In addition, the invention also discloses a material packaging method, which adopts the material filling and bagging equipment, and comprises the following steps:
(S1) packaging bags: the bag feeding device conveys the materials of the packaging bags to the bag opening device;
(S2) opening the packaging bag: the bag opening device opens the packaging bag and conveys the packaging bag to the blanking device;
(S3) filling materials: the blanking device fills materials with set weight into the packaging bag;
(S4) conveying the packaging bags: the receiving and conveying device receives and conveys the filled packaging bags to the sealing device;
(S5) sealing the packaging bag: the sealing device seals the filled packaging bag and then discharges the packaging bag to finish the material packaging process.
The material filling and bagging equipment and the material filling and bagging method adopting the technical scheme have the advantages that:
1. the bag suction mechanism and the bag pulling mechanism are arranged; after the packaging bags are fed and pushed to a bag suction station, the bag suction downward moving cylinder moves to drive the bag suction head assembly to move downward to suck the packaging bags, and the bag suction tilting cylinder moves to sequentially drive the vacuum suction head and the side edges of the packaging bags to be lifted and warped; the bag pulling driving assembly moves to drive the bag pulling head to move to a bag pulling station, and the bag pulling cylinder drives the bag pulling chuck to clamp the side edge of the warped packaging bag; the bag pulling driving assembly drives the bag pulling head to pull the packaging bag into the conveying station, and then the packaging bag is loosened and discharged; after the centering mechanism centers the fallen packaging bags, the bag conveying mechanism conveys the packaging bags to the next station to complete the bag feeding process of the packaging bags. The feeding mode of the packaging bag is that the side edge of one side of the packaging bag is clamped firstly, and then the clamped side edge of the packaging bag is driven to move so as to drag the whole packaging bag into a conveying station; in the dragging process, the side edge of one side of the packaging bag is clamped by the bag pulling chuck without edge bending, and the side edge of the other side of the packaging bag is in contact with the surface of the workbench and is supported by the surface of the workbench without bending; namely, the side edges of the two sides of the packaging bag are respectively kept in a flat state in the process of transporting the packaging bag; thereby avoided inhaling the bag mechanism and directly absorbed the wrapping bag middle part and moved the circumstances that the wrapping bag edge is crooked and then cause the wrapping bag edge fold because of not receiving the support when whereabouts, guaranteed the last bag quality of wrapping bag.
2. The overturning clamping mechanism is arranged; after the bag opening mechanism opens the packaging bag, the clamping motor rotates to drive the clamping slotting tool and the clamping manipulator to move to a bag opening station, and the clamping cylinder moves to drive the first clamping sheet and the second clamping sheet to be meshed and rotate to clamp the edge of the inlet of the packaging bag; meanwhile, the slotting tool cylinder acts to drive the slotting tool head to rotate, and the opening part of the slotting tool head is contacted with the interior of the opened packaging bag to keep the packaging bag in an opening state; the clamping motor rotates to drive the clamping slotting tool and the clamping manipulator to move to the filling station, and the blanking device receives the opened packaging bags to complete the packaging bag opening process. The first clamping piece and the second clamping piece comprise clamping gears; when the side edge of the packaging bag is clamped, the clamping cylinder drives the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece to clamp the side edge of the packaging bag through mutual meshing of clamping gears of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece; the gears are high in manufacturing accuracy, long in service life and small in mutual meshing gap, and the high meshing accuracy can be still kept between the two gears after the packaging bags are frequently clamped; therefore, the condition that the cylinder shaft shakes relative to the cylinder wall when the cylinder drives the air claw to frequently clamp the packaging bag is avoided, and the clamping precision of the packaging bag is ensured. Meanwhile, the rod part of the slotting tool head and the opening part of the slotting tool head are combined into a hook-shaped structure, and the opening part of the slotting tool head with the hook-shaped structure has a larger opening distance relative to the strip structure of the bag opening flat plate; when the packaging bag is opened, the packaging bag can be opened only by contacting the head end and the tail end of the hook-shaped structure of the opening part of the cutter head with the inner side of the packaging bag; namely, the packaging bag can be opened by only driving one part of the slotting tool head to rotate; therefore, the packaging bag can be unfolded only by one driving cylinder, the number of the driving cylinders is reduced, and the complexity of the equipment is reduced.
3. By arranging the bag grabbing mechanism; after the materials with the set weight fall into the packaging bag, the filling opening plate is retracted, and the opening door is closed; the bag grabbing driving cylinder acts to sequentially drive the bag grabbing rotating rod, the first rotating connecting rod and the second rotating connecting rod to move, so that the bag grabbing mechanical arm rotates along the hinged position of the bag grabbing mechanical arm and the blanking slideway to tighten and seal the opening of the packaging bag; the receiving and conveying device receives the packaging bags with closed openings to complete the material blanking process. After the blanking mode is adopted, the bag grabbing driving cylinder pulls and seals the opening of the packaging bag; when the materials filled in the packaging bag are impacted, the materials moving towards the outlet in the packaging bag can be blocked by the packaging bag with the closed opening; thereby the condition that the material of inside filling can scatter out after receiving the impact when having avoided the wrapping bag opening has improved the filling efficiency of wrapping bag.
4. By arranging the bag hitting mechanism; in the process of blanking the materials into the packaging bags, the bag hitting air cylinder acts to drive the bag hitting bottom plate to reciprocate up and down to tamp the materials in the packaging bags; after the packaging bag is filled, the bag holding cylinder acts to drive the bag holding plate to hold and receive the packaging bag; the bag clamping driving cylinder acts to drive the bag clamping head to move through the bag clamping rotating rod, the bag clamping connecting rod and the bag clamping rotating frame so as to clamp the opening of the packaging bag; the conveying driving assembly drives the tightly held packaging bag to move to the feeding hole of the sealing device, and the packaging bag receiving and conveying process is completed. In the receiving mode, the bag hitting cylinder drives the bag hitting bottom plate to firmly hit materials in the packaging bag before receiving; the materials are tightly arranged after losing the supporting structure due to the fact that the materials are tightly vibrated, and therefore the volume of the packaging bag occupied by the materials with the same weight is reduced; and the materials which are closely arranged enable the packaging bag to be more compact after being packaged, and the packaging quality of the materials is improved.

