Optionally, archiving the maintained fault work order includes: and sending the maintained fault work order to a transportation and management center through a command center so that the transportation and management center can file the fault work order after the quality evaluation of the command center, wherein the transportation and management center files the fault work order qualified in the quality evaluation of the command center, the transportation and management center returns the fault work order unqualified in the quality evaluation of the command center to the command center, and the command center carries out the quality evaluation on the fault work order again.
As an optional embodiment, after the APP on-site emergency repair processing is completed, the APP fault work order is terminated, the on-site processing information is pushed to the command center, and the command center performs qualified evaluation operation on the fault work order processing condition. The command center unqualified in quality evaluation of the fault work order, returning to the APP field for reprocessing, modifying and maintaining the fault work order again by the APP, maintaining the information of the command center, and finally sorting and archiving; and the transportation and management center performs qualified evaluation filing operation on the fault work order subjected to quality evaluation by the command center, the fault work order is filed after the quality evaluation of the transportation and management center is qualified, the transportation and management center returns to the command center for evaluation after the quality evaluation of the transportation and management center is unqualified, and personnel in the command center perform quality evaluation on the fault work order again.
Optionally, before performing a field repair process on a failure point of the failed section, the method further includes: determining a fault cause of a fault point of the faulty section, wherein the fault cause comprises at least one of: user reasons, equipment reasons, operation and maintenance reasons, lightning stroke reasons and external force reasons.
As an optional embodiment, according to the large category of fault reasons which can be filled in at the mobile phone APP end when field personnel locate a fault point of a fault section, command center personnel maintain different fault information; the fault information maintenance is divided into five types, namely user reasons, equipment reasons, operation and maintenance reasons, lightning stroke reasons and external force reasons, and after the fault reasons in the information of the positioning fault point are determined largely, the fault information can be maintained and a corresponding maintenance information interface is displayed.
Optionally, the first fault comprises at least one of: the second type is substation tripping or grounding, the fourth type is switching station tripping, the sixth type is boundary switch tripping, and the second fault comprises at least one of the following faults: the first type is tripping or grounding of a transformer substation, the third type is tripping of a switching station, and the fifth type is tripping of a circuit breaker on a subsection and branch post.
An alternative embodiment of the invention is described in detail below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a power distribution network emergency repair processing method according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the power distribution network emergency repair processing method is implemented as follows: taking the 10kV power distribution network fault first-aid repair as an example, for a fault of the power distribution network, the work order management system can record fault information into a fault brief report and synchronize the fault information to a service system to generate a fault work order; then, fault form judgment is carried out, if the fault types are 1 st, 3 rd and 5 th, orders are dispatched, accepted and then rush-repair shift is carried out to the site, and if the fault types are 2 nd, 4 th and 6 th, power utilization inspection is carried out by being connected with a command center, fault information is maintained, and power supply information is recovered; after rush-repair shift arrives at the site, if a fault section is found, the fault section is determined, and if the fault section is not found, the site work is ended; finding a fault point, checking whether a user internal fault occurs, if the user internal fault occurs, contacting a command center to perform power utilization inspection, maintaining fault information and recovering power supply information, and ending the APP work order; if the fault is not the internal fault of the user, judging whether the fault is processed on site, if the fault is processed on site, starting to process the fault point, if the fault cannot be processed on site, recording the hidden fault danger, and finishing the site work; after the fault point is processed, when the APP field processing is completed, the APP work order is terminated, field processing information is pushed to a command center, the command center performs qualified evaluation operation on the field work order processing condition, when the command center evaluates the quality of the work order unqualified, the command center needs to return to the APP field for reprocessing, and the APP modifies and maintains the work order again; if the command center is qualified for the quality evaluation of the work order, submitting the work order to an operation center for examination; and if the transportation and management center evaluates the work order after the quality evaluation of the command center, rejecting the work order and returning the work order to the quality evaluation link of the command center, revising the work order without returning the APP to the command center, and if the transportation and management center evaluates the work order after the quality evaluation of the command center, performing qualified archiving operation.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a power distribution network emergency repair processing apparatus, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the power distribution network emergency repair processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the power distribution network emergency repair processing apparatus includes: a generation module 32, a determination module 34, a first processing module 36, and a second processing module 38. The power distribution network emergency repair processing apparatus will be described in detail below.
