The existing tobacco sheets have lower harmful components such as tar and the like, but have higher carbon monoxide content, serious dry feeling, larger irritation, uncoordinated smoke and serious wood gas, so the invention reduces the irritation of the tobacco sheets by a papermaking method.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of tobacco sheets by a papermaking method, and particularly relates to a method for reducing irritation of the tobacco sheets by the papermaking method.
Background
The information in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
The tobacco sheet is a product formed by recombining waste in the cigarette production process such as tobacco stems, tobacco powder, tobacco shreds and the like and plant fibers, and is also called reconstituted tobacco. The development of the method is to save raw materials and reduce the cost at the beginning. The tobacco sheet is developed through 3 stages of rolling process, thick pulp process and paper making process. Compared with other two methods, the tobacco sheets prepared by the papermaking method have great advantages, which are mainly shown as follows: the tobacco filler has the advantages of small density, high filling value, high shredding rate, low crushing rate, good machining performance and low tar content, can improve the inherent quality and quality of the tobacco and even cigarettes to the maximum extent, and can effectively improve the use value of low-grade tobacco leaves. With the growing concern over health problems caused by smoking, tobacco sheets also play an increasingly important role in reducing tar and harm of cigarettes and improving related quality, and the proportion and range of use of the tobacco sheets in the cigarette industry are greatly developed. The annual usage of tobacco sheets worldwide is over 20 million tons and is increasing.
At the end of the last 90 s, the systematic research on the tobacco sheets by the paper making method is started in China. Compared with foreign products, the product has a certain gap, which is mainly shown in that: the dryness is serious, the irritation is large, the smoke is not harmonious, and the wood gas is serious; although the harmful components such as tar are low, the carbon monoxide content is high. These problems limit the use of the sheet in cigarette products. To improve the sensory quality, the dry feeling and the irritation of the smoke are two direct and outstanding problems which need to be solved. In order to reduce the irritation of the tobacco sheets, a method for reducing the irritation of the tobacco sheets produced by a papermaking method is researched and disclosed. The method comprises adding additives in an amount of 0.5-5% of the dry weight of tobacco material in the extraction stage, wherein the additives comprise a plant extract or plant powder, a sweetener, an Amadori intermediate, a sugar oxazine material, a binder, a humectant, a surfactant, a nano metal oxide, a pigment and water. Although the method reduces irritation, the high temperature drying process of tobacco sheet causes great loss of aroma substances in plant extract and aroma substances generated by Amaderi pyrolysis, and does not play an effective protection role.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: although the tobacco sheet has low content of harmful components such as tar, the tobacco sheet has high content of carbon monoxide, serious dry feeling, high irritation, inconsistent smoke and serious wood gas, so the irritation of the tobacco sheet prepared by the paper-making method needs to be reduced.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of reducing the irritation associated with a papermaking process tobacco sheet, comprising:
extracting tobacco powder with alcohol, and concentrating to obtain alcohol soluble concentrate;
uniformly mixing the alcohol-soluble concentrate with an alcohol-soluble extract of a plant, glycerol, an Amadori compound, monoglyceride and a sweetening agent to obtain an alcohol-soluble coating liquid;
uniformly mixing the alcohol-soluble coating liquid and the carrier solution, adding alcohol-soluble protein, and uniformly mixing to obtain a carrier alcohol-soluble coating liquid;
adding the carrier alcohol-soluble coating liquid into a conventional coating liquid for a tobacco sheet to prepare a coating liquid;
and adding the coating liquid into the tobacco sheet paper base, and drying to obtain the tobacco sheet.
The invention develops a method for efficiently reducing the irritation of tobacco sheets. The original flavor substances in the tobacco powder are extracted by adopting ethanol, and the content of the flavor substances in the tobacco sheets can be obviously improved by combining with other plant alcohol-soluble extracts, so that the stimulation of the sheets is reduced.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a tobacco sheet prepared by any of the above methods.
The tobacco sheets prepared by the method have the advantages of small irritation, good sensory quality and good market prospect.
In a third aspect of the invention, there is provided the use of a tobacco sheet as described above in the manufacture of a cigarette.
The tobacco sheet prepared by the method is low in irritation and good in sensory quality, so that the tobacco sheet is expected to be widely applied to cigarette manufacturing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the original flavor substances in the tobacco powder are extracted by adopting ethanol, and the content of the flavor substances in the tobacco sheets can be obviously improved by combining with other plant alcohol-soluble extracts, so that the stimulation of the sheets is reduced;
(2) beta-cyclodextrin is a cyclic compound formed by connecting seven glucopyranose units by alpha-1, 4 glycosidic bonds, and has a special hollow structure. The beta-cyclodextrin molecule is mainly characterized by having a hydrophobic center, having good inclusion effect on alcohol-soluble substances and reducing the volatilization of the alcohol-soluble fragrant substances in the drying process.
(3) After the alcohol soluble substance is included by beta-cyclodextrin, the alcohol soluble substance is further included by alcohol soluble protein, volatilization of the fragrance substance can be inhibited in the coating liquid and the subsequent drying process, and the retention rate is high.
(4) The research finds that: the beta-cyclodextrin carrier and alcohol soluble protein inclusion combined mode can obviously reduce the volatilization of alcohol soluble substances and play a synergistic role.
(5) The method is simple, convenient to operate, high in practicability and easy to popularize.