Example 1
1-18, the equipment comprises a frame, and a bag feeding device 1, a bag opening device 2, a blanking device 3, a receiving and conveying device 4 and a sealing device which are fixed on the frame; the input end and the output end of the bag feeding device 1 are respectively connected with the feed port of the packaging bag and the input end of the bag opening device 2; the input end and the output end of the blanking device 3 are respectively connected with the material feeding hole and the output end of the bag opening device 2, and the output end of the blanking device 3 is connected with the input end of the receiving and conveying device 4; the input end and the output end of the sealing device are respectively connected with the output end of the receiving and conveying device 4 and the discharging station of the packaging bag; the bag feeding device 1 is used for feeding and conveying packaging bags; the bag opening device 2 is used for opening the opening of the packaging bag; the blanking device 3 is used for quantitatively blanking materials; the receiving and conveying device 4 is used for receiving materials and conveying the filled packaging bags to the sealing device; the sealing device is used for sealing the filled packaging bag.
The product flow direction of the packaging bag is as follows: the bag feeding device 1 to the bag opening device 2 to the blanking device 3 to the receiving and conveying device 4 to the sealing device.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the product structure of the packaging bag. The bag a comprises a bag bottom b and a bag inlet c: the materials enter the packaging bag a from the opened packaging bag inlet c and fall into the bottom b of the packaging bag; the receiving conveyor 4 strikes against the bottom b of the bag a to thereby consolidate the material inside the bag a.
As shown in fig. 3, the bag feeding device 1 comprises a bag feeding frame 11, and a bag pushing mechanism 12, a bag sucking mechanism 13, a bag pulling mechanism 14 and a bag conveying mechanism which are fixed on the bag feeding frame 11; the bag pushing mechanism 12, the bag sucking mechanism 13, the bag pulling mechanism 14 and the bag conveying mechanism are connected with the packaging bag; the input end and the output end of the bag pushing mechanism 12 are respectively connected with the feed port of the packaging bag and the input end of the bag absorbing mechanism 13; the input end and the output end of the bag pulling mechanism 14 are respectively connected with the output end of the bag suction mechanism 13 and the input end of the bag conveying mechanism, and the output end of the bag conveying mechanism is connected with the input end of the bag opening device 2; the bag pushing mechanism 12 is used for pushing and feeding the packaging bags; the bag suction mechanism 13 and the bag pulling mechanism 14 are used for moving the packaging bags into the bag conveying mechanism along the side edges; the bag conveying mechanism is used for conveying the packaging bags into the bag opening device 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the bag suction mechanism 13 includes a bag suction downward moving cylinder 131, a bag suction bottom plate 132, a bag suction tilting cylinder 133, and a bag suction head assembly 134; the output end of the bag-sucking downward-moving cylinder 131 is connected with a bag-sucking bottom plate 132; the bag suction tilting cylinder 133 is hinged with the bag suction bottom plate 132, the output end of the bag suction tilting cylinder 133 is hinged with the bag suction head component 134, and the bag suction head component 134 is hinged with the bag suction bottom plate 132; the output end of the bag suction head component 134 is connected with the side edge of the packaging bag, and the bag suction head component 134 sucks the side edge of the packaging bag and lifts and warps the side edge of the packaging bag under the drive of the bag suction inclined cylinder 133; the bag pulling mechanism 14 comprises a bag pulling driving assembly 141, a bag pulling bottom plate 142 and a bag pulling head 143; the output end of the bag pulling driving assembly 141 is connected with the bag pulling bottom plate 142, and the bag pulling bottom plate 142 is connected with the plurality of bag pulling heads 143; the bag pulling heads 143 are fixed in an inclined manner, and the inclined angle of the bag pulling heads 143 is the same as the lifting and warping angle of the side edge of the packaging bag; the bag pulling heads 143 are driven by the bag pulling driving assembly 141 to grip the raised and warped side edges of the packaging bag. The bag head assembly 134 includes a bag head support 1341 and a vacuum head 1342; the bag suction head support 1341 comprises a support upper plate 1343 and a support lower plate 1344; the bracket upper plate 1343 is hinged with the output end of the bag suction downward moving cylinder 131, and the bracket lower plate 1344 is hinged with the bag suction bottom plate 132; a plurality of vacuum nozzles 1342 are fixed to the nozzle support 1341, and the output ends of the plurality of vacuum nozzles 1342 are in contact with the side edges of the packaging bags; the interior of the bag suction head support 1341 is a hollow structure, and the input end and the output end of the hollow structure in the bag suction head support 1341 are respectively connected with the input end of a vacuum device and the input end of a vacuum suction head 1342.
As shown in fig. 5, the bag pulling head 143 includes a chuck base plate 1431, a bag pulling cylinder 1432, and a bag pulling chuck 1433; the chuck bottom plate 1431 is fixed on the bag pulling bottom plate 142, and the bag pulling cylinder 1432 is fixed on the chuck bottom plate 1431; the output end of the bag-pulling cylinder 1432 is connected with a plurality of bag-pulling chucks 1433, and the bag-pulling chucks 1433 are respectively contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the side edge of the packaging bag; the bag pulling driving assembly 141 is driven by a motor or a rodless cylinder.
As shown in fig. 6, the bag pushing mechanism 12 includes a bag pushing cylinder 121, a bag pushing guide rod 122 and a bag pushing push rod 123; the bag pushing cylinder 121 and the bag pushing guide rod 122 are both fixed on the upper bag frame 11, and the output end of the bag pushing cylinder 121 is connected with the bag pushing push rod 123; the lower roller of the bag pushing rod 123 is engaged with the bag pushing guide rod 122, and the output end of the bag pushing rod 123 contacts with the side end face of the packaging bag.
