Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic edge polishing device for a pot, which comprises: a frame; the polishing device is arranged on the rack and is used for polishing the edge of the pot; the material bearing device is arranged on the rack and located on one side of the polishing device, the material bearing device comprises a material bearing jig and a first driving structure, the material bearing jig is used for bearing and positioning the pot, the material bearing jig is fixedly connected with the first driving structure, and the first driving structure can drive the material bearing jig to rotate relative to the polishing device. Through placing the pan on holding the material tool, first drive structure drive holds the relative burnishing device of material tool and rotates, has not only guaranteed the stability of pan, and conveniently throws the limit operation, can reduce intensity of labour, has improved production efficiency.

Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, the edge polishing operation of the pot needs to manually hold the pot to perform relative motion towards the polishing device for polishing, so that the labor intensity is high, and the production efficiency is low.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the first driving structure comprises a driving motor and a mounting part, a rotating shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the mounting part, and the material bearing jig is detachably connected with the mounting part.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a first guide rail and a first driving member are disposed on the machine frame, the material holding device includes a sliding seat, the sliding seat is slidably mounted on the first guide rail, the driving motor is fixedly disposed on the sliding seat, an output end of the first driving member is fixedly connected to the sliding seat, and the first driving member can drive the sliding seat to move toward or away from the polishing device.

According to the automatic edge polishing equipment for the pot, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the pot is placed on the material bearing jig 31, and the first driving structure 32 drives the material bearing jig 31 to rotate relative to the polishing device 20, so that the stability of the pot is ensured, the edge polishing operation is convenient, the labor intensity can be reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first driving structure 32 includes a driving motor 321 and a mounting member 322, a rotating shaft of the driving motor 321 is fixedly connected to the mounting member 322, and the material holding jig 31 is detachably connected to the mounting member 322, so that the transmission is stable and reliable, and the assembly, disassembly and maintenance are convenient.

The first driving member 40 is a telescopic cylinder structure or a screw transmission structure, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the material holding jig 31 is provided with a receiving groove, the pot is placed in the receiving groove, and the edge of the pot extends out of the receiving groove, so that the structure is simple and the positioning is reliable.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the material holding jig 31 is provided with an adsorption device 50, the accommodating groove is provided with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the adsorption device 50, and the adsorption device 50 can adsorb the pot located in the accommodating groove through the through holes. Simple structure further fixes a position the pan, avoids the pan to hold material tool 31 drunkenness relatively.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the adsorption device 50 is a magnetic member, and of course, in some embodiments, the adsorption device 50 may be a pneumatic adsorption structure, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rack 10 is provided with a protection mechanism cooperating with the material holding jig 31 and used for preventing the cookware from being thrown away, so as to improve the safety of the cookware during rotation.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the protection mechanism includes two sets of baffles 60, the two sets of baffles 60 are respectively located at two sides of the material holding jig 31, and a stopping portion located at the front side of the accommodating groove is arranged on the baffles 60, so that the structure is simple, and the safety of the pot during rotation is improved. In some embodiments, the stopper can move up and down relative to the baffle 60 by a sliding mechanism to better block the pot.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the polishing apparatus 20 includes a polishing arm 21, a sand paper 22, a first wheel 23, a second wheel 24 for loading the sand paper 22, and a third wheel 25 for recycling the sand paper 22, the first wheel 23 is rotatably disposed on the polishing arm 21, the second wheel 24 and the third wheel 25 are both rotatably disposed on the frame 10, and the sand paper 22 is sequentially wound around the second wheel 24, the first wheel 23, and the third wheel, which has a simple structure, realizes automation of the polishing apparatus 20, avoids equipment shutdown, ensures continuity of processing, and can effectively improve processing efficiency of the pot.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rack 10 is provided with the second driving structure 70, and the second driving structure 70 can drive the third rotating wheel 25 to rotate, so as to realize automation of the polishing device 20, avoid equipment shutdown, ensure processing continuity, and effectively improve processing efficiency of the cookware. It should be noted that the second driving mechanism 70 is a motor driving mechanism, or in some embodiments, the second driving mechanism 70 is a gear transmission mechanism or a synchronous belt transmission mechanism, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the frame 10 is provided with a second guide rail 12 and a second driving element 80, the polishing arm 21 is slidably mounted on the second guide rail 12, an output end of the second driving element 80 is fixedly connected to one end of the polishing arm 21, and the second driving element 80 can drive the polishing arm 21 to move towards or away from the material holding device.
The second driving member 80 is a telescopic cylinder structure or a screw transmission structure, and is not limited herein.

the protection mechanism comprises two groups of baffle plates (60), the two groups of baffle plates (60) are respectively positioned at two sides of the material bearing jig (31), a stopping part positioned at the front side of the accommodating groove is arranged on each baffle plate (60), and the stopping part can move up and down relative to the baffle plates (60) through a sliding structure.
