Description

Preparation method of insect-expelling soft spindle for plants
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet supplies, in particular to a preparation method of a plant insect-expelling soft ingot.
Background
Pet repellents are used to protect the health of pets and keep pets healthy, and to keep pets healthy, because some parasites are zoonosis, and if the pet repellents are not paid attention to, the pet owners may be infected by the parasites. Pet parasites, mainly classified as ectoparasites and endoparasites, the ectoparasites mainly include: fleas, lice, scabies, earmites, ticks, etc., and pets infected with ectoparasites are often associated with itching, redness, swelling, pain, etc., such as fleas, and the skin of pets becomes inflamed after they are infected with fleas, and in severe cases, they may also lose hair and purulent. The endoparasites are mainly ascaris, tapeworm, hookworm and heartworm, and when the endoparasites are infected by the ascaris, tapeworm, hookworm and heartworm, the pets can have inappetence, emaciation, poor spirit and the like, wherein the heartworm is infected by the pets and has the possibility of sudden death.
Therefore, the pest repelling for pets aims to better ensure the health of pets and family, and is more and more paid attention by the main pet-keeping task at present. At present, the insect expelling is mainly divided into external insect expelling and internal insect expelling, liquid medicine drops are basically used for external insect expelling and are dropped at a plurality of points along a straight line on the back, the in-vivo insect expelling is basically to inject and feed chemical synthetic medicines containing praziquantel, albendazole, piperazine phosphate and the like, the chemical medicine components have strong irritation and are easy to cause symptoms of inappetence and the like, and meanwhile, the problem of difficult feeding during feeding exists.
Pumpkin seed is a common Chinese medicine, also called pumpkin seed, pumpkin kernel and pumpkin seed, is mature seed of pumpkin of Cucurbitaceae, has warm and sweet taste, has the functions of expelling parasites and detumescence, and is used for treating tapeworm, ascarid, postpartum hand and foot edema, pertussis, hemorrhoid and the like.
The dark plum is named as dark plum, yellow boy, Hehan plum and dry branch plum, has sour, astringent and flat taste, has the functions of astringing lung, astringing intestine, promoting fluid production and calming roundworms, and is used for treating lung deficiency and chronic cough; asthenic fever with polydipsia; chronic malaria; chronic diarrhea; dysentery; hematochezia; hematuria; metrorrhagia; colic and abdominal pain due to ascariasis; vomiting; ancylostomiasis.
Astragalus membranaceus, also called Mianqi, has sweet and mild nature and taste, has been used for over 2000 years so far, and has the functions of enhancing the body immunity, protecting the liver, promoting urination, resisting aging, resisting stress, reducing blood pressure and wider antibacterial action.
At present, no research report about the traditional Chinese medicine insect-repellent prescription of the plants is found in the pet insect-repellent medicine, and no related product exists.

Example 4 clinical application efficacy test of the invention
To determine the efficacy of the present invention in clinical applications, we screened 50 dogs with parasites as test animals in a pet hospital in Qingdao and the time of onset of each dog was within 5 days, and randomly divided the dogs into 5 groups of 10 dogs each. One group was used as a blank control without any treatment; two groups used commercially available anthelmintic products with chemical components as treatment controls; three groups were treated with the soft-anus repellent product of example 2 of the present invention, and four groups and five groups were treated with the soft-anus repellent product of example 3 of the present invention in different dosages. After 7 days and 15 days of administration treatment, the condition of worm eggs in the excrement of each group of animals is detected by microscopic examination respectively, and the clinical treatment effect is judged.
