the file management module is used for storing file information and personnel mobilization information of the staff;
the recruitment module is associated with the third-party recruitment software and is used for counting the recruitment requirements of each department of the company, planning to generate the recruitment bulletin according to the recruitment requirements and publishing the recruitment bulletin through the third-party recruitment software;
the attendance management module is associated with each attendance terminal in a company and used for acquiring employee card punching information of each attendance terminal, counting and summarizing attendance according to departments, the information of the on-duty inquiry module is synchronized to employee attendance of the administrative management module, and other modules are communicated with a third-party platform;
the file management and the recruitment requirement information are communicated, the quantity of recruitment requirements can be influenced by the change of personnel mobilization information, and the information of new employees successfully recruited can be synchronized to the employee files.
7. The artificial intelligence assistant office system of claim 5, wherein: the financial management module comprises a fund statistics module, a financial reimbursement module and a contract management module;
the financial reimbursement module is used for counting invoice management, submission and approval of expenses, reimbursement reasons and refution reasons and period expenses;
the fund counting module is used for counting the daily fund transfer condition and automatically counting the assets of the company according to the daily fund transfer;
the contract management module is used for monitoring contract date, contract payment progress and contract fulfillment condition in real time;
the flow information in the reimbursement module and the contract management module is synchronized to the fund statistics module.

The artificial intelligence assistant office system of claim 5, wherein: the equipment management module comprises a first communication module, a timing module and an equipment control module; the first communication module is electrically connected with the equipment control module and relevant equipment in an office area respectively;
the timing module sets the starting time period and the closing time period of each device according to the work and rest time of the staff;
the equipment control module acquires the state information of the relevant equipment through the first communication module, and controls the relevant equipment to be in an open state in an open time period and to be in a closed state in a closed time period.

The artificial intelligence assistant office system of claim 1, wherein: the environment management module comprises a light sensor, a second communication module and an environment control module; the optical sensor, the second communication module and the lighting facilities in the office area are electrically connected;
the optical sensor is used for acquiring the light brightness in an office area in real time;
the environment control module acquires the current light brightness in the office area through the second communication module, compares the current light brightness with a preset value, and controls the lighting facilities in the office area to be turned on or turned off according to the comparison result.
