Abstract

本发明公开了一种油底壳安装螺栓,包括螺栓本体、弹簧、限位套筒,螺栓本体从头至尾依次由螺栓头、导向部、限位部、螺纹杆部同轴设置构成一个整体,弹簧限位通过限位套筒限位在导向部上,限位部能对限位套筒进行轴向限位,弹簧能在螺栓头和限位部之间作轴向弹性形变,螺纹杆部起连接作用;利用弹簧的弹性变形,在每一装配位置可以克服由油底壳间隙造成的力矩衰减,形成有效的轴向固定载荷;即使油底壳松动或者油底壳密封垫变形也可以由弹簧弹性变形形成轴向载荷补偿,不会造成局部漏油。

技术领域
本发明属于紧固件领域,尤其是一种油底壳安装螺栓。
背景技术
目前,油底壳安装螺栓多为普通六角法兰面螺栓或专用双头螺栓。法兰面螺栓装配采用一次拧紧,装配时由于油底壳等变形造成假紧固力矩,即达不到装配需要的轴力;专用双头螺栓需要两端拧紧螺母,装配复杂,且装配转动形成假力矩;在车辆使用中由于振动等工作环境造成螺栓、螺母松动,进而造成油底壳漏油,引起客户抱怨。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种油底壳安装螺栓,解决现有螺栓存在轴向载荷无法补偿、易松动的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种油底壳安装螺栓,其特征在于:包括螺栓本体、弹簧、限位套筒,螺栓本体从头至尾依次由螺栓头、导向部、限位部、螺纹杆部同轴设置构成一个整体,弹簧限位通过限位套筒限位在导向部上,限位部能对限位套筒进行轴向限位,弹簧能在螺栓头和限位部之间作轴向弹性形变,螺纹杆部起连接作用。
对上述技术方案进一步地限定,所述限位套筒的结构为:包括筒体,筒体的上端口处圆周分布有多个限位爪,筒体的外侧面上设有环形体。
本发明有益效果:利用弹簧的弹性变形,在每一装配位置可以克服由油底壳间隙造成的力矩衰减,形成有效的轴向固定载荷;在使用过程中,即使油底壳松动或者油底壳密封垫变形也可以由弹簧弹性变形形成轴向载荷补偿,不会造成局部漏油。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种油底壳安装螺栓,包括螺栓本体,螺栓本体从头至尾依次由螺栓头1、导向部2、限位部3、螺纹杆部4同轴设置构成一个整体,导向部上设有弹簧5,弹簧限位通过限位套筒6限位在导向部上,限位部能对限位套筒进行轴向限位,弹簧能在螺栓头和限位部之间作轴向弹性形变;即弹簧的一端抵靠在螺栓头上,弹簧的另一端抵靠在限位套筒;螺纹杆部起连接作用;
如图1所示,所述限位套筒6的结构为:包括筒体601,筒体的上端口处圆周分布有三个限位爪602,筒体的外侧面上设有环形体603;筒体能在导向部上作轴向滑动;限位爪是为了防止筒体与限位部脱落;环形体具有限位弹簧的作用,也可以作为垫片使用。
使用说明:发动机壳上设有螺纹孔,油底壳上的安装孔与螺纹孔对齐后,螺栓本体上的螺纹杆部插入安装孔内并于螺纹孔连接;螺栓本体旋入过程中,限位套筒的插入安装孔内,限位套筒上的环形体与油底壳表面贴合;拧紧过程中,限位套筒轴向滑动并挤压弹簧;因此,弹性变形的弹簧能在轴向上形成有效的固定载荷。

1.一种油底壳安装螺栓,其特征在于:包括螺栓本体、弹簧、限位套筒,螺栓本体从头至尾依次由螺栓头、导向部、限位部、螺纹杆部同轴设置构成一个整体,弹簧限位通过限位套筒限位在导向部上,限位部能对限位套筒进行轴向限位,弹簧能在螺栓头和限位部之间作轴向弹性形变,螺纹杆部起连接作用。
