Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑料增韧母粒及其制备方法,属于塑料改性技术领域。本发明中的塑料增韧母粒的组成包括如下质量份数的物质:聚乙烯树脂15‑30份、弹性体60‑80份、无机刚性粒子70‑110份、偶联剂2‑8份、增容剂3‑16份、分散剂1‑6份;本发明向聚烯烃树脂中加入大量弹性体以及刚性粒子,使树脂中的增韧增强成分浓度较高,同时使用相应的加工助剂使增韧成分在树脂中均匀分布,使用时向原材料中加入少量母粒即可对产品进行增韧。

本发明属于塑料改性技术领域,具体涉及一种塑料增韧母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生产技术和生产要求的不断发展,如今对塑料制品的力学性能要求越来越高,单一高分子树脂材料已经难以相应的要求。因此需要通过共混、复合等手段对高分子材料进行增强,使其获得单一材料所不具备的优良性能。
塑料改性母粒是一种新型改性材料,主要由载体树脂,改性剂和加工助剂组成,其中包含高浓度改性剂,在加工助剂的帮助下均匀分散在载体树脂当中。实际生产过程中只需要向原料中投入少量改性母粒即可达到相应的力学性能要求。使用改性母粒可以大大降低生产前的物料混合难度,是塑料制品的加工工艺更加简便,提高生产效率。
发明内容
发明目的:针对塑料增韧技术现状,提出一种塑料增韧母粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种塑料增韧母粒的制备方法,包含以下质量份数的物质:聚乙烯树脂15-30份、弹性体60-80份、无机刚性粒子70-110份、偶联剂2-8份、增容剂3-16份、分散剂1-6份。
所述弹性体是三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯,聚烯烃弹性体中的一种或多种。
所述无机刚性粒子是纳米级碳酸钙、二氧化硅、滑石、重晶石、高岭土中的一种或多种。
所述偶联剂是钛酸酯、铝酸酯中的一种。
所述增容剂是马来酸酐改性聚乙烯或马来酸酐改性聚丙烯中的一种。
所述分散剂是硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或多种。
一种塑料增韧母粒的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
步骤一:按上述质量份数称取聚乙烯树脂15-30份、弹性体60-80份、无机刚性粒子70-110份、偶联剂2-8份、增容剂3-16份、分散剂1-6份。
步骤二:将步骤一种称取出的无机刚性粒子和偶联剂投入高速混合机中进行混合包覆,转速400rpm,混合时间5-8分钟。
步骤三:将步骤一称取出其他原料一并投入高速混合机中混合,转速400rpm,混合时间4-8分钟。
步骤四:将混合好的原料通过投料机投入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出切粒,螺杆转速80-120rpm,挤出温度130℃。
本发明的有益效果是:增韧母粒中含有高浓度的增韧成分和加工助剂,生产时只需少量母粒即可提升制品的力学性能。增韧母粒的使用方法简单,生产时无需提前进行复杂的原料助剂混合工序,降低了工艺难度,提升生产效率,十分适合大规模工业化生产使用。

一种塑料增韧母粒,包括如下质量份数的物质:聚乙烯树脂15份、弹性体65份、无机刚性粒子75份、偶联剂5份、增容剂5份、分散剂3份。
一种塑料增韧母粒的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:按上述质量份数称取聚乙烯树脂15份、弹性体65份、无机刚性粒子75份、偶联剂5份、增容剂5份、分散剂3份。将称取出的无机刚性粒子和偶联剂投入高速混合机中进行混合包覆,转速400rpm,混合时间5分钟。将称取出其他原料一并投入高速混合机中混合,转速400rpm,混合时间4分钟。将混合好的原料通过投料机投入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出切粒,螺杆转速85rpm,挤出温度130℃。

5.根据权利要求1所述一种塑料增韧母粒,其特征在于:所述增容剂是马来酸酐改性聚乙烯或马来酸酐改性聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种塑料增韧母粒,其特征在于:所述分散剂是硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、硬脂酸酰胺中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述一种塑料增韧母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:按照如下步骤进行:
步骤一:按上述质量份数称取聚乙烯树脂15-30份、弹性体60-80份、无机刚性粒子70-110份、偶联剂2-8份、增容剂3-16份、分散剂1-6份。
步骤二:将步骤一种称取出的无机刚性粒子和偶联剂投入高速混合机中进行混合包覆,转速400rpm,混合时间5-8分钟。
步骤三:将步骤一称取出其他原料一并投入高速混合机中混合,转速400rpm,混合时间4-8分钟。
