螺丝及接口卡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺丝及接口卡,特别是一种手转锁附的螺丝及接口卡。
背景技术
一般螺丝的构造大致分为杆部与头部,杆部周缘具螺纹,以供锁合时增加与物品间的结合牢度。而头部则断面较大,其旨在供工具嵌合施力之用。而头部上设有供工具嵌置的槽孔,例如一般现有技术的一字型或十字型之外,尚有六角型、梅花型等等。而其在锁固时,则以断面形状尺寸相对应的起子或扳手,嵌置入槽孔或套接头部,以利于旋转施力。
然而,上述传统螺丝的锁合操作均需以工具来进行,若在无对应工具的情况,则无法进行物品间的结合,极为不便。有鉴于此,相关业者提出了一种手转螺丝,让用户可用双手直接锁附螺丝。
为了让用户可通过双手来转动螺丝,电路板上对应手转螺丝的螺孔周围需设计有一圈电子零件禁用区(keepout area),以腾出供手指握持螺丝头的操作区域,进而让用户更便于施力。不过,随着电子产品的轻薄短小的设计潮流下,电路板上的空间就日益紧迫,而采用现有技术的手转螺丝所需的禁用区则造成电路板上可摆放电子零件的空间减少。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种螺丝及接口卡,借以兼顾手转螺丝的便利性与电路板的布局空间的有效利用性。
本发明的一实施例所公开的螺丝包括一螺合件及一操作件。螺合件包括一头部及一身部。该身部连接于该头部,且该身部的直径小于该头部的直径。该头部远离该身部的一侧包括一操作槽。操作件,枢设于该头部而于一操作位置与一收纳位置之间转动。其中,当该操作件位于该操作位置时,该操作件的部分位于该头部远离该身部的一侧,当该操作件位于该收纳位置时,该操作件脱离该头部远离该身部的一侧。
本发明的另一实施例所公开的接口卡适于装设于主板。接口卡包括一电路板及一螺丝。螺丝包括一组装件、一螺合件及一操作件。该组装件装设于该电路板。螺合件包括一头部及一身部。该身部连接于该头部。该头部远离该身部的一侧包括一操作槽。该螺合件穿设于该组装件,且该身部的至少部分受该组装件围绕于内。操作件枢设于该头部而于一操作位置与一收纳位置之间转动。其中,当该操作件位于该操作位置时,该操作件的部分位于该头部远离该身部的一侧,当该操作件位于该收纳位置时,该操作件脱离该头部远离该身部的一侧。
根据上述实施例的螺丝及接口卡,由于螺丝具有操作件以及螺合件的头部设有操作槽,使得螺丝可以兼顾免工具与使用工具两种操作模式。
再者,因为操作件枢设于螺合件,故当组装人员想不用工具直接用手指转动螺合件时,即可将操作件扳动至螺合件的头部远离身部的一侧。如此一来,组装人员的手指并不会受到螺丝周围的电子零件干涉。也就是说,在设计接口卡的电子零件布局时,并不用为了预留组装人员转动螺丝所需的空间,而刻意在螺丝周围需设计有一圈电子零件禁用区(keepout area)。如此一来,将可有效提升接口卡的电子零件的布局空间,进而让接口卡可设置更多电子零件而提升接口卡的效能,或是缩小接口卡的尺寸而符合电子产品的轻薄短小的设计潮流。

