本发明涉及过滤材料技术领域,公开了一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料,该复合材料包括高透气度低阻的支撑材料和高精度的过滤层,所述支撑材料的原料配比百分比为5%—20%的丝光化木浆、40%—60%的针叶漂白木浆、阔叶漂白木浆1%—10%、水溶性酚醛树脂20%—30%,所述过滤层的原料配比百分比为70%—90%的聚丙烯塑料母粒、10%—30%的聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒,本发明的一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料具有可以达到4微米燃油过滤的高精度要求、且本身阻力小、不影响柴油滤芯寿命、能够正常使用的有益效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及过滤材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料。
背景技术
针对重型柴油机排放污染,中国已在全国范围内实施机动车国五排放标准以及工程机械第三阶段排放标准,这两类标准的实施促进了柴油机电喷共轨系统的大范围应用,且燃油喷射压力大大提高,喷嘴的精密度也极大提升。应用现状要求尽可能提升柴油过滤的精度,保护后端喷嘴,维护共轨系统正常使用。现有大部分的单层或者双层(熔喷无纺布复合材料)针对这一应用存在下列两类问题:1)达不到精度要求,如部分国五柴油机厂家要求柴油4微米过滤精度达到99%或以上(基于ISO 19438标准),目前大部分的单层过滤材料均无法达到这一要求;2)即便达到高精度的要求,材料本身的阻力极高,因而导致柴油滤芯寿命过低,甚至极端情况下供油不正常,例如,中国专利申请公开号:CN109722944A,授权公开日2019年5月7号,发明创造名称为一种利用纤维素丝涂料来制备高精度柴油滤纸的方法,属于高精度柴油滤纸制备领域。其基本特点是以纤维素丝作为涂料,使丝状纤维素搭载在原纸纤维孔隙之间,并形成一种稳定的纠缠网络,以此来减小滤纸内部孔隙,从而赋予其远远优于普通柴油滤纸的过滤性能和机械性能,最终制备出一种新型低价高精度的柴油滤纸。其不足之处在于,该装置达不到4微米燃油过滤的精度要求,达到精度要求的材料本身的阻力极高,柴油滤芯寿命过低,甚至极端情况下供油不正常,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中的柴油滤纸达不到4微米燃油过滤的高精度要求、而达到精度要求的材料本身的阻力又极高、柴油滤芯寿命过低、极端情况下供油不正常、影响使用的不足,提供了一种可以达到4微米燃油过滤的高精度要求、且本身阻力小、不影响柴油滤芯寿命、能够正常使用的高精度柴油过滤复合材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料,该复合材料包括高透气度低阻的支撑材料和高精度的过滤层,所述支撑材料的原料配比百分比为5%—20%的丝光化木浆、40%—60%的针叶漂白木浆、阔叶漂白木浆1%—10%、水溶性酚醛树脂20%—30%,所述过滤层的原料配比百分比为70%—90%的聚丙烯塑料母粒、10%—30%的聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒。取上述原料配比百分比范围内的支撑材料的原料,通过打浆、匀浆、抄纸、复卷、包装等生产工艺可制成技术指标如表一所示的支撑材料;取上述原料配比百分比范围内的过滤层的原料,通过聚合物喂入、熔融挤出、纤维成型、纤维冷却、加固成网布等生产工艺可制成技术参数如表二所述的过滤层;上述生产工艺所涉及的生产设备包括压缩空气机、导热油加热炉、热交换器、计量泵、母粒喂料机、熔融挤出螺杆机、高压热空气喷出机、纤维成形网,冷却机和卷取机,制作完成的支撑材料和过滤层通过点扎热压对辊进行热压粘合,粘合形成后的复合材料与市场在售单层及木浆纤维/无纺布两层复合材料相比,透气量提高了2倍以上。
作为优选,所述聚丙烯塑料母粒的熔点为不小于160摄氏度,所述聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒的熔点为不小于130摄氏度。确保过滤层在高温柴油的环境中不易熔化而丧失过滤性能,从而提升过滤材料在热油中的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述过滤层的最外侧还有一层高透气度低阻的保护材料,所述保护材料的原料配比百分比为30%—50%的PET、50%—70%的PBT。保护材料的生产工艺与过滤层的生产工艺相同,且要求要低得多,主要是对过滤层起保护作用,保护材料也可以提供额外的过滤性能,增加整体材料的容尘能力,从而优化整体材料过滤效能。