As shown in fig. 7, the bag feeding device 1 further comprises a centering mechanism 15; the centering mechanisms 15 are fixed on the rack, and the feed ends of the centering mechanisms 15 are respectively connected with the output end of the bag pulling mechanism 14 and the output end of the bag conveying mechanism; the feeding ends of the centering mechanisms 15 are distributed oppositely and matched with the end faces of two opposite side edges of the packaging bag; the centering mechanism 15 comprises a centering screw rod 151, a centering cylinder 152, a centering frame 153 and a centering head 154; the centering screw rod 151 is connected with the rack, the output end of the centering screw rod 151 is connected with the centering cylinder 152, and the output end of the centering cylinder 152 is connected with the centering frame 153; the plurality of centering heads 154 are fixed on the centering frame 153, and the plurality of centering heads 154 are respectively matched with the side end surfaces of the packaging bag; centering head 154 is rod-shaped and has a top end bent toward the inside.
The bag feeding device 1 comprises the following components in the working process: 1) feeding the packaging bag to a feeding hole of a bag pushing mechanism 12; 2) the bag pushing cylinder 121 acts to drive the bag pushing push rod 123 to push the packaging bag to the bag sucking station along the bag pushing guide rod 122; 3) the bag sucking moving-down cylinder 131 acts to drive the bag sucking head assembly 134 to move down to suck the packaging bag, and the bag sucking tilting cylinder 133 acts to sequentially drive the vacuum sucking head 1342 and the side edge of the packaging bag to lift and warp; 4) the bag pulling driving assembly 141 drives the bag pulling head 143 to move to a bag pulling station, and the bag pulling cylinder 1432 drives the bag pulling chuck 1433 to clamp the side edge of the warped packaging bag; the bag pulling driving assembly 141 drives the bag pulling head 143 to pull the packaging bag into the conveying station, and then the packaging bag is loosened and discharged; 5) after the centering mechanism 15 centers the fallen packaging bags, the bag conveying mechanism conveys the packaging bags to the next station to complete the bag feeding process of the packaging bags.
The bag feeding device 1 is used for sucking the packaging bags by contacting the upper surfaces of the middle parts of the packaging bags with the bag sucking mechanism when the packaging bags are fed, and then the driving mechanism drives the bag sucking mechanism to move to the bag conveying mechanism to convey the packaging bags to the next station; the packaging bag is soft in texture, and the edge of the soft packaging bag can bend and droop under the action of gravity after the bag sucking mechanism sucks the middle part of the packaging bag; when the bag sucking mechanism loosens and falls the sucked packaging bag to the bag conveying mechanism, the bent and drooped edge of the packaging bag is pressed at the bottom of the packaging bag along with the falling of the packaging bag; thereby causing the problem that the edge fold appears when the wrapping bag is exported to next station, the last bag quality of influence wrapping bag. By arranging the bag suction mechanism 13 and the bag pulling mechanism 14; after the packaging bags are fed and pushed to the bag suction station, the bag suction downward moving cylinder 131 acts to drive the bag suction head assembly 134 to move downward to suck the packaging bags, and the bag suction inclined cylinder 133 acts to sequentially drive the vacuum suction head 1342 and the side edges of the packaging bags to be lifted and warped; the bag pulling driving assembly 141 drives the bag pulling head 143 to move to a bag pulling station, and the bag pulling cylinder 1432 drives the bag pulling chuck 1433 to clamp the side edge of the warped packaging bag; the bag pulling driving assembly 141 drives the bag pulling head 143 to pull the packaging bag into the conveying station, and then the packaging bag is loosened and discharged; after the centering mechanism 15 centers the fallen packaging bags, the bag conveying mechanism conveys the packaging bags to the next station to complete the bag feeding process of the packaging bags. The feeding mode of the packaging bag is that the side edge of one side of the packaging bag is clamped firstly, and then the clamped side edge of the packaging bag is driven to move so as to drag the whole packaging bag into a conveying station; in the dragging process, the side edge of one side of the packaging bag is clamped by the bag pulling chuck 1433, so that edge bending cannot occur, and the side edge of the other side of the packaging bag is in contact with the surface of the workbench and is supported by the surface of the workbench, so that the bending condition cannot occur; namely, the side edges of the two sides of the packaging bag are respectively kept in a flat state in the process of transporting the packaging bag; thereby avoided inhaling the bag mechanism and directly absorbed the wrapping bag middle part and moved the circumstances that the wrapping bag edge is crooked and then cause the wrapping bag edge fold because of not receiving the support when whereabouts, guaranteed the last bag quality of wrapping bag.
As shown in fig. 8, the bag opening device 2 includes a bag opening mechanism 21 and an overturning clamping mechanism 22; the bag opening mechanism 21 and the overturning clamping mechanism 22 are fixed on the frame; the input end of the bag opening mechanism 21 is connected with the output end of the bag feeding device 1, the output end of the bag opening mechanism 21 is respectively contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the packaging bag, and the output end of the bag opening mechanism 21 is connected with the input end of the overturning clamping mechanism 22; the output end of the overturning clamping mechanism 22 is contacted with the packaging bag, and the output end of the overturning clamping mechanism 22 is connected with the output end of the blanking device 3; the bag opening mechanism 21 is used for opening the bag opening of the packaging bag; the turning and clamping mechanism 22 is used for turning and moving the opened packaging bags to the blanking device 3 for filling.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the turning and gripping mechanism 22 includes a gripping frame 23, a gripping motor 24, a gripping rotating shaft 25, a gripping slotting tool 26, and a gripping manipulator 27; the clamping motor 24 is fixed on the clamping frame 23, the output end of the clamping motor 24 is connected with the clamping rotating shaft 25, and the clamping slotting tool 26 and the clamping manipulator 27 are fixed on the clamping rotating shaft 25; the gripping slotting tool 26 comprises a slotting tool frame 261, a slotting tool cylinder 262 and a slotting tool head 263; the slotting tool cylinder 262 is hinged with the slotting tool frame 261, and the output end of the slotting tool cylinder 262 is hinged with the slotting tool head 263; the plug 263 includes a plug shaft portion 264 and a plug spreading portion 265; the blade rod part 264 and the blade spreading part 265 are combined into a hook-shaped structure, and the blade spreading part 265 is contacted with or separated from the interior of the packaging bag under the driving of the blade cylinder 262; the gripping manipulator 27 includes a manipulator frame 271, a gripping cylinder 272, a first gripping piece 273 and a second gripping piece 274; the first gripping piece 273 and the second gripping piece 274 each include a gripping gear 275; the first gripping piece 273 and the second gripping piece 274 are hinged to the robot frame 271, and the gripping gear 275 of the first gripping piece 273 and the gripping gear 275 of the second gripping piece 274 are engaged with each other; the clamping cylinder 272 is hinged with the manipulator frame 271, and the output end of the clamping cylinder 272 is connected with the first clamping piece 273; driven by the clamping cylinder 272, the first clamping piece 273 and the second clamping piece 274 respectively clamp or release the packaging bag by the mutual meshing rotation of the respective clamping gears 275; the middle part of the knife inserting head opening part 265 is of a hollowed structure.
