Abstract
本发明自动加水排气封袋设备公开了一种可以在食品包装中自动加水、排气、封袋一体设备,主要解决了加水、抽真空、封袋不在同一设备,操作工作重复操作的问题。本发明是通过控制磁阀开启时间来控制加液多少,利用斜面和袋内的水排除空气,热合工件完成封袋。

技术领域:
本发明自动加水排气封袋设备主要是一种用于食品包装中内容物有一定量的液体的封袋包工作。
背景技术:
现有的食品加工过程中,工人是先人工或是用其它加水设备加水后再放进真空封口机,先抽真空再热合封袋;该操作由不同工人,在不同设备上先后操作,该操作不连贯,封袋工作易出现夹菜、漏封、褶皱封袋缺陷,工人重复动作以至于劳动效率较低。
发明内容:
为了克服上述问题本发明提供了一种自动加水排气封袋设备,可以加水、排气、热封连贯操作。
本发明提供的技术方案是在同一个设备上完成加水、排气(类似于抽真空)、热封的工作流程。与现有的设备组合相比可以较大提高工作效率、减少工人的劳动强度、降低设备保养要求、节约成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明,当操作工人把充填好固体物料包装袋(14)打开并靠近接这开关(13)时电磁阀(12)打开,水管(2)把上水箱(1)中的液体放入包装袋(14)中,通过时间继电器关闭电磁阀完成定量加液,加入量稍微多一点以便排气,包装袋(14)完成加液后,操作人员清理袋口内侧的固体物,并闭合包装袋,使其斜靠于工件(7)的斜面,并紧贴热合底板(5)拉至接近开关(6);接近开关发出信号,气缸(3)推动发热板下压,时间继电器计时后发出信号抬起气缸完成热合;水泵(15)把下水箱(9)的液体泵入上水箱,泵入量多于使用量,多余的水从溢流口(10)回流到下水箱(9)中,以保证上水箱(10)液面稳定。
附图2中是排气装置的示意图,包装袋(14)加完水后清理内部袋口并闭合包装袋,靠在工件(7)的斜面上紧贴热合底板(5)拉至接近开关(6),多装的水会排出空气,同时接近开关(6)发出信号热合工件下压完成热合封袋。多余的水排出过滤后经过回流管(8)回到下水箱。
Claims (4)
1.自动加水排气封袋设备,其特征在于可以当食品塑料包装袋靠近时自动定量加水,加水后包装袋放入热封工位排气封袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动加水排气封袋设备,自动定量加水是当包装袋靠近时传感器检测到包装袋到位发出信号给电磁阀,电磁阀开启进行加水,同时时间继电器开始计时,计时结束后发出信号关闭电磁阀并复位中间继电器。
3.权利要求1所述的自动加水排气封袋设备,自动定量加水是通过溢流管稳定上水箱的液面以保证加液时的压力从而保证定量加液的精度。
4.权利要求1所述的自动加水排气封袋设备,排气是通过封袋工位前一定角度的斜面支撑板使装水后的包装袋以一定角度贴在斜面板上,由于重力作用袋内的水挤压的空气,排除袋内的空气,以达到类似抽真空目的。