作为优选,所述支撑材料、过滤层和保护材料均通过点扎热压对辊进行热压粘合。点扎热压包括上方的加热点扎钢辊和下方的冷钢辊,通过加热点扎钢辊加热过滤层和保护层,熔融部分的聚丙烯、PET和PBT、使其进入到各层材料之间,下方的冷钢辊进行冷却,使熔融部分凝结成型,达到黏连复合的效果,加热点扎钢辊在对支撑材料、过滤层进行加热熔融的过程,同时缩小该两层材料的过滤孔径,达到高精度过滤的要求,热点扎钢辊还能通过扎点对其打上离散孔,用于减小阻抗,提高透气度。
本发明的一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料具有以下优点:可以达到4微米燃油过滤的高精度要求、且本身阻力小、不影响柴油滤芯寿命、能够正常使用。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料,其中:
包括最底层的高透气度低阻的支撑材料1、中间层的高精度的过滤层2、和最外层的高透气度低阻的保护材料3,取下述配比百分比的原料制成支撑材料:10%的丝光化木浆、50%的针叶漂白木浆、阔叶漂白木浆5%、水溶性酚醛树脂20%。支撑材料的生产工艺包括打浆、匀浆、抄纸、复卷、包装等,制作成的支撑材料技术参数如表一所示。取下述配比百分比的原料制成过滤层:80%的聚丙烯塑料母粒、20%的聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒,其中聚丙烯塑料母粒的熔点为不小于160摄氏度,聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒的熔点为不小于130摄氏度。过滤层的生产工艺包括聚合物喂入、熔融挤出、纤维成型、纤维冷却、加固成网布等,所涉及的生产设备包括压缩空气机、导热油加热炉、热交换器、计量泵、母粒喂料机、熔融挤出螺杆机、高压热空气喷出机、纤维成形网,冷却机和卷取机,制作成的过滤层技术参数如表二所示。取40%的PET和60%的PBT,采用与过滤层相同的生产工艺制作形成最外侧的保护材料,该保护材料的技术参数无硬性要求,主要是对过滤层起保护作用,制作完成的支撑材料、过滤层和保护材料再通过点扎热压对辊进行热压粘合,最后制成的复合材料4的技术参数如表3所示,点扎热压如图1所示,包括上方的加热点扎钢辊5和下方的冷钢辊6,通过加热点扎钢辊加热过滤层和保护层,熔融部分的聚丙烯、PET和PBT、使其进入到各层材料之间,下方的冷钢辊进行冷却,使熔融部分凝结成型,达到黏连复合的效果,加热点扎钢辊在对支撑材料、过滤层进行加热熔融的过程,同时缩小该两层材料的过滤孔径,达到高精度过滤的要求,热点扎钢辊还能通过扎点对其打上离散孔,用于减小阻抗,提高透气度。粘合形成后的复合材料与市场在售单层及木浆纤维/无纺布两层复合材料做出测试对比,可得到对比结果见表4,可见本实施例的复合材料的透气量相比两个对比例要提高了2倍以上。
本发明的一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料具有可以达到4微米燃油过滤的高精度要求、且本身阻力小、不影响柴油滤芯寿命、能够正常使用的有益效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料,其特征是,该复合材料包括高透气度低阻的支撑材料和高精度的过滤层,所述支撑材料的原料配比百分比为5%—20%的丝光化木浆、40%—60%的针叶漂白木浆、阔叶漂白木浆1%—10%、水溶性酚醛树脂20%—30%,所述过滤层的原料配比百分比为70%—90%的聚丙烯塑料母粒、10%—30%的聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料,其特征是,所述聚丙烯塑料母粒的熔点为不小于160摄氏度,所述聚丙烯改性低熔点塑料母粒的熔点为不小于130摄氏度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度柴油过滤复合材料,其特征是,所述过滤层的最外侧还有一层高透气度低阻的保护材料,所述保护材料的原料配比百分比为30%—50%的PET、50%—70%的PBT。