As shown in fig. 8, the turning clamp mechanism 22 further includes a damper 28; the dampers 28 are fixed to the gripping frame 23, and the plurality of dampers 28 are respectively located at the front and rear ends of the robot frame 271; the output ends of the plurality of shock absorbers 28 are respectively connected with the front and back rotating tail end positions of the manipulator frame 271.
As shown in fig. 11, the bag opening mechanism 21 includes an upper suction assembly 211, a lower suction assembly 212, and a bag opening guide 213; the feed inlet of the bag opening guide plate 213 is connected with the output end of the bag feeding device 1, and the upper surface of the bag opening guide plate 213 is contacted with the lower surface of the packaging bag; the upper suction assembly 211 and the lower suction assembly 212 are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the discharge hole of the bag opening guide plate 213, and the output end of the upper suction assembly 211 and the output end of the lower suction assembly 212 are respectively contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the packaging bag; the upper suction assembly 211 includes an upper suction cylinder 2111, an upper suction frame 2112, and an upper suction plate 2113; the upper suction cylinder 2111 is fixed on the frame, and the output end of the upper suction cylinder 2111 is connected with the upper suction frame 2112; the upper suction rack 2112 is connected with the upper suction tray 2113, and the output end of the upper suction tray 2113 is in contact with the upper surface of the packaging bag; the lower suction assembly 212 includes a lower suction mount 2121, a lower suction mount 2122, and a lower suction tray 2123; the lower suction seat 2121 is fixed on the frame, and the lower suction seat 2121 is connected with the lower suction frame 2122; the lower suction frame 2122 is connected to the lower suction tray 2123, and an output end of the lower suction tray 2123 is in contact with the lower surface of the packaging bag; the lower suction mount 2122 penetrates through a corresponding hole of the lower suction mount 2121, and the lower suction mount 2122 is fixed by screws penetrating through a corresponding hole of the lower suction mount 2121; the bag opening guide plate 213 is an inclined plate, and the height of the discharge port of the bag opening guide plate 213 is lower than that of the feed port of the bag opening guide plate 213; the upper suction plate 2113 and the lower suction plate 2123 are communicated with a vacuum apparatus through the inner through holes of the upper suction frame 2112 and the lower suction frame 2122, respectively.
The bag opening device 2 is characterized in that: 1) the bag feeding device 1 feeds the packaging bag to the bag opening guide plate 213; 2) the lower suction disc 2123 sucks the lower surface of the packaging bag, and the upper suction cylinder 2111 acts to drive the upper suction disc 2113 to suck and move up the upper surface of the packaging bag to open the packaging bag; 3) the clamping motor 24 rotates to drive the clamping slotting tool 26 and the clamping manipulator 27 to move to the bag opening station, and the clamping cylinder 272 acts to drive the first clamping piece 273 and the second clamping piece 274 to be meshed and rotate to clamp the inlet edge of the packaging bag; meanwhile, the slotting tool cylinder 262 moves to drive the slotting tool bit 263 to rotate, and the slotting tool bit opening part 265 is in contact with the opened inner part of the packaging bag to keep the packaging bag in an opening state; 4) the clamping motor 24 rotates to drive the clamping slotting tool 26 and the clamping manipulator 27 to move to the filling station, and the blanking device 3 receives the opened packaging bag to complete the bag opening process.
The bag opening device 2 solves the problems that when the packaging bag is opened and conveyed, the packaging bag is firstly opened by the bag opening mechanism, and then the opened packaging bag is clamped by the air claw in the overturning clamping mechanism; meanwhile, a bag opening cylinder in the overturning and clamping mechanism drives two opening flat plates to continuously open the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner side of the packaging bag, and finally the overturning and clamping mechanism drives the packaging bag which is kept open to rotate to a filling station to complete the opening and conveying process of the packaging bag; when the packaging bag is clamped by the air claw hand in the turnover clamping mechanism, the clamping claw is directly driven by the air cylinder to clamp the packaging bag; however, the manufacturing precision of the cylinder is low, the cylinder shaft and the cylinder wall are easy to wear, and after the packaging bag is frequently clamped, a large gap is generated between the cylinder shaft and the cylinder wall due to wear; therefore, the air cylinder shaft can shake relative to the air cylinder wall when driving the clamping jaw to move, and the clamping jaw cannot accurately clamp the packaging bag; meanwhile, when the packaging bag is unfolded in the overturning and clamping mechanism, the two bag unfolding cylinders respectively drive the respective bag unfolding plates to rotate up and down to unfold the packaging bag; the opening mode needs two bag opening cylinders to work respectively, so that the number of the bag opening cylinders is large, and the complexity of equipment is increased. By providing a flipping grasping mechanism 22; after the bag opening mechanism 21 opens the packaging bag, the clamping motor 24 rotates to drive the clamping slotting tool 26 and the clamping manipulator 27 to move to a bag opening station, and the clamping cylinder 272 moves to drive the first clamping piece 273 and the second clamping piece 274 to be meshed and rotate to clamp the inlet edge of the packaging bag; meanwhile, the slotting tool cylinder 262 moves to drive the slotting tool bit 263 to rotate, and the slotting tool bit opening part 265 is in contact with the opened inner part of the packaging bag to keep the packaging bag in an opening state; the clamping motor 24 rotates to drive the clamping slotting tool 26 and the clamping manipulator 27 to move to the filling station, and the blanking device 3 receives the opened packaging bag to complete the bag opening process. And the first gripping piece 273 and the second gripping piece 274 each include a gripping gear 275; when the side edge of the packaging bag is clamped, the clamping cylinder 272 drives the first clamping piece 273 and the second clamping piece 274 to clamp the side edge of the packaging bag through mutual meshing of the clamping gears 275 of the first clamping piece 273 and the second clamping piece; the gears are high in manufacturing accuracy, long in service life and small in mutual meshing gap, and the high meshing accuracy can be still kept between the two gears after the packaging bags are frequently clamped; therefore, the condition that the cylinder shaft shakes relative to the cylinder wall when the cylinder drives the air claw to frequently clamp the packaging bag is avoided, and the clamping precision of the packaging bag is ensured. Meanwhile, the knife inserting head rod part 264 and the knife inserting head opening part 265 are combined into a hook-shaped structure, and the knife inserting head opening part 265 of the hook-shaped structure has a larger opening distance relative to the long strip structure of the bag opening flat plate; when the packaging bag is opened, the packaging bag can be opened only by contacting the head end and the tail end of the hook-shaped structure of the opening part 265 of the cutter head with the inner side of the packaging bag; that is, the packaging bag can be opened by only driving one part of the blade 263 to rotate; therefore, the packaging bag can be unfolded only by one driving cylinder, the number of the driving cylinders is reduced, and the complexity of the equipment is reduced.
