本发明公开了一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法及其充电系统。方法包括车端对电池电压Ubattery和Boost低压侧电压UBoost进行采样,获取电压及充电电流指令信息;将所述电压及充电电流指令信息通过无线传送;地端对接收到的电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理,得到要控制的Boost低压侧电压目标值UBoost_ref的范围,通过逆变电路移相角和PFC电压的调整,使Boost占空比工作在预设范围内。系统包括地端装置、车端装置和无线通讯装置;所述车端装置用于采集并获取电压及充电电流指令信息;所述无线通讯装置用于发送所述电压及充电电流指令信息;所述地端装置用于对接收到的所述电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理。本发明拓扑简单,具有较宽的输出电压范围,有利于系统长期稳定运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及无线充电技术领域,特别涉及一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法及其充电系统。
背景技术
随着新能源的发展,越来越多的汽车开始采用电动或者油电混合。目前给电动汽车充电的方式主要有两种,有线充电和无线充电。传统的有线充电需要电缆连接,充电时需要人为插拔充电枪,长期使用充电枪的金属接触面会有磨损,需要定期维护,并且对人具有一定的安全隐患。而无线充电不存在以上问题,随着无线充电技术越来越成熟,其操作便捷和安全性高等优点逐渐显露出来。
由于不同类型的电动汽车采用的电池类型也不同,而不同的电池其电压范围也存在较大不同。为了能给不同类型的电动汽车进行充电,无线充电系统就要具备较宽的输出电压能力。与此同时,无线充电系统还要能长时间可靠稳定运行。申请号为CN202010411286.8的专利申请《无线充电控制方法及其系统、存储介质》提供了一种无线充电装置(如图3所示),该方案的地端增加了一级BUCK电路,硬件上增加了成本,谐振网络拓扑更复杂。从控制上看,其控制的电路较多(包括PFC电路,BUCK电路,全桥逆变电路,全桥整流电路)等,需要车地端协同控制,对车地端通讯速率有较高要求,总体来讲控制策略较为复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法及其充电系统,其拓扑较为简单,所需控制的电路较少,系统控制策略简单,具有较宽的输出电压范围,有利于系统长期可靠稳定运行。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,包括:
车端对电池电压Ubattery和Boost低压侧电压UBoost进行采样,获取电压及充电电流指令信息。
将所述电压及充电电流指令信息通过无线传送。
地端对接收到的电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理,得到要控制的Boost低压侧电压目标值UBoost_ref的范围,通过逆变电路移相角和PFC电压的调整,使Boost占空比工作在预设范围内。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。通常在此处附图中描述和示出的本发明实施例的组件能够以各种不同的配置来布置和设计。
请参照图1,本发明的第一个实施例提供一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,包括:
车端对电池电压Ubattery和Boost低压侧电压UBoost进行采样,获取电压及充电电流指令信息。
将所述电压及充电电流指令信息通过无线传送。
地端对接收到的电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理,得到要控制的Boost低压侧电压目标值UBoost_ref的范围,通过逆变电路移相角和PFC电压的调整,使Boost占空比工作在预设范围内。
其中,所述电压及充电电流指令信息包括电池电压Ubattery、Boost低压侧电压UBoost及电池电流指令值Ibattery_ref。
其中,Boost低压侧电压UBoost的取值范围(UBoost_min3,UBoost_max),其中UBoost_min3取根据车端的Boost占空比工作的预设范围得到的Boost低压侧电压最小值UBoost_min1和根据Boost低压侧电流最大允许值IBoost_max,电池电压Ubattery,电池电流指令值Ibattery_ref得到的Boost低压侧电压最小值Uboost_min2中的较大值,UBoost_max取根据车端的Boost占空比工作的预设范围得到的Boost低压侧电压最大值。
其中,所述装置的Boost占空比工作的预设范围为0.2至0.5。
对应的Boost低压侧电压最小值UBoost_min1=0.5Ubattery,Boost低压侧电压最大值UBoost_max=0.8Ubattery。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第四种可能的实施方式,其中,
所述Boost低压侧电压的目标值UBoost_ref左右各留一定电压裕量ΔU=10V,则所要控制的Boost低压侧电压UBoost的范围为(UBoost_ref-10,UBoost_ref+10)。
其中,所述通过逆变电路移相角和PFC电压的调整,使Boost占空比工作在预设范围内,包括:
若Boost低压侧电压小于或等于目标值的最小值,即UBoost≤UBoost_ref-10时,则先保持PFC电压为最低电压UPFC_min,增加逆变电路移相角α,当逆变电路移相角α增至π时,再增加PFC电压。
若Boost低压侧电压大于或等于目标值的最大值,即UBoost≥UBoost_ref+10时,则先减小PFC电压,若PFC电压减小至最低值UPFC_min,再减小逆变电路移相角α。
若Boost低压侧电压在预设范围内,即UBoost在(UBoost_ref-10,UBoost_ref+10)范围内时,则保持当前逆变电路移相角和PFC电压。