The generating module 32 is used for generating a fault work order according to the fault of the power distribution network; a judging module 34, connected to the generating module 32, for judging the fault form of the fault work order to obtain the fault type of the distribution network; a first processing module 36, connected to the judging module 34, for coordinating the required material information with the command center and terminating the fault worksheet when the fault type is the first fault; or under the condition that the fault type is the second fault, determining a fault section of the power distribution network and a fault point of the fault section, performing on-site emergency repair treatment on the fault point of the fault section, and ending the fault work order after the on-site emergency repair treatment is finished; and the second processing module 38 is connected to the first processing module 36, and is configured to perform maintenance on the faulty work order and archive the maintained faulty work order.
It should be noted that the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, for example, for the latter, the following may be implemented: the modules can be located in the same processor; alternatively, the modules may be located in different processors in any combination.
It should be noted here that the generating module 32, the judging module 34, the first processing module 36 and the second processing module 38 correspond to steps S102 to S108 in embodiment 1, and the modules are the same as the corresponding steps in implementation examples and application scenarios, but are not limited to the disclosure in embodiment 1. It should be noted that the modules described above as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
The power distribution network emergency repair processing device provided by the invention can achieve the purposes of more effectively monitoring and managing the whole process of fault handling, enhancing the fault management and control power and the penetrating power and improving the fault management level, thereby realizing the purposes of forming a power distribution network analysis brief report on the core data of the power distribution network fault service, facilitating the visual grasp of the whole condition of the power distribution network fault data by each unit, assisting the technical effect of decision analysis, and further solving the technical problem that the power distribution network fault emergency repair in the related technology cannot effectively monitor and manage the whole process of fault handling.
Optionally, the generating module 32 includes: the acquisition unit is used for acquiring fault information when a fault occurs in the power distribution network; and the generating unit is used for recording the fault information into the fault brief report and generating a fault work order.
Optionally, the first processing module 36 is configured to perform a field repair process on a failure point of the failure section by at least one of: rush-repair is carried out on the fault point of the fault section, and needed material information is coordinated to a command center; and uploading the fault processing state, the fault photo and the fault processed photo, and registering the defect hidden danger.
Optionally, the first processing module 36 may be configured to send the faulty work order to the command center, so that the command center performs quality evaluation on the faulty work order, where the faulty work order that is rejected by the command center and that is rejected by the quality evaluation is modified again.
Optionally, the first processing module 36 may be configured to send the maintained fault work order to the transportation management center through the command center, so that the transportation management center documents the fault work order after the quality evaluation of the command center, where the transportation management center documents the fault work order that is qualified in the quality evaluation of the command center, the transportation management center returns the fault work order that is unqualified in the quality evaluation of the command center to the command center, and the command center performs the quality evaluation on the fault work order again.
Optionally, the first processing module 36 is further configured to determine a failure cause of the failure point of the failed section before performing a field repair process on the failure point of the failed section, where the failure cause includes at least one of: user reasons, equipment reasons, operation and maintenance reasons, lightning stroke reasons and external force reasons.
Optionally, the first fault comprises at least one of: the second type is substation tripping or grounding, the fourth type is switching station tripping, the sixth type is boundary switch tripping, and the second fault comprises at least one of the following faults: the first type is tripping or grounding of a transformer substation, the third type is tripping of a switching station, and the fifth type is tripping of a circuit breaker on a subsection and branch post.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided, where the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the apparatus where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute any one of the foregoing methods for emergency repair of a power distribution network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the computer-readable storage medium may be located in any one of a group of computer terminals in a computer network or in any one of a group of mobile terminals, and the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored program.