As shown in fig. 12, the blanking device 3 includes a blanking slide 31, and a bag-grasping mechanism 32 and a slide-opening mechanism 33 fixed on the blanking slide 31; the blanking slideway 31 is fixed on the frame, and the input end and the output end of the blanking slideway 31 are respectively connected with the material feeding hole and the input end of the slideway opening mechanism 33; the output end of the bag grabbing mechanism 32 is contacted with the packaging bag, the output end of the bag grabbing mechanism 32 is respectively connected with the output end of the bag opening device 2 and the output end of the slideway opening mechanism 33, and the output end of the slideway opening mechanism 33 is connected with the opened packaging bag inlet; the blanking slide way 31 is used for guiding and conveying materials; the bag-grasping mechanism 32 is used for lifting and pulling the packaging bag; the chute opening mechanism 33 is used for controlling whether the materials fall into the packaging bag from the outlet of the blanking chute 31.
As shown in fig. 13, the bag gripping mechanism 32 includes a bag gripping driving cylinder 34, a bag gripping rotating lever 35, a first rotating link 36, a second rotating link 37, and a bag gripping robot 38; the middle parts of the bag grabbing driving cylinder 34 and the bag grabbing rotating rod 35 are respectively hinged with corresponding shaft posts of the blanking slideway 31, and the output end of the bag grabbing driving cylinder 34 is connected with the bag grabbing rotating rod 35; the input end of the first rotating connecting rod 36 and the input end of the second rotating connecting rod 37 are respectively hinged with the head end and the tail end of the bag grabbing rotating rod 35; the bag-grasping robot 38 includes a robot-fixing rod 381 and a grasping-clamping member 382; the manipulator fixing rods 381 are hinged with the blanking slideway 31, and the manipulator fixing rods 381 of the bag grabbing manipulators 38 are respectively hinged with the output end of the first rotating connecting rod 36 and the output end of the second rotating connecting rod 37; the grasping and clamping member 382 is fixed to the robot fixing rod 381, and the output end of the grasping and clamping member 382 is in contact with the inlet of the packaging bag; driven by the bag grabbing driving cylinder 34, the bag grabbing mechanical hands 38 rotate along the hinged positions of the bag grabbing mechanical hands and the blanking slide ways 31 to tighten or loosen the openings of the packaging bags; the gripping and clamping element 382 serves to clamp the package opening. The gripping clamping element 382 includes a clamping cylinder 3821, a clamping frame 3822, a clamping rotor 3823, and a clamping block 3824; a plurality of clamping rotary blocks 3822 are hinged with the clamping frame 3822, and the tail end bulges of the clamping rotary blocks 3822 are hinged with the output end of the clamping cylinder 3821; the clamping block 3824 is fixed at the head end of the clamping rotating block 3823, when the clamping cylinder 3821 contracts, the tail end bulge of the clamping rotating block 3822 is pulled upwards to drive the clamping rotating block 3823 to rotate inwards, and the plurality of clamping blocks 3824 contract to clamp the opening of the packaging bag; the clamping block 3824 is a rectangular clamping block; the manipulator fixing lever 381 includes a fixing lever link 3811 and a fixing lever rotating lever 3812; the fixed rod rotating rod 3812 is hinged to the blanking slideway 31, and the fixed rod rotating rod 3812 is connected to one end of the fixed rod connecting rod 3811; the other end of the different fixed link 3811 is hinged with the output end of the first rotating link 36 and the second rotating link 37 respectively; the blanking slide way 31 is in a funnel shape, and the opening area of the input end of the blanking slide way 31 is larger than that of the output end.
As shown in fig. 14, the slide opening mechanism 33 includes an opening cylinder 331, an opening link 332, and an opening door 333; the output end of the opening cylinder 331 is hinged with the input end of the opening connecting rod 332, the output end of the opening connecting rod 332 is hinged with the opening door 333, and the output end of the opening door 333 is connected with the opening bag inlet; the slide opening mechanism 33 further includes a fill opening cylinder 334 and a fill opening plate 335; the filling opening cylinder 334 and the filling opening plate 335 are hinged with the opening door 333 respectively, and the output end of the filling opening cylinder 334 is hinged with the filling opening plate 335; the filling opening plate 335 is in contact with the inside of the inlet of the packaging bag; the fill opening plate 335 is a rectangular plate.
The blanking device 3 is in the working process: 1) the bag grabbing mechanical arm 38 grabs the packaging bags conveyed by the bag opening device 2, and the filling opening cylinder 334 acts to drive the filling opening plate 335 to move so as to keep the packaging bags in an opened state; 2) the opening cylinder 331 drives the opening connecting rod 332 to move to open the opening door 333; 3) pouring the materials into a feeding hole of the blanking slideway 31, blanking the materials into the opened packaging bag along the blanking slideway 31, 4) after the materials with set weight fall into the packaging bag, withdrawing the filling opening plate 335, and closing the opening door 333; the bag grabbing driving cylinder 34 acts to sequentially drive the bag grabbing rotating rod 35, the first rotating connecting rod 36 and the second rotating connecting rod 37 to move, so that the bag grabbing mechanical arm 38 rotates along the hinged position of the bag grabbing mechanical arm and the blanking slideway 31 to tighten and seal the opening of the packaging bag; 5) the receiving and conveying device 4 receives the packaging bags with closed openings to complete the material blanking process.