电动汽车静止式无线充电系统,包括地端装置、车端装置和无线通讯装置;
所述车端装置用于采集并获取电压及充电电流指令信息。
所述无线通讯装置用于将所述电压及充电电流指令信息从所述车端装置发送到所述地端装置。
所述地端装置用于对接收到的所述电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理。
其中,所述地端装置包括地端模块和地端谐振回路。
所述无线通讯装置包括发射模块和接收模块。
所述车端装置包括车端模块和车端谐振回路。
其中,所述地端模块包括PFC电路和逆变电路。
所述车端模块包括不控整流电路和Boost电路。
本发明实施例旨在保护一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法及其系统,具备如下效果:
本发明通过控制地端装置逆变电路的移相角和PFC电压来辅助控制车端装置Boost占空比的工作范围,其拓扑较为简单,所需控制的电路较少,系统控制策略简单,具有较宽的输出电压范围,有利于系统长期可靠稳定运行。
本发明实施例所提供的电动汽车静止式无线充电方法及其充电系统的计算机程序产品,包括存储了程序代码的计算机可读存储介质,程序代码包括的指令可用于执行前面方法实施例中的方法,具体实现可参见方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
具体地,该存储介质能够为通用的存储介质,如移动磁盘、硬盘等,该存储介质上的计算机程序被运行时,能够执行上述电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,从而能够具有较宽的输出电压范围,有利于系统长期可靠稳定运行。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个处理器可执行的非易失的计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-OnlyMemory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (10)
1.一种电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,其特征在于,包括:
对电池电压Ubattery和Boost低压侧电压UBoost进行采样,获取电压及充电电流指令信息;
将所述电压及充电电流指令信息通过无线传送;
对所述电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理,得到要控制的Boost低压侧电压目标值UBoost_ref的范围,通过逆变电路移相角和PFC电压的调整,使Boost占空比工作在预设范围内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,其特征在于,
所述电压及充电电流指令信息包括电池电压Ubattery、Boost低压侧电压UBoost及电池电流指令值Ibattery_ref。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,其特征在于,
所述Boost低压侧电压UBoost的的取值范围(UBoost_min3,UBoost_max),其中UBoost_min3取根据车端的Boost占空比工作的预设范围得到的Boost低压侧电压最小值UBoost_min1和根据Boost低压侧电流最大允许值IBoost_max、电池电压Ubattery、电池电流指令值Ibattery_ref得到的Boost低压侧电压最小值Uboost_min2中的较大值,UBoost_max取根据车端的Boost占空比工作的预设范围得到的Boost低压侧电压最大值。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,其特征在于,
所述车端的Boost占空比工作的预设范围为0.2至0.5;
对应的Boost低压侧电压最小值UBoost_min1=0.5Ubattery,Boost低压侧电压最大值UBoost_max=0.8Ubattery。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电方法,其特征在于,所述通过逆变电路移相角和PFC电压的调整,使Boost占空比工作在预设范围内,包括:
若Boost低压侧电压小于或等于目标值的最小值,即UBoost≤UBoost_ref-10时,则先保持PFC电压为最低电压UPFC_min,增加逆变电路移相角α,当逆变电路移相角α增至π时,再增加PFC电压;
若Boost低压侧电压大于或等于目标值的最大值,即UBoost≥UBoost_ref+10时,则先减小PFC电压,若PFC电压减小至最低值UPFC_min,再减小逆变电路移相角α;
若Boost低压侧电压在预设范围内,即UBoost在(UBoost_ref-10,UBoost_ref+10)范围内时,则保持当前逆变电路移相角和PFC电压。
8.一种应用如权利要求1至7任一项所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电方法的电动汽车静止式无线充电系统,其特征在于,包括地端装置、车端装置和无线通讯装置;
所述车端装置用于采集并获取电压及充电电流指令信息;
所述无线通讯装置用于将所述电压及充电电流指令信息从所述车端装置发送到所述地端装置;
所述地端装置用于对接收到的所述电压及充电电流指令信息进行处理。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电系统,其特征在于,
所述地端装置包括地端模块和地端谐振回路;
所述无线通讯装置包括发射模块和接收模块;
所述车端装置包括车端模块和车端谐振回路。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电动汽车静止式无线充电系统,其特征在于,
所述地端模块包括PFC电路和逆变电路;
所述车端模块包括不控整流电路和Boost电路。
