试得到;所述熔体流动速率是在190℃/21.6kg,按照ISO 1133测试方法测试得到。
申请人在实验过程中发现,当在体系中同时加入聚丙烯和聚乙烯,尤其是加入密度为0.9~1g/cm3,熔体流动速率为5~7g/10min的高密度聚乙烯以及熔体流动速率为7~8.5g/10min的聚丙烯,在体系中与密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3,熔体流动速率为8~12g/10min的TPO颗粒相作用,可与基布进行更好的结合,不仅使得包覆表皮在-10℃的柔韧性得到了改善,而且依次在25℃下弯折10万次、25℃湿态弯折3万次、低温-20℃弯折3万次,都没有出现裂缝、龟裂或表皮掉色现象,使用性能极佳。
光稳定剂
在一种实施方式中,所述光稳定剂选自水杨酸酯类、苯甲酸酯类、二苯甲酮类、苯丙三唑类、取代丙烯腈、草酰胺类、有机镍络合物类、受阻胺类光稳定剂中的一种或几种组合。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂。
所述受阻胺类光稳定剂可通过市售购买得到,包括但不限于购买自北京天罡助剂有限责任公司的光稳定剂622。
颜料
本发明所述颜料包括但不限于碳黑、酞青有机颜料、红色黄色有机颜料,可根据实际需要进行添加。
在一种实施方式中,所述颜料为碳黑。
所述碳黑可通过市售购买得到,包括但不限于购买自安徽黑鈺颜料新材料有限公司。
表面处理层
在一种实施方式中,按重量份计,所述表面处理层的制备原料包括40~60份处理剂、1~6份交联剂、0~8份耐磨助剂。
在一种优选的实施方式中,按重量份计,所述表面处理层的制备原料包括45~55份处理剂、2~3份交联剂、2~6份耐磨助剂。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,按重量份计,所述表面处理层的制备原料包括48份处理剂、2.5份交联剂、4份耐磨助剂。
水性处理剂
在一种实施方式中,所述处理剂为聚碳型水性处理剂。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述聚碳型水性处理剂为聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量为25~35wt%;更优选的,所述聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量为30wt%。

交联剂

耐磨助剂
在一种实施方式中,所述耐磨助剂为有机硅助剂。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述有机硅助剂选自美国道康宁DC-57、美国联合化工358、斯塔尔HM-186中的一种或几种组合。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述有机硅助剂为斯塔尔HM-186。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种TPO包覆表皮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将平整、完好的基布清洗、干燥;
(2)按重量份,将TPO颗粒、聚烯烃、光稳定剂、颜料投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后经挤出机熔融挤出得到TPO流延膜,与基布加压复合成TPO层,运行车速为3~12m/min;
(3)按重量份,将处理剂、交联剂、耐磨助剂投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后以辊涂的形式涂覆于经过电晕处理的TPO层表面,干燥;
(4)压花机花纹成型,在压花机的辊轮上,将步骤(3)制备的材料烘烤使其软化后在花纹辊压力作用下成型,得到TPO包覆表皮。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述包覆件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将平整、完好的基布清洗、干燥;
(2)按重量份,将TPO颗粒、聚烯烃、光稳定剂、颜料投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后在160~220℃下经挤出机熔融挤出得到4~5mm的TPO流延膜,与基布在3~7Mpa的压力下复合成TPO层,运行车速为3~12m/min;
(3)按重量份,将处理剂、交联剂、耐磨助剂投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后以辊涂的形式涂覆于经过电晕处理后的TPO层表面,干燥;
(4)压花机花纹成型,在压花机的辊轮上,将步骤(3)制备的材料在160~200℃下烘烤使其软化后在花纹辊压力作用下成型,得到TPO包覆表皮,运行车速为4~10m/min。
在一种更优选的实施方式中,所述包覆件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将平整、完好的基布清洗、干燥;
(2)按重量份,将TPO颗粒、聚烯烃、光稳定剂、颜料投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后在190℃下经挤出机熔融挤出得到4.5mm的TPO流延膜,与基布在4Mpa的压力下复合成TPO层,运行车速为6m/min;
(3)按重量份,将处理剂、交联剂、耐磨助剂投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后以辊涂的形式涂覆于经过电晕处理的TPO层表面,干燥;
(4)压花机花纹成型,在压花机的辊轮上,将步骤(3)制备的材料在180℃下烘烤使其软化后在花纹辊压力作用下成型,得到TPO包覆表皮,运行车速为7m/min。

所述TPO颗粒购买自美国Teknor Apex的TL-2468A。
所述聚烯烃包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯;所述聚丙烯和聚乙烯的质量比为2.4:1