The blanking device 3 solves the problem that when the packaging bags are filled, the bag grabbing mechanism firstly grasps the opened packaging bags tightly; then, filling the materials into the opened packaging bags along the blanking slide ways, and directly loosening and blanking the filled packaging bags by a bag grabbing mechanism to complete the packaging bag filling process; the bag grabbing mechanism is in a spreading state when grasping the packaging bags, and is also in a spreading state when loosening and falling the filled packaging bags; wrapping bag bottom can receive certain impact when the wrapping bag bottom after the filling contacts with receiving conveyor, and the material of the inside filling of wrapping bag can scatter out along the open-ended wrapping bag after receiving the impact and lead to the need refill to the problem of the filling efficiency of wrapping bag has been reduced. By providing a bag grasping mechanism 32; after the materials with the set weight fall into the packaging bags, the filling opening plate 335 is retracted, and the opening door 333 is closed; the bag grabbing driving cylinder 34 acts to sequentially drive the bag grabbing rotating rod 35, the first rotating connecting rod 36 and the second rotating connecting rod 37 to move, so that the bag grabbing mechanical arm 38 rotates along the hinged position of the bag grabbing mechanical arm and the blanking slideway 31 to tighten and seal the opening of the packaging bag; the receiving and conveying device 4 receives the packaging bags with closed openings to complete the material blanking process. After the blanking mode is adopted, the bag grabbing driving cylinder 34 pulls the opening of the packaging bag tightly and seals the opening; when the materials filled in the packaging bag are impacted, the materials moving towards the outlet in the packaging bag can be blocked by the packaging bag with the closed opening; thereby the condition that the material of inside filling can scatter out after receiving the impact when having avoided the wrapping bag opening has improved the filling efficiency of wrapping bag.
As shown in fig. 15, the receiving and conveying device 4 includes a receiving frame 41, and a bag striking mechanism 42 and a conveying mechanism 43 fixed to the receiving frame 41; the bag hitting mechanism 42 is positioned below the output end of the blanking device 3, and the output end of the bag hitting mechanism 42 is contacted with the bottom of the packaging bag; the conveying mechanism 43 is contacted with the outer side and the inlet of the filled packaging bag, the input end of the conveying mechanism 43 is connected with the output end of the blanking device 3, and the output end of the conveying mechanism 43 is connected with the input end of the sealing device; the bag collision mechanism 42 is used for colliding the filled packaging bags to make the packaging bags solid; the conveying mechanism 43 is used for conveying the filled packaging bags to the sealing device.
As shown in fig. 16, the bag striking mechanism 42 includes a bag striking frame 421, a bag striking cylinder 422, and a bag striking bottom plate 423; the bag hitting rack 421 is fixed on the receiving rack 41; the bag hitting cylinder 422 is fixed on the bag hitting machine frame 421, and the output end of the bag hitting cylinder 422 is connected with the bag hitting bottom plate 423; the bag hitting bottom plate 423 is positioned below the output end of the blanking device 3, and when the bag hitting cylinder 422 extends and contracts, the bag hitting bottom plate 423 is driven by the bag hitting cylinder 422 to contact with or separate from the bottom surface of the packaging bag. The upper surface of the punching bag bottom plate 423 is a plane or a circular arc surface.
As shown in fig. 17, the conveying mechanism 43 includes a conveying driving assembly 431, a bag holding assembly 432 and a bag clamping assembly 433; the conveying driving assembly 431 is fixed on the receiving rack 41, and the output end of the conveying driving assembly 431 is respectively connected with the bag holding assembly 432 and the bag clamping assembly 433; the output end of the bag holding component 432 and the output end of the bag clamping component 433 are respectively contacted with the side surface and the inlet of the filled packaging bag; the conveying driving assembly 431 is used for driving the bag holding assembly 432 and the bag clamping assembly 433 to move; the bag holding assembly 432 is used for fixing the filled packaging bag to prevent the packaging bag from shaking; the bag clamping component 433 is used for clamping the inlet of the filled packaging bag to prevent the material in the packaging bag from scattering; the conveying driving assembly 431 comprises a conveying driving cylinder 4311, a conveying driving guide rail sliding block 4312 and a conveying bottom plate 4313; the conveying driving cylinder 4311 is fixed on the receiving rack 41, the output end of the conveying driving cylinder 4311 is connected with the conveying bottom plate 4313, and the conveying bottom plate 4313 is connected with the slide block in the conveying driving guide rail slide block 4312; the bag holding assembly 432 comprises a bag holding frame 4321, a bag holding cylinder 4322, a bag holding connecting rod 4323 and a bag holding plate 4324; the bag holding machine frame 4321 is fixed on the conveying bottom plate 4313, the bag holding cylinder 4322 is fixed on the bag holding machine frame 4321, and the output end of the bag holding cylinder 4322 is connected with the bag holding connecting rod 4323; the tail end of the bag holding connecting rod 4323 is hinged with the bag holding machine frame 4321, the head end of the bag holding connecting rod 4323 is connected with the bag holding plate 4324, and the bag holding plate 4324 is in contact with the side surface of the filled packaging bag; the bag holding plate 4324 is a circular arc plate.
As shown in fig. 18, the bag clamping assembly 433 includes a bag clamping driving cylinder 4331, a bag clamping rotary rod 4332, a bag clamping connecting rod 4333, a bag clamping rotary frame 4334 and a bag clamping head 4335; the bag clamping rotating rod 4332 is hinged with the receiving rack 41, and the output end of the bag clamping driving cylinder 4331 is connected with the bag clamping rotating rod 4332; one end of the bag clamping connecting rod 4333 is hinged with the bag clamping rotating rod 4332, the other end of the bag clamping connecting rod 4333 is connected with the bag clamping rotating frame 4334, and the bag clamping rotating frame 4334 is hinged with the receiving rack 41; the output end of the bag clamping rotating frame 4334 is connected with a bag clamping head 4335, and the output end of the bag clamping head 4335 is connected with the inlet of the filled packaging bag; the bag clamping head 4335 comprises a bag clamping head cylinder 4336 and a bag clamping block 4337; the bag clamping head cylinder 4336 is fixed on the bag clamping rotating frame 4334, and the output end of the bag clamping head cylinder 4336 is connected with the bag clamping block 4337; the bag clamping block 4337 contacts with the inlet of the filled bag.
