Abstract

本发明是国内铁水覆盖剂研制的首刊,主要适用于铸造行业,主要由稻草灰,石碳酸钠、石灰石、铝矾土、白瓷土、陶土、石膏粉、冰晶石、硅晶、钾硅组成。在使用时能够通过自身反应生成膨化泡沫纤维熔胶复合融渣,因此具有很好的覆盖保温作用,降低铸件的气孔渣孔缺陷,提高成品率。

Description

多功能铁水覆盖剂的研制与生产
本发明属于铸造技术领域,其用途是在金属熔化过程中,为减少金属液高温对操作者以及周围环境的强烈辐射,同时对金属液温度给予尽可能的保护,确保铸件的内外质量。
随着现代工业、农业、科学技术的发展,我国铸铁产量迅速增长,对铸件质量的要求也越来越高。尤其是高强度薄壁铸件——球墨铸铁件,蠕墨铸铁件,合金铸铁件内外质量要求特别高。而生产这些铸件的生产工艺中,在造型时对金属液面给予保温,是减少次品率的关键,以往铸造行业是采用稻草秆直接放置金属液面自然成灰办法来给予保温的。这种方法沿用至今,效果不尽理想,另外,由于稻草秆占用空间大,且易燃招致火灾,是存在于铸造行业始终未解决的棘手问题。
为解决上述铸造行业普遍存在的问题,本发明提出一种关于铁水覆盖剂的研制与生产,它的实施是国内铁水覆盖剂研制的首创,不仅综合了稻草灰及铁水变质剂各自的特点,而对铁水的净化和变质优化作用,也有相当好的效果。
本发明的实施是在稻草灰的基础上,加入其它物质并按照一定的比例和生产工艺加工而成的。下面分两部分叙述发明的全过程:
一、多功能铁水覆盖剂的组成:
1、稻草灰5~10%;2、碳酸钠5~10%;3、石灰石5~8%4、铝矾土、白瓷土、陶土共占40—50%5、石膏粉5%;6、冰晶石12~20%;7、硅晶15~20%;8、钾硅5%。以上各种物质在生产中应严格掌握配比,并去除杂质,以便保证便用效果。
二、多功能铁水覆盖剂的生产工艺
生产工艺,主要包括制灰,干燥、粉碎、配料、搅拌、过筛、包装几道工序。
1、制灰
将稻草放入烘窑,燃烧成灰,冷却至常温后备用。
2、干燥
对原材料进行干燥处理。陶土、白瓷土、铝矾土晒干,或烘窑上利用窑的热量腾干。大批量生产建特制烘窑。干燥温度一般控制在80~98℃,温度不宜过高,以免将料烧焦变质。干燥酌量而定,以干透为原则,石灰石采用风干即可。
3、粉碎、过筛、去杂质
对坚硬块状原料如铝矾土、白瓷土、石灰石、硅精等,干燥后需进行粉碎,并按要求的标准粒度(∠3mm或25目筛)进行筛选。筛选过程同时去除杂质。
4、配料、搅拌
按照多功能铁水覆盖剂的组成配比进行配料,首先严格称重,然后将其混合,进行搅拌,搅拌时间酌其量,混合料均匀为止。
5、包装
用防潮、且储存运输方便的特制塑料袋进行包装,装料袋口需封闭,并放入纸箱存放仓库。
本发明实施后能够通过自身反应生成膨化泡沫纤维熔胶复合融渣,因此具有很好的覆盖保温作用,同时对造渣,聚渣、便于扒渣清渣、脱硫、排气、净化铁水、孕育、变质、提高铸件质量、降低废品率等多种显著优良作用。

Claims (2)

1、一种铁水覆盖剂,其特征在于它的组成为:稻草灰5~10%;石炭酸钠5~10%,石灰石5~8%;铝矾土、白瓷土、陶土共占40~50%,石膏粉5%;冰晶石12~12%;硅晶15~20%;钾硅5%。
2、按照权利要求1所说铁水覆盖剂,其特在于进行原材料干燥处理时,陶土、白瓷土、铝矾土干燥温度控制在80~90℃,石灰石采用风干。