所述聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯,购买自利安德巴塞尔GX 4042。
所述光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂,购买自北京天罡助剂有限责任公司的光稳定剂622。
所述颜料为碳黑,购买自安徽黑鈺颜料新材料有限公司。
按重量份计,所述表面处理层的制备原料包括48份处理剂、2.5份交联剂、4份耐磨助剂。
所述处理剂为聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂,购买自斯塔尔精细化工公司的PU-406。
所述交联剂为异氰酸酯型交联剂,购买自斯塔尔精细化工公司的28-404。
所述耐磨助剂为斯塔尔HM-186。
所述TPO包覆表皮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将平整、完好的基布清洗、干燥;
(2)按重量份,将TPO颗粒、聚烯烃、光稳定剂、颜料投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后在190℃下经挤出机熔融挤出得到4.5mm的TPO流延膜,与基布在4Mpa的压力下复合成TPO层,运行车速为6m/min;
(3)按重量份,将处理剂、交联剂、耐磨助剂投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后以辊涂的形式涂覆于经过电晕处理的TPO层表面,干燥;
(4)压花机花纹成型,在压花机的辊轮上,将步骤(3)制备的材料在180℃下烘烤使其软化后在花纹辊压力作用下成型,得到TPO包覆表皮,运行车速为7m/min。

本发明的实施例4提供了一种TPO包覆表皮,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,所述TPO颗粒购买自日本住友的WT525。
实施例5
本发明的实施例5提供了一种TPO包覆表皮,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,所述TPO颗粒购买自美国Teknor Apex的TL-2478H。
实施例6
本发明的实施例6提供了一种TPO包覆表皮,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,所述聚丙烯购买自台塑聚丙烯5020。
实施例7
本发明的实施例7提供了一种TPO包覆表皮,其具体实施方式同实施例3,不同之处在于,所述聚丙烯购买自台塑聚丙烯1080。

性能测试
1.低温柔韧性测试
对实施例1~14制备得到的TPO包覆表皮在-10℃下按照QB/T 4043-2010中6.12的规定进行低温柔韧性测试,记录经纬向低温柔韧性的平均值;其中,低温柔韧性≥110mm的记为A;低温柔韧性在80~110mm的记为B;低温柔韧性在≤80mm的记为C。
2.耐折牢度测试
对实施例1~14制备得到的TPO包覆表皮依次在25℃下弯折10万次、25℃湿态弯折3万次、低温-20℃弯折3万次,其中没有出现裂缝、龟裂或表皮掉色现象的记为A,在低温-20℃弯折中才出现裂缝、龟裂或表皮掉色现象的记为B,在低温-20℃弯折前就出现了裂缝、龟裂或表皮掉色现象的记为C。
3.气味测试
对实施例1~3制备得到的TPO包覆表皮参照PV3900进行气味测试,记录气味等级;其中,气味等级在2.5~3.0的记为A,3.0~3.5的记为B,≥3.5的记为C。

Claims (7)
1.一种TPO包覆表皮,其特征在于,包括自下到上的基布、TPO层、表面处理层;按重量份计,所述TPO层的制备原料包括20~60份TPO颗粒、15~90份聚烯烃、0~5份光稳定剂、3~12份颜料;所述表面处理层的制备原料包括40~60份处理剂、1~6份交联剂、0~8份耐磨助剂;
所述聚烯烃包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯;所述聚丙烯和聚乙烯的质量比为(1.2~2.6):1;
所述聚乙烯为高密度聚乙烯;所述高密度聚乙烯的密度为0.9~1g/cm3,熔体流动速率为5~7g/10min。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种TPO包覆表皮,其特征在于,所述TPO颗粒的密度为0.8~0.9g/cm3,熔体流动速率为8~12g/10min。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种TPO包覆表皮,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯的熔体流动速率为7~8.5g/10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种TPO包覆表皮,其特征在于,所述处理剂为聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂;所述聚碳型水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量为25~35wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种TPO包覆表皮,其特征在于,所述交联剂选自二亚胺型交联剂、氮丙啶交联剂、异氰酸酯型交联剂、恶唑啉型交联剂中的一种或几种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种TPO包覆表皮,其特征在于,所述耐磨助剂为有机硅助剂。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述一种TPO包覆表皮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将平整、完好的基布清洗、干燥;
(2)按重量份,将TPO颗粒、聚烯烃、光稳定剂、颜料投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后经挤出机熔融挤出得到TPO流延膜,与基布加压复合成TPO层,运行车速为3~12m/min;
(3)按重量份,将处理剂、交联剂、耐磨助剂投入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,然后以辊涂的形式涂覆于经过电晕处理的TPO层表面,干燥;
(4)压花机花纹成型,在压花机的辊轮上,将步骤(3)制备的材料烘烤使其软化后在花纹辊压力作用下成型,得到TPO包覆表皮。