During operation of the receiving and conveying device 4: 1) the blanking device 3 is used for blanking the materials into tightly-gripped packaging bags; 2) in the material blanking process, the bag hitting cylinder 422 acts to drive the bag hitting bottom plate 423 to reciprocate up and down to compact the materials in the packaging bag; 3) after the packaging bag is filled, the bag holding cylinder 4322 acts to drive the bag holding plate 4324 to hold and receive the packaging bag tightly; the bag clamping driving cylinder 4331 acts to drive the bag clamping head 4335 to move through the bag clamping rotating rod 4332, the bag clamping connecting rod 4333 and the bag clamping rotating frame 4334 so as to clamp the opening of the packaging bag; 4) the conveying driving assembly 431 drives the tightly held packaging bag to move to the feeding hole of the sealing device, and the packaging bag receiving and conveying process is completed.
The receiving and conveying device 4 solves the problem that when the filled packaging bags are received and conveyed, the blanking device drops the materials with set weight into the packaging bags, and then the receiving mechanism positioned below the packaging bags directly receives and conveys the filled packaging bags to the sealing device to finish the receiving and conveying processes of the packaging bags; the materials have certain shapes, and the materials can be mutually supported when falling to the packaging bag; when the receiving mechanism directly receives the filled packaging bag, the materials supported by each other in the packaging bag have larger void ratio; thereby causing the material of the same weight to occupy the wrapping bag volume increase, the material is comparatively loose in the wrapping bag, has reduced the problem of the packing quality of material. By providing the bag hitting mechanism 42; in the process of blanking the materials into the packaging bags, the bag hitting cylinder 422 acts to drive the bag hitting bottom plate 423 to reciprocate up and down to tamp the materials in the packaging bags; after the packaging bag is filled, the bag holding cylinder 4322 acts to drive the bag holding plate 4324 to hold and receive the packaging bag tightly; the bag clamping driving cylinder 4331 acts to drive the bag clamping head 4335 to move through the bag clamping rotating rod 4332, the bag clamping connecting rod 4333 and the bag clamping rotating frame 4334 so as to clamp the opening of the packaging bag; the conveying driving assembly 431 drives the tightly held packaging bag to move to the feeding hole of the sealing device, and the packaging bag receiving and conveying process is completed. In the receiving mode, the bag hitting cylinder 422 drives the bag hitting bottom plate 423 to firmly hold the materials in the packaging bag before receiving; the materials are tightly arranged after losing the supporting structure due to the fact that the materials are tightly vibrated, and therefore the volume of the packaging bag occupied by the materials with the same weight is reduced; and the materials which are closely arranged enable the packaging bag to be more compact after being packaged, and the packaging quality of the materials is improved.
A method of packaging a material as shown in fig. 1, the method using the above apparatus for filling and bagging a material, the method comprising the steps of:
(S1) packaging bags: the bag feeding device 1 feeds the packaging bags to the bag opening device 2;
(S2) opening the packaging bag: the bag opening device 2 opens the packaging bag and conveys the packaging bag to the blanking device 3;
(S3) filling materials: the blanking device 3 fills materials with set weight into the packaging bag;
(S4) conveying the packaging bags: the receiving and conveying device 4 receives and conveys the filled packaging bags to the sealing device;
(S5) sealing the packaging bag: the sealing device seals the filled packaging bag and then discharges the packaging bag to finish the material packaging process.

1. A material filling and bagging device is characterized by comprising a rack, and a bag feeding device (1), a bag opening device (2), a blanking device (3), a receiving and conveying device (4) and a sealing device which are fixed on the rack; the input end and the output end of the bag feeding device (1) are respectively connected with the feed port of the packaging bag and the input end of the bag opening device (2); the input end and the output end of the blanking device (3) are respectively connected with the material feeding port and the output end of the bag opening device (2), and the output end of the blanking device (3) is connected with the input end of the receiving and conveying device (4); the input end and the output end of the sealing device are respectively connected with the output end of the receiving and conveying device (4) and the material discharging station of the packaging bag; the bag feeding device (1) is used for feeding and conveying packaging bags; the bag opening device (2) is used for opening the opening of the packaging bag; the blanking device (3) is used for quantitatively blanking materials; the receiving and conveying device (4) is used for receiving materials and conveying the filled packaging bags to the sealing device; the sealing device is used for sealing the filled packaging bag;
the bag opening device (2) comprises a bag opening mechanism (21) and a turnover clamping mechanism (22); the bag opening mechanism (21) and the overturning clamping mechanism (22) are fixed on the frame; the input end of the bag opening mechanism (21) is connected with the output end of the bag feeding device (1), the output end of the bag opening mechanism (21) is respectively contacted with the upper surface and the lower surface of the packaging bag, and the output end of the bag opening mechanism (21) is connected with the input end of the overturning clamping mechanism (22); the output end of the overturning clamping mechanism (22) is contacted with the packaging bag, and the output end of the overturning clamping mechanism (22) is connected with the output end of the blanking device (3); the bag opening mechanism (21) is used for opening the opening of the packaging bag; the overturning and clamping mechanism (22) is used for overturning and moving the opened packaging bag to the blanking device (3) for filling.
2. the middle part of the plug bit spreading part (265) is of a hollow structure.

the lower suction assembly (212) comprises a lower suction seat (2121), a lower suction frame (2122) and a lower suction disc (2123); the lower suction seat (2121) is fixed on the frame, and the lower suction seat (2121) is connected with the lower suction frame (2122); the lower suction frame (2122) is connected with the lower suction disc (2123), and the output end of the lower suction disc (2123) is contacted with the lower surface of the packaging bag;
the lower suction frame (2122) penetrates through the corresponding hole position of the lower suction seat (2121), and the lower suction frame (2122) is fixed through a screw penetrating through the corresponding hole position of the lower suction seat (2121);
the bag opening guide plate (213) is an inclined plate, and the height of the discharge hole of the bag opening guide plate (213) is lower than that of the feed hole of the bag opening guide plate (213);
the upper suction plate (2113) and the lower suction plate (2123) are respectively communicated with a vacuum device through the inner through holes of the upper suction frame (2112) and the lower suction frame (2122).

