本发明属于牙齿美白技术领域,涉及一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴。
背景技术
随着当代消费者对口腔护理,尤其牙齿美白需求的日益增加,现市场商品出现越来越多的美白产品,如美白牙贴为其中一种牙齿美白产品。现行市场上所有的产品都采用了非溶解技术,要求消费者将塑料薄膜贴在牙齿上,然后在使用后取出。这使得产品中非常不便利,为了方便消费者和改善用户体验,我们想到创造了可溶解性的生物膜,这样消费者就可以很便利的使用。
现行市场上所有的牙齿美白牙贴都使用过氧化氢作为氧化剂,过氧化氢作具有较佳的牙齿美白效果,而且成本低廉,因而被广泛应用作为牙齿美白活性物质。但是,过氧化氢是一钟较为强烈的氧化剂,具有刺激性和腐蚀性,其发生漂白反应较为剧烈,长期使用会引起牙齿和牙龈的酸痛刺激,甚至造成口腔组织的化学灼伤。
现有技术公开了专利号为CN201610050410.6一种美白牙贴的制备方法,该美白牙贴为单层粘性胶体物质,pH值为6.5~7.5,粘性胶体由以下的组分构成:增白剂、脱敏剂、成胶剂、除渍剂、甜味剂、保湿剂、纯化水和pH调节剂适量。上述的美白牙贴,其制备方法为:将增白剂、脱敏剂、成胶剂、除渍剂、保湿剂、甜味剂、pH调节剂、纯化水按常规方法真空乳化制备而成粘性胶体,再通过涂布、分切、压痕、收废、切割等连续工艺直接制备出美白牙贴。根据本发明制得的美白牙贴制备方法简单,使用方便,疗效和常规三层的美白牙贴相当。
该美白牙贴虽然具有美白效果,但仍然采用过氧化氢作为氧化剂,会对牙齿造成损伤,且牙贴不可溶解,使用不方便。

为了解决上述问题,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,该牙贴性质温和,能够有效的对牙齿进行保护。
本发明的又一个目的在于提供一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,该牙贴可以在口腔中溶解,使用简单、环保。
本发明的最后一个目的在于提供一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴该牙贴成分简单、长期存放稳定,更加安全。

本发明提供一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,按质量份数计,该牙贴包括如下组分:
成膜剂:50-75份,
苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧已酸:1-5份,
丁羟甲苯:1-3份,
磷酸:1-3份,
香精:3-5份,
增稠剂:5-10份,
乳化剂:5-15份,
保湿剂:3-7份,
防腐剂:0.5-2份,
甜味剂:0.5-2份。
进一步地,所述成膜剂由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素组成,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素的质量百分比为1.5:1。所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素均具有优异的水溶性,二者作为成膜剂从而形成牙贴的载体薄膜,并将其水溶特性传递给载体薄膜,使载体薄膜可以在口腔内溶解,同时,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素均为环保无毒的化学品,溶解在口腔中对人体无毒害。

实施例5
本实施例提供一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,主要由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:
成膜剂:65份,
苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧已酸:1份,
丁羟甲苯:1份,
磷酸:1份,
香精:3份,
纤维素胶:5份,
乳化剂:5份,
甘油:7份,
山梨酸钾:2份,
三氯半乳糖:2份。
其中,成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素的混合物,二者的质量百分比为1.5:1。
其中,乳化剂为聚山梨醇酯-80、环糊精的混合物,二者的质量百分比为1:4。
其中,香精为薄荷香精、香茅醇、苧烯、芳樟醇的混合物。
实验结果
选用了500人次左右进行临床验证,将500人平均分为5组,分别使用5个实施例的进行牙贴美白试验,分别在三天后、一周后、两周后对试用人员牙齿美白度进行检测.
将以上5种实施例作用于试用人员后,其牙齿美白色阶提升平均值(度)的结果如下表1:

Claims (8)
1.一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,按质量份数计,该牙贴包括如下组分:
成膜剂:50-75份,
苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧已酸:1-5份,
丁羟甲苯:1-3份,
磷酸:1-3份,
乳化剂:5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,所述成膜剂由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素的混合物,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮与羟丙基纤维素的质量百分比为1.5:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为聚山梨醇酯-80、环糊精的混合物,二者的质量百分比为1:4。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,该牙贴还包括有增稠剂,所述增稠剂质量份数为5-10份,所述增稠剂为纤维素胶。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,该牙贴还包括有保湿剂,所述保湿剂的质量份数为3-7份,所述保湿剂为甘油。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,该牙贴还包括有防腐剂,所述防腐剂质量份数为0.5-2份,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,该牙贴还包括有甜味剂,所述甜味剂的质量份数为0.5-2份,所述甜味剂为三氯半乳糖。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种可溶解口腔美白生物膜牙贴,其特征在于,该牙贴还包括有香精,所述香精的质量份数为3-5份,所述香精为薄荷香精、香茅醇、苧烯、芳樟醇的混合物。