Optionally, the program when executed controls an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform the following functions: generating a fault work order according to faults of the power distribution network; judging the fault form of the fault work order to obtain the fault type of the power distribution network; under the condition that the fault type is the first fault, coordinating required material information to a command center, and terminating the fault worksheet; or under the condition that the fault type is the second fault, determining a fault section of the power distribution network and a fault point of the fault section, performing on-site emergency repair treatment on the fault point of the fault section, and ending the fault work order after the on-site emergency repair treatment is finished; and maintaining the fault work order, and filing the maintained fault work order.
Example 4
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the invention, a processor is further provided, and the processor is used for running the program, wherein when the program runs, the power distribution network emergency repair processing method in any one of the above is executed.
The embodiment of the application provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the following steps: generating a fault work order according to faults of the power distribution network; judging the fault form of the fault work order to obtain the fault type of the power distribution network; under the condition that the fault type is the first fault, coordinating required material information to a command center, and terminating the fault worksheet; or under the condition that the fault type is the second fault, determining a fault section of the power distribution network and a fault point of the fault section, performing on-site emergency repair treatment on the fault point of the fault section, and ending the fault work order after the on-site emergency repair treatment is finished; and maintaining the fault work order, and filing the maintained fault work order.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: generating a fault work order according to faults of the power distribution network; judging the fault form of the fault work order to obtain the fault type of the power distribution network; under the condition that the fault type is the first fault, coordinating required material information to a command center, and terminating the fault worksheet; or under the condition that the fault type is the second fault, determining a fault section of the power distribution network and a fault point of the fault section, performing on-site emergency repair treatment on the fault point of the fault section, and ending the fault work order after the on-site emergency repair treatment is finished; and maintaining the fault work order, and filing the maintained fault work order.

Claims (10)

1. A first-aid repair processing method for a power distribution network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a fault work order according to faults of the power distribution network;
judging the fault form of the fault work order to obtain the fault type of the power distribution network;
under the condition that the fault type is the first fault, coordinating required material information to a command center, and terminating the fault worksheet; or under the condition that the fault type is the second fault, determining a fault section of the power distribution network and a fault point of the fault section, performing on-site emergency repair treatment on the fault point of the fault section, and terminating the fault work order after the on-site emergency repair treatment is finished;
and maintaining the fault work order, and filing the maintained fault work order.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a fault work order based on faults occurring in the power distribution network comprises:
acquiring fault information when the power distribution network has faults;
and recording the fault information into a fault brief report, and generating the fault work order.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the field repair treatment of the point of failure of the failed section comprises at least one of:
rush-repair is carried out on the fault point of the fault section, and needed material information is coordinated to a command center;
and uploading the fault processing state, the fault photo and the fault processed photo, and registering the defect hidden danger.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein performing maintenance on the trouble ticket comprises:
and sending the fault work order to a command center so that the command center can evaluate the quality of the fault work order, wherein the fault work order with unqualified quality evaluation returned by the command center is revised again.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein archiving the maintained fault work order comprises:
and sending the maintained fault work order to a transportation management center through a command center so that the transportation management center can file the fault work order after the quality evaluation of the command center, wherein the transportation management center can file the fault work order qualified in the quality evaluation of the command center, the transportation management center can return the fault work order unqualified in the quality evaluation of the command center to the command center, and the command center can perform the quality evaluation on the fault work order again.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein prior to the field repair treatment of the fault point of the faulty section, the method further comprises:
determining a fault cause for a fault point of the faulty section, wherein the fault cause comprises at least one of: user reasons, equipment reasons, operation and maintenance reasons, lightning stroke reasons and external force reasons.

The method of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first fault comprises at least one of: the second type is substation tripping or grounding, the fourth type is switching station tripping, and the sixth type is boundary switch tripping, and the second fault comprises at least one of the following faults: the first type is tripping or grounding of a transformer substation, the third type is tripping of a switching station, and the fifth type is tripping of a circuit breaker on a subsection and branch post.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the apparatus where the computer-readable storage medium is located is controlled to execute the power distribution network emergency repair processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is executed to execute the method of emergency repair of a power distribution network according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