The material filling and bagging equipment according to claim 1, wherein the blanking device (3) comprises a blanking slideway (31), and a bag grabbing mechanism (32) and a slideway opening mechanism (33) which are fixed on the blanking slideway (31); the blanking slideway (31) is fixed on the frame, and the input end and the output end of the blanking slideway (31) are respectively connected with the material feeding hole and the input end of the slideway opening mechanism (33); the output end of the bag grabbing mechanism (32) is contacted with the packaging bag, the output end of the bag grabbing mechanism (32) is respectively connected with the output end of the bag opening device (2) and the output end of the slide opening mechanism (33), and the output end of the slide opening mechanism (33) is connected with the opening inlet of the opened packaging bag; the blanking slide way (31) is used for guiding and conveying materials; the bag grabbing mechanism (32) is used for lifting and pulling the packaging bag; the slide opening mechanism (33) is used for controlling whether the materials fall into the packaging bag from the outlet of the blanking slide (31) or not;
the bag grabbing mechanism (32) comprises a bag grabbing driving cylinder (34), a bag grabbing rotating rod (35), a first rotating connecting rod (36), a second rotating connecting rod (37) and a bag grabbing mechanical arm (38); the middle parts of the bag grabbing driving cylinder (34) and the bag grabbing rotating rod (35) are respectively hinged with corresponding shaft columns of the blanking slideway (31), and the output end of the bag grabbing driving cylinder (34) is connected with the bag grabbing rotating rod (35); the input end of the first rotating connecting rod (36) and the input end of the second rotating connecting rod (37) are respectively hinged with the head end and the tail end of the bag grabbing rotating rod (35); the bag grabbing mechanical arm (38) comprises a mechanical arm fixing rod (381) and a grabbing and clamping element (382); the manipulator fixing rods (381) are hinged with the blanking slide ways (31), and the manipulator fixing rods (381) of the bag grabbing manipulators (38) are respectively hinged with the output end of the first rotating connecting rod (36) and the output end of the second rotating connecting rod (37); the grabbing and clamping element (382) is fixed on the manipulator fixing rod (381), and the output end of the grabbing and clamping element (382) is contacted with the inlet of the packaging bag; driven by a bag grabbing driving cylinder (34), a plurality of bag grabbing mechanical hands (38) rotate along the hinged positions of the bag grabbing mechanical hands and the blanking slide ways (31) to tighten and close or loosen the openings of the packaging bags; a gripping and clamping element (382) is used to clamp the package opening.

the clamping block (3824) is a rectangular clamping block;
the manipulator fixing rod (381) comprises a fixing rod connecting rod (3811) and a fixing rod rotating rod (3812); the fixed rod rotating rod (3812) is hinged with the blanking slideway (31), and the fixed rod rotating rod (3812) is connected with one end of the fixed rod connecting rod (3811); the other ends of the different fixed rod connecting rods (3811) are respectively hinged with the output ends of the first rotating connecting rod (36) and the second rotating connecting rod (37);
the blanking slide way (31) is in a funnel shape, and the opening area of the input end of the blanking slide way (31) is larger than that of the output end;
the slide opening mechanism (33) comprises an opening cylinder (331), an opening connecting rod (332) and an opening door (333); the output end of the opening cylinder (331) is hinged with the input end of the opening connecting rod (332), the output end of the opening connecting rod (332) is hinged with the opening door (333), and the output end of the opening door (333) is connected with the opening of the opened packaging bag;
the slide opening mechanism (33) also comprises a filling opening cylinder (334) and a filling opening plate (335); the filling opening cylinder (334) and the filling opening plate (335) are respectively hinged with the opening door (333), and the output end of the filling opening cylinder (334) is hinged with the filling opening plate (335); the filling opening plate (335) is contacted with the inner side of the inlet of the packaging bag;
the filling opening plate (335) is a rectangular plate.

A material filling and bagging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the receiving and conveying device (4) comprises a receiving rack (41) and a bag striking mechanism (42) and a conveying mechanism (43) which are fixed on the receiving rack (41); the bag hitting mechanism (42) is positioned below the output end of the blanking device (3), and the output end of the bag hitting mechanism (42) is contacted with the bottom of the packaging bag; the conveying mechanism (43) is contacted with the outer side and the inlet of the filled packaging bag, the input end of the conveying mechanism (43) is connected with the output end of the blanking device (3), and the output end of the conveying mechanism (43) is connected with the input end of the sealing device; the bag collision mechanism (42) is used for colliding the filled packaging bags to make the packaging bags solid; the conveying mechanism (43) is used for conveying the filled packaging bags to the sealing device;
the bag hitting mechanism (42) comprises a bag hitting rack (421), a bag hitting cylinder (422) and a bag hitting bottom plate (423); the bag hitting rack (421) is fixed on the receiving rack (41); the bag hitting cylinder (422) is fixed on the bag hitting rack (421), and the output end of the bag hitting cylinder (422) is connected with the bag hitting bottom plate (423); the bag hitting bottom plate (423) is positioned below the output end of the blanking device (3), and when the bag hitting cylinder (422) extends and contracts, the bag hitting bottom plate (423) is driven by the bag hitting cylinder (422) to be in contact with or separated from the bottom surface of the packaging bag.

10. A method of filling bags with a material, the method using the apparatus of claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
(S1) packaging bags: the bag feeding device (1) feeds the packaging bags to the bag opening device (2);
(S2) opening the packaging bag: the bag opening device (2) opens the packaging bag and conveys the packaging bag to the blanking device (3);
(S3) filling materials: the blanking device (3) fills the materials with set weight into the packaging bag;
(S4) conveying the packaging bags: the receiving and conveying device (4) receives and conveys the filled packaging bags to the sealing device;
(S5) sealing the packaging bag: the sealing device seals the filled packaging bag and then discharges the packaging bag to finish the material packaging process.
