技术领域
本发明涉及冲压模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种汽车前地板的修边模具。
背景技术
目前,汽车模具传统修边结构,修边刀固定在上模,修边凸模固定在下模,上模需要设计压料芯,与压料芯配套的需要压力源、侧销、螺栓标准件。上模随压机滑块下行,压料芯接触板件,并与下模修边凸模一起压紧板件,上模运行到下死点前8毫米时,修边刀开始向下修边,直到到达下死点,修边结束。基于模具工序内容以及空间限制,很难去布置,无形中增加模具的设计难度和复杂程度,加大现场调试的工作量,提高模具制造成本。因此,需要提供一种汽车前地板的修边模具,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种汽车前地板的修边模具,通过下模导柱和上模导套在上模座下压时进行导向,并在下模座下压时带动上模修边凸模下压,从而达到配合托料芯对产品进行限位,并设置镦死块将托料芯进行固定,通过修边刀和上模整形刀对产品进行修边并整形,设置上模翻边刀和下模翻边刀来进行翻边,设置侧销对上模座和下模座进行固定,完成后通过下模氮气缸将托料芯抬起从而取出产品,同时切断的废料通过弹顶销顶起并由废料滑板顺畅滑落;本发明不仅节约制造成本和方便现场加工和调试的同时也提高了生产效率和质量。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种汽车前地板的修边模具,包括下模座,所述下模座的上端设置有托料芯,托料芯与下模座之间且位于下模座上分布有下模氮气缸和镦死块,托料芯的上端设置有上模座,托料芯与上模座之间且位于上模座的左侧上设置有上模修边凸模,上模修边凸模的左侧且位于下模座上设置有修边刀,修边刀上设置有有弹顶销,弹顶销的左侧设置有向下倾斜的废料滑板。
进一步改进在于:所述上模修边凸模上设置有上模翻边刀和上模整形刀,所述上模翻边刀设置在上模整形刀的前后两侧,所述上模翻边刀的外侧且位于下模座上设置有下模翻边刀。
进一步改进在于:所述上模座的四角均设置有上模导套,所述下模座的四角均对应设置有下模导柱。
进一步改进在于:下模座的左右侧壁上均设置有侧销。
本发明的有益效果:通过下模导柱和上模导套在上模座下压时进行导向,并在下模座下压时带动上模修边凸模下压,从而达到配合托料芯对产品进行限位,并设置镦死块将托料芯进行固定,通过修边刀和上模整形刀对产品进行修边并整形,设置上模翻边刀和下模翻边刀来进行翻边,设置侧销对上模座和下模座进行固定,完成后通过下模氮气缸将托料芯抬起从而取出产品,同时切断的废料通过弹顶销顶起并由废料滑板顺畅滑落;本发明不仅节约制造成本和方便现场加工和调试的同时也提高了生产效率和质量。

如图1和2所示,本实施列提供一种汽车前地板的修边模具,包括下模座1,所述下模座1的上端设置有托料芯2,托料芯2与下模座1之间且位于下模座1上分布有下模氮气缸3和镦死块4,托料芯2的上端设置有上模座5,托料芯2与上模座5之间且位于上模座5的左侧上设置有上模修边凸模6,上模修边凸模6的左侧且位于下模座1上设置有修边刀7,修边刀7上设置有有弹顶销8,弹顶销8的左侧设置有向下倾斜的废料滑板9。所述上模修边凸模6上设置有上模翻边刀10和上模整形刀11,所述上模翻边刀10设置在上模整形刀11的前后两侧,所述上模翻边刀10的外侧且位于下模座1上设置有下模翻边刀12。所述上模座5的四角均设置有上模导套13,所述下模座1的四角均对应设置有下模导柱14。下模座1的左右侧壁上均设置有侧销15。
通过下模导柱14和上模导套13在上模座5下压时进行导向,并在下模座1下压时带动上模修边凸模6下压,从而达到配合托料芯2对产品进行限位,并设置镦死块4将托料芯2进行固定,通过修边刀7和上模整形刀11对产品进行修边并整形,设置上模翻边刀10和下模翻边刀12来进行翻边,设置侧销15对上模座5和下模座1进行固定,完成后通过下模氮气缸3将托料芯2抬起从而取出产品,同时切断的废料通过弹顶销8顶起并由废料滑板9顺畅滑落;本发明不仅节约制造成本和方便现场加工和调试的同时也提高了生产效率和质量。

1.一种汽车前地板的修边模具,包括下模座(1),其特征在于,所述下模座(1)的上端设置有托料芯(2),托料芯(2)与下模座(1)之间且位于下模座(1)上分布有下模氮气缸(3)和镦死块(4),托料芯(2)的上端设置有上模座(5),托料芯(2)与上模座(5)之间且位于上模座(5)的左侧上设置有上模修边凸模(6),上模修边凸模(6)的左侧且位于下模座(1)上设置有修边刀(7),修边刀(7)上设置有有弹顶销(8),弹顶销(8)的左侧设置有向下倾斜的废料滑板(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车前地板的修边模具,其特征在于,所述上模修边凸模(6)上设置有上模翻边刀(10)和上模整形刀(11),所述上模翻边刀(10)设置在上模整形刀(11)的前后两侧,所述上模翻边刀(10)的外侧且位于下模座(1)上设置有下模翻边刀(12)。
