本发明公开了一种稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板,包括里板,所述里板的外侧涂设有第一高强度粘接胶,所述第一高强度粘接胶的外侧粘接有夹层板,所述夹层板内腔的中心处一体加工有夹芯板,所述里板和夹层板内腔相向的四周均设置有弹力结构。本发明通过凹槽和弹性填充材料的配合,可对里板和夹层板之间进行均匀弹性支撑,对里板和夹层板之间的冲击力起到均匀抵消的作用,通过安装块、弹力微球和圆槽的配合,在变夹层板内部添加弹力结构,达到对夹层板和夹芯板之间进行整体抗爆的目的,可充分抵消来自外板表面的冲击力,通过滑槽、滑块、弹力圈、弹性块、连接块和通槽的配合,可第一时间对外板表面的冲击力进行预先弹性抵消。

技术领域
本发明涉及防爆车辆技术领域,具体为一种稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板。
背景技术
防爆车称谓爆破器材运输车,随着我国工业化程度的提高,安全环境保护的要求也越来越高,防爆车已经脱离原来的平板运输,而改为厢式运输,现今研制的系列爆破器材运输车是根据国家有关部委对爆破器材运输的规范和用户的要求而研制生产的。
通讯车、运钞车、弹药车等防爆车辆,在各个领域扮演着重要的角色,而防爆车辆所使用的防爆板起到至关重要的作用,然而现有的防爆板在使用过程中,大多为厚度较厚的钢板,防爆板内部和外侧不具有弹性抵消功能,不可对撞击在防爆板上的冲击力进行弹性抵消,而利用厚重的钢板抵消冲击力,直接导致其稳定效果差,同时也徒增防爆车辆的整体重量和油耗,降低防爆车辆的安全性能。
因此亟需设计一种稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有防爆板在使用过程中,大多为厚度较厚的钢板,防爆板内部和外侧不具有弹性抵消功能,稳定效果差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板,包括里板,所述里板的外侧涂设有第一高强度粘接胶,所述第一高强度粘接胶的外侧粘接有夹层板,所述夹层板内腔的中心处一体加工有夹芯板,所述里板和夹层板内腔相向的四周均设置有弹力结构,所述夹层板的外侧设置有外板,所述夹层板和外板相向的一侧设置有调节结构。
优选的,所述弹力结构包括凹槽、弹性填充材料、安装块、弹力微球和圆槽,所述里板内腔右侧的四周均开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内腔填充有弹性填充材料,所述夹层板内腔的两侧均一体加工有安装块,所述安装块内腔相向的一侧嵌设有弹力微球,所述夹芯板两侧的四周均开设有与弹力微球配合使用的圆槽。
优选的,所述调节结构包括滑槽、滑块、弹力圈、弹性块、连接块和通槽,所述夹层板的右侧从前至后依次竖向开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内腔的顶部和底部均滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块的右侧栓接有弹力圈,所述滑槽内腔的顶部和底部均嵌设有弹性块,所述弹性块位于滑块的外侧,所述弹力圈右侧的顶部和底部均一体成型有连接块,所述外板的左侧从前至后依次竖向开设有与弹力圈和连接块配合使用的通槽。
优选的,所述凹槽和圆槽分别沿里板和夹芯板的中心处呈圆周状结构分布,所述凹槽的横截面积大于圆槽的横截面积。
优选的,所述连接块的右侧涂设有第二高强度粘接胶,所述第二高强度粘接胶远离连接块的一侧与通槽的内腔粘接。
优选的,所述夹层板和外板相向的四周均涂设有发泡剂,所述外板的右侧喷涂有防爆漆。
优选的,所述里板的厚度范围介于4-7mm,所述夹层板的厚度范围介于8-12mm,所述外板的材质为碳纤维高分子材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板通过凹槽和弹性填充材料的配合,可对里板和夹层板之间进行均匀弹性支撑,对里板和夹层板之间的冲击力起到均匀抵消的作用,通过安装块、弹力微球和圆槽的配合,在变夹层板内部添加弹力结构,达到对夹层板和夹芯板之间进行整体抗爆的目的,可充分抵消来自外板表面的冲击力,通过滑槽、滑块、弹力圈、弹性块、连接块和通槽的配合,可第一时间对外板表面的冲击力进行预先弹性抵消,进一步削弱冲击力的力度,从而增强防爆车辆的整体稳定效果,提高防爆车辆的安全性能。
2、该稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板通过凹槽和圆槽分别沿里板和夹芯板的中心处呈圆周状结构分布,可分别在里板和夹芯板之间进行均匀分布,达到对里板和夹芯板进行整体受力防爆的目的,通过第二高强度粘接胶,可对连接块和外板之间进行稳固连接,避免连接块和外板之间受力发生脱离。
3、该稳定性高的防爆车辆用防爆板通过发泡剂,可对夹层板和外板之间的间隙进行发泡填充,增强夹层板和外板之间的密封性稳固性,同时也防止外界灰尘和雨水浸入夹层板和外板内部,通过防爆漆,增强外板表面的防爆效果,可抵消弱小冲击力的撞击,通过里板的厚度范围介于4-7mm、夹层板3的厚度范围介于8-12mm以及外板的材质为碳纤维高分子材料,在增大防爆板的防爆强度情况下,减轻防爆板的整体重量,加快防爆车辆的速度,同时也降低防爆车辆的平均行驶油耗。

凹槽51和圆槽55分别沿里板1和夹芯板4的中心处呈圆周状结构分布,凹槽51的横截面积大于圆槽55的横截面积,可分别在里板1和夹芯板4之间进行均匀分布,达到对里板1和夹芯板4进行整体受力防爆的目的。
连接块75的右侧涂设有第二高强度粘接胶8,第二高强度粘接胶8远离连接块75的一侧与通槽76的内腔粘接,可对连接块75和外板6之间进行稳固连接,避免连接块75和外板6之间受力发生脱离。
夹层板3和外板6相向的四周均涂设有发泡剂9,可对夹层板3 和外板6之间的间隙进行发泡填充,增强夹层板3和外板6之间的密封性稳固性,同时也防止外界灰尘和雨水浸入夹层板3和外板6 内部,外板6的右侧喷涂有防爆漆10,增强外板6表面的防爆效果,可抵消弱小冲击力的撞击。
里板1的厚度范围介于4-7mm,夹层板3的厚度范围介于8-12mm,外板6的材质为碳纤维高分子材料,在增大防爆板的防爆强度情况下,减轻防爆板的整体重量,加快防爆车辆的速度,同时也降低防爆车辆的平均行驶油耗。
工作原理:通过涂抹第一高强度粘接胶2,可对里板1和夹层板 3之间进行粘接紧固,通过第二高强度粘接胶8,可对连接块75和外板6进行紧固连接,且发泡剂9对夹层板3和外板6之间间隙进行填充密封,再由防爆漆10对外板6的表面进行防爆处理,在外板 6表面受到冲击力时,则冲击力由外板6通过连接块75作用至弹力圈73表面,然后弹力圈73再带动两个滑块72在滑槽71内向外侧滑动,再由弹性块74对滑块72进行弹性限位,从而弹力圈73可对外板6表面的冲击力进行预先弹性抵消,然后剩余的冲击力由夹层板3作用至夹芯板4内部,则冲击力迫使安装块53带动弹力微球54 与圆槽55内进行贴合碰撞,从而通过弹力微球54的弹性属性,可对冲击力进一步削弱,最后剩下的冲击力再经过凹槽51内部的弹性填充材料52进行充分弹性抵消,从而增强防爆板的整体防爆效果。
