Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent analysis and early warning system for operation and maintenance faults of a charging facility of a charging pile, which is characterized in that: the system comprises a fault information acquisition module, a fault type analysis module, a repair module and a display module. The fault information acquisition module transmits acquired information to the fault type analysis module, the charging pile fault types are classified and reported according to set requirements, the single charging pile fault starts the primary early warning unit according to the classification of the fault grade classification unit, and the charging pile fault number which is more than or equal to the set number starts the secondary early warning unit. The system enables the whole operation and fault process to be transparent, thereby reducing background management personnel and saving labor force.

Along with the increase of the scale of the charging facility, the risk of the charging safety protection of the electric automobile is increased, and the current automobile-pile intelligentization and information interconnection degree is not high, so that the charging operation platform cannot analyze and process the fault in real time, the operation and maintenance personnel of the charging facility cannot perform maintenance and improvement, and the healthy and rapid development of the electric automobile industry is severely restricted. Therefore, intelligent analysis and early warning of operation and maintenance faults of the charging pile facilities need to be researched, the operation safety conditions of the charging facilities can be mastered in real time, and fault reasons and solutions can be found in the shortest time.
At present, more and more events of user information leakage arouse attention of many people to network security, the key point of more and more people research on how to protect the network security of a database, and the monitoring system of the existing database network security monitoring equipment has many leaks, so a safer network security monitoring and processing system is needed.

Moreover, the fault information acquisition module comprises an acquisition unit, a data center, a determination unit and a reporting unit; the acquisition unit consists of a fault detection module and is used for uploading detected information to a data center for storage, and meanwhile, the data center transmits operation data to the identification unit; the identification unit is used for analyzing and judging that the operation data of the charging pile are in a safe state, the identification unit does not process the data, the identification unit analyzes and judges that the operation data of the charging pile are in an abnormal state, abnormal data are conveyed to the reporting unit, and the reporting unit records and uploads the abnormal data to the cloud platform end for storage according to different priority levels.
And the fault type analysis module comprises a fault type identification unit and a code matching unit, wherein the fault type identification unit is used for classifying the fault types of the charging piles according to the set requirements and conveying the fault types to the code matching unit for matching and identification.
And the repair reporting module comprises a fault grade classification unit, a primary early warning unit and a secondary early warning unit, wherein the primary early warning unit is started by a single charging pile fault according to the classification of the fault grade classification unit, and the secondary early warning unit is started by the charging pile fault number which is more than or equal to the set number.
The troubleshooting unit is used for performing timing troubleshooting on the charging pile and informing operation and maintenance personnel to overhaul before a fault occurs; the query unit is used for querying the fault and maintenance records of the charging pile; and the operation and maintenance file unit is used for recording active and passive maintenance time of the charging pile.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:

The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, not limiting and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent analysis and early warning system for operation and maintenance faults of a charging facility of a charging pile, and the innovation points are that: the system comprises a fault information acquisition module 1, a fault type analysis module 2, a repair module 3 and a display module 4.
The fault information acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring the charging real-time running condition of the target charging pile.
The fault information acquisition module 1 comprises an acquisition unit 11, a data center 12, a determination unit 13 and a reporting unit 14.
In this embodiment, the acquisition unit 11 is composed of a plurality of fault detection modules, and is used for acquiring all safe operation information and early warning information of the target charging pile in the operation process, uploading the relevant information to the data center 12 in a list form for storage, and meanwhile, the data center 12 transmits the operation data to the identification unit 13.
The identification unit 13 is configured to pre-process data transmitted by the data center 12, analyze and determine whether the operation of the target charging pile is safe, and if the operation condition of the target charging pile is in a safe state, not process the data. If the operation condition of the target charging pile is in an abnormal state, the abnormal data is transmitted to the reporting unit 14.
And the reporting unit 14 is used for recording the operation information of the charging pile subjected to preprocessing analysis according to different priority levels, and uploading the operation information to a cloud platform end for storage.
The fault type analysis module 2 is used for classifying and judging the fault information acquired by the fault information acquisition module 1.
Wherein the fault type analysis module 2 comprises a fault type unit 21 and a code matching unit 22.
The information transmitted by the reporting unit 14 firstly enters the fault type unit 21, the common fault types set by the system are judged and classified, the classification result is transmitted to the code matching unit 22, relevant codes related to the fault types of the charging pile such as the charging module, the charging pile, the charging gun and the battery are set in the code matching unit 22, after the charging pile fault is matched with the relevant fault codes, the fault reason of the charging pile is found out according to the matching result, and the fault reason is transmitted to the reporting and repairing module 3 in time.
And the repair reporting module 3 is used for alarming the fault of the target charging pile according to the fault type and sending the corresponding fault type and the corresponding measure to the operation and maintenance personnel terminal in the form of an information list.
The repair reporting module 3 includes a fault level classification unit 31, a primary early warning unit 32, and a secondary early warning unit 33.
The fault level classification unit 31 performs level classification on the fault information according to the result of matching by the fault code matching unit 22. If the single charging pile has a fault, the primary early warning unit 32 is started, and the early warning information sends information to operation and maintenance personnel every 30 minutes until the fault is relieved or the target charging pile is stopped. If the charging pile fault number is larger than or equal to the set charging pile fault number, the secondary early warning unit 33 is started, the early warning information sends information to operation and maintenance personnel every 10 minutes, and all charging piles are automatically stopped until the faults are removed.
The troubleshooting unit 51 is used for performing timing troubleshooting on possible faults of the charging pile, and informing a maintenance worker in advance to maintain the possible potential safety hazard before the faults occur so as to prevent the charging from being failed and being unusable.
The query unit 52 is configured to query basic information of the charging pile, including each time of maintenance, fault conditions, maintenance parts, maintenance personnel, and the like.
The operation and maintenance file unit 53 is used for recording the maintenance condition of the target charging pile, specifically, the maintenance time of the charging pile comprises the time of active maintenance and passive maintenance, and a maintenance and maintenance manual is formulated and bound into files.
