The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the brake beam is used, only the automobile is started, and in the braking process, only the pedal in the automobile is needed to be stepped on, the lever principle is utilized, the acting force of the pedal is enabled to be applied to the brake pump 2, the pressure of brake fluid is amplified and the brake fluid guide beam 3 is pushed, pistons at two ends of the brake fluid guide beam 3 can simultaneously push the shoe ends of the left brake shoe 531 and the right brake shoe 531 with the same pushing force, the other ends of the two brake shoes 531 are supported by the supporting rod, at the moment, the two brake shoes 531 expand outwards and are attached to the inner surface of the brake drum 51 to form friction force, so that the braking purpose is achieved, after the pedal is released, the liquid can return back to the brake pump 2 along the guide rod 6 due to the reset of the pedal, at the moment, under the action of the elastic force of the four return springs 56, the two brake shoes 531 can slowly move in opposite directions, so as to reset the internal components of the second brake device 5, and after the reset is finished, when the distance between the brake shoes 531 needs to be adjusted according to the internal abrasion of the brake shoes 531, only the clearance value between the brake shoes 531 and the brake drum 51 needs to be measured through a feeler gauge, and then the distance between the two brake shoes 531 is adjusted through the adjustable support 57, and when the brake shoes 531 are abraded until rivets are only 0.8mm left, or the abrasion of the bonded brake shoes 531 is only 1.6mm, the brake shoes 531 are replaced.

A noise-reducing brake beam with remarkable noise-reducing effect for a vehicle comprises a chassis (1), and is characterized in that: the front surface of the chassis (1) is provided with a brake pump (2), two liquid outlets of the brake pump (2) are respectively communicated with one end of the opposite surfaces of the two brake liquid guide beams (3), the back surfaces of the two brake liquid guide beams (3) are fixedly connected with the front surface of the chassis (1), the far ends of the two brake liquid guide beams (3) are communicated with a first brake device (4) through a guide rod (6), and two second brake devices (5) are respectively clamped with the opposite surfaces corresponding to the two first brake devices (4);
the first brake device (4) comprises a brake shell (41), the left side surface of the brake shell (41) is communicated with the top end of a brake liquid guide beam (3) through a guide rod (6), the inner wall of the brake shell (41) is in lap joint with the outer surface of the second brake device (5), the front surface and the back surface of the brake shell (41) are both provided with mounting buckles (42), the inner wall of the brake shell (41) is movably connected with the outer surface of a brake chuck (43), and the brake chuck (43) is communicated with the guide rod (6) through a conduction mechanism;
the brake chuck (43) comprises a brake clamping shell (431), the outer surface of the brake clamping shell (431) is movably connected with the inner wall of the brake shell (41), the brake clamping shell (431) is communicated with the guide rod (6) through a conduction mechanism, the front surface of the brake clamping shell (431) is fixedly connected with the back surface of the friction heat-conducting sheet (433), a liquid guide valve (432) is arranged on the back surface of the brake clamping shell (431), and the back surface of the liquid guide valve (432) is communicated with the right end of the guide rod (6);
the second brake device (5) comprises a brake drum (51), the outer surface of the brake drum (51) is movably connected with the inner wall of the brake shell (41), the inner wall of the brake drum (51) is fixedly connected with the outer surface of a brake bottom plate (52), two brake shoe devices (53) are arranged on the front surface of the brake bottom plate (52), and the two brake shoe devices (53) are both arc-shaped;
the brake shoe device (53) comprises two brake shoes (531), the two brake shoes (531) are arranged on the front surface of the brake bottom plate (52), the front surface and the back surface of each brake shoe (531) are respectively provided with a silencing sheet (532), and two ends of each silencing sheet (532) and two ends of each brake shoe (531) are respectively provided with a chamfer angle (534) which are symmetrical to each other;
the front and the back of the brake shoe (531) are both provided with two inclined grooves (533), the angle between vertical center lines on the side surfaces of the brake shoe (531) of the inclined grooves (533) is 40-65 degrees, and the depth of the two inclined grooves (533) is 4-15 mm;
cooling liquid is arranged in the brake clamping shell (431), the cooling liquid in the brake clamping shell (431) is set to be high-concentration cooling liquid, and the inner wall of the brake shell (41) and the outer surface of the brake chuck (43) are both set to be arc-shaped;
the front surface of the brake bottom plate (52) is provided with a fastening support (55), the upper surface of the fastening support (55) is movably connected with the bottom end of a brake wheel cylinder (54), and the top end of the brake wheel cylinder (54) and the bottom end of the fastening support (55) are fixedly connected with the right end of an upper brake shoe (531) and the right end of a lower brake shoe (531) respectively.
