the flow information in the reimbursement module and the contract management module is synchronized to the fund statistics module.

The artificial intelligence assistant office system of claim 5, wherein: the equipment management module comprises a first communication module, a timing module and an equipment control module; the first communication module is electrically connected with the equipment control module and relevant equipment in an office area respectively;
the timing module sets the starting time period and the closing time period of each device according to the work and rest time of the staff;
the equipment control module acquires the state information of the relevant equipment through the first communication module, and controls the relevant equipment to be in an open state in an open time period and to be in a closed state in a closed time period.