本实施例的接口卡1包括一螺丝10及一电路板20。螺丝10装设于电路板20,且电路板20通过螺丝10锁附于一主板2或是自主板2拆下。其中,螺丝10为手转螺丝,使得用户可无需手工具即可利用双手直接转动螺丝10而将螺丝10锁附于主板2,详见下述。
螺丝10包括一组装件100、一螺合件200、一操作件300、一枢轴400及一弹性件500。
组装件100包括一筒部110及一抵靠凸部120。筒部110例如通过焊接的方式组接于电路板20。抵靠凸部120凸出于筒部110的外环面111。
螺合件200包括一头部210及一身部220。该身部220连接于该头部210,且该身部220的直径小于该头部210的直径。该头部210远离该身部220的一侧包括一操作槽211。操作槽211的外形例如呈十字形、一字形、六角型或梅花型。
螺合件200的身部220穿设于该组装件100,且该身部220的至少部分受该组装件100围绕于内。详细来说,螺合件200的身部220包括相连的一连接段221、一止挡段222及一螺纹段223。该连接段221连接于头部210远离操作槽211的一侧。连接段221与螺纹段223的直径同为D3,且连接段221的直径D3匹配于筒部110供连接段221穿设的孔径。止挡段222的直径D2大于连接段221的直径D3。上述身部220的直径即是以身部220的最大直径为代表,即身部220的直径即为止挡段222的直径D2,且该身部220的止挡段222的直径D2的直径小于该头部210的直径D1。该连接段221穿设该筒部110,且该止挡段222与该螺纹段223受该筒部110围绕于内。因为止挡段222的直径D2与头部210的直径D1皆大于连接段221的直径D3,故止挡段222与头部210会与筒部110相干涉而防止螺合件200脱离组装件100。
在本实施例中,连接段221与螺纹段223的直径相同,但并不以此为限。在其他实施例中,连接段与螺纹段的直径也可以相异。
该操作件300包括一手持部310及两个枢接部320。该两个枢接部320凸出于该手持部310的一侧,且该手持部310及该两个枢接部320共同围绕出一让位空间S。该两个枢接部320通过该枢轴400枢接于及该螺合件200的该头部210,且该螺合件200的该头部210介于该两个枢接部320之间而位于该让位空间S内。操作件300可通过枢轴400相对螺合件200枢转而于一操作位置(如图X所示)与一收纳位置(如图X所示)之间转动。当该操作件300位于该操作位置时,该操作件300的部分位于该头部210远离该身部220的一侧,当该操作件300位于该收纳位置时,该操作件300脱离该头部210远离该身部220的一侧。
该弹性件500例如为压缩弹簧,并夹设于该组装件100的该抵靠凸部120与该螺合件200的该头部210之间,以令该螺合件200的头部210朝相对远离筒部110的方向偏移。
在本实施例中,弹性件500以压缩弹簧为例,但并不以此为限。在其他实施例中,弹性件也可为拉伸弹簧。
螺丝10有两种使用方式,请参阅图4至图5。图4与图5为图1的接口卡的组装示意图。
如图4所示,当组装人员手边无螺丝起子等手工具时,组装人员可沿方向a将螺丝10的操作件300向上扳至操作位置。如此一来,用户可直接使用手指转动操作件300,并通过操作件300带动螺合件200的螺纹段223锁合于主板2,或是通过操作件300带动螺合件200的螺纹段223脱离主板2。
由于操作件300向上扳至操作位置时,组装人员的手指位于螺合件200的头部210远离身部220的位置,故组装人员的手指并不会受到螺丝10周围的电子零件干涉。也就是说,在设计接口卡的电子零件布局时,并不用为了预留组装人员转动螺丝所需的空间,而刻意在螺丝周围需设计有一圈电子零件禁用区(keepout area)。如此一来,将可有效提升接口卡的电子零件的布局空间,进而让接口卡可设置更多电子零件而提升接口卡的效能,或是缩小接口卡的尺寸而符合电子产品的轻薄短小的设计潮流。
如图5所示,当组装人员觉得需要让螺丝10有较大的锁附力时,也就是说,要让螺丝10能够更牢靠地锁附于主板2时,组装人员也可沿方向b将螺丝10的操作件300向下扳至收纳位置。如此一来,该头部210的操作槽211就不再受到操作件300的遮挡而令组装人员能使用螺丝起子等手工具3转紧或转松螺合件200。
根据上述实施例的螺丝及接口卡,由于螺丝具有操作件以及螺合件的头部设有操作槽,使得螺丝可以兼顾免工具与使用工具两种操作模式。
再者,因为操作件枢设于螺合件,故当组装人员想不用工具直接用手指转动螺合件时,即可将操作件扳动至螺合件的头部远离身部的一侧。如此一来,组装人员的手指并不会受到螺丝周围的电子零件干涉。也就是说,在设计接口卡的电子零件布局时,并不用为了预留组装人员转动螺丝所需的空间,而刻意在螺丝周围需设计有一圈电子零件禁用区(keepout area)。如此一来,将可有效提升接口卡的电子零件的布局空间,进而让接口卡可设置更多电子零件而提升接口卡的效能,或是缩小接口卡的尺寸而符合电子产品的轻薄短小的设计潮流。

Claims (10)

1.一种螺丝,其特征在于,包括:
一螺合件,包括一头部及一身部,该身部连接于该头部,且该身部的直径小于该头部的直径,该头部远离该身部的一侧包括一操作槽;以及
一操作件,枢设于该头部而于一操作位置与一收纳位置之间转动;
其中,当该操作件位于该操作位置时,该操作件的部分位于该头部远离该身部的一侧,当该操作件位于该收纳位置时,该操作件脱离该头部远离该身部的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,还包括一枢轴,该操作件包括一手持部及两个枢接部,该两个枢接部凸出于该手持部的一侧,且该手持部及该两个枢接部共同围绕出一让位空间,该两个枢接部通过该枢轴枢接于及该螺合件的该头部,该螺合件的该头部介于该两个枢接部之间而位于该让位空间内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,还包括一组装件,该组装件用以装设于一电路板,该螺合件穿设于该组装件,且该身部的至少部分受该组装件围绕于内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该组装件还包括一筒部及一抵靠凸部,该筒部用以组接于该电路板,该螺合件穿设该筒部,该抵靠凸部凸出于该筒部的一外环面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该螺合件的该身部包括相连的一连接段、一止挡段及一螺纹段,该连接段连接该头部远离该操作槽一侧,且该连接段穿设该筒部,以及该止挡段与该螺纹段受该筒部围绕于内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的螺丝,其特征在于,还包括一弹性件,该弹性件夹设于该组装件的该抵靠凸部与该螺合件的该头部之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该弹性件为压缩弹簧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该操作槽的外形呈十字形、一字形、六角型或梅花型。
9.一种接口卡,其特征在于,适于装设于主板,该接口卡包括:
一电路板;以及
一螺丝,包括:
一组装件,该组装件装设于该电路板
一螺合件,包括一头部及一身部,该身部连接于该头部,该头部远离该身部的一侧包括一操作槽,该螺合件穿设于该组装件,且该身部的至少部分受该组装件围绕于内;以及
