Abstract

本发明属于磁性材料领域,公开了一种可生物降解的磁片及其制备方法。本发明的可生物降解的磁片由以下成分组成:50%‑95%的磁粉、5%‑50%的可生物降解树脂、0‑5%的加工助剂,其中,所述磁粉的表面经过表面处理剂处理,所述可生物降解树脂为聚乳酸(PLA)与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)的组合物。本发明可生物降解的磁片选用聚乳酸(PLA)、己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)为主要粘合剂,通过调节磁粉与粘合剂的比例及加工助剂的含量来调节产品的韧性,保证了产品的韧性和磁性能。

Description

一种可生物降解的磁片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及磁性材料领域,具体是涉及一种可生物降解的磁片及其制备方法。
背景技术
橡塑磁是橡胶或塑料等高分子材料与磁粉、助剂等混合加工而成的一种功能型高分子复合材料。与烧结磁体相比,橡塑磁具有易加工、精度高、密度小、可挠性等优点,被广泛的应用在门帘密封、产品包装、广告牌、电机定子、电机转子、儿童玩具、家用电器、精密传感器、医疗器械等领域。
传统橡塑磁所用粘结剂主要是氯化聚乙烯橡胶、尼龙等,粘结剂不能被生物降解,所以,被丢弃的橡塑磁会污染环境。然而,随着社会的发展,人们环保意识越来越强,对可降解塑料制品的需求越来越大。因此,有必要开发一种既可生物降解,又可保证磁片磁性和力学性能,进而满足不同领域应用要求的可生物降解的磁片。
为此,经过锐意研究,本专利提出一种及其制备方法,成功制备了能够生物降解的磁片,并且该磁片磁性能和力学性能较好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种可生物降解的磁片及其制备方法。本发明可生物降解的磁片选用聚乳酸(PLA)、己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)为主要粘合剂,通过调节磁粉与粘合剂的比例及加工助剂的含量来调节产品的韧性,保证了产品的韧性和磁性能。
为达到本发明的目的,本发明的可生物降解的磁片由以下成分组成:50%-95%的磁粉、5%-50%的可生物降解树脂、0-5%的加工助剂。
优选地,本发明的可生物降解的磁片由以下成分组成:70%-85%的磁粉、13%-28%的可生物降解树脂、1%-3%的加工助剂。
进一步地,所述磁粉为锶铁氧体、钡铁氧体、钕铁硼、铝镍钴、钐钴、钐铁氮中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述磁粉为锶铁氧体、钕铁硼、钐铁氮中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述磁粉的表面经过表面处理剂处理,且所述表面处理剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、表面活性剂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述表面处理剂的含量为磁粉质量的0-2%,例如0.5-1.5%。
进一步地,所述可生物降解树脂为聚乳酸(PLA)与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)的组合物。
进一步地,所述可生物降解树脂中聚乳酸(PLA)的占比为50%-85%,其余为己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)。
优选地,所述可生物降解树脂中聚乳酸(PLA)的占比为60%-85%。
进一步优选地,按重量份数计,本发明的可生物降解的磁片包含65-75份的磁粉、25-35份的可生物降解树脂、1-3份的加工助剂,且所述可生物降解树脂中聚乳酸(PLA)的占比为70%-75%。
进一步地,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐接枝物、聚乙二醇、聚醚多元醇、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、改性大豆油、抗氧剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐接枝物、聚乙二醇、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、抗氧剂中的一种或多种。
更优选地,在本发明的一些示例中,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐接枝物、氧化聚乙烯蜡和抗氧剂。
进一步地,本发明还提供了一种前述可生物降解的磁片的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:将称量好的磁粉加入到混合机中,加入表面处理剂的溶液,再加入加工助剂和可生物降解树脂,混合后干燥备用;
(2)挤出切粒:将经步骤(1)混合好的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出切粒备用;
(3)挤出压延:将步骤(2)切粒备用的颗粒加入到挤出机中,融化挤出,并通过模头得到片材,刚挤出的片材通过压延机压到所需厚度,冷却后进行裁切、包装。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中混合机的转速为1000-3000转/分钟,加入表面处理剂的溶液后搅拌升温至80-100℃。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中挤出机的温度设定为130-220℃。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中融化挤出的温度为130-250℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
(1)本发明选用聚乳酸(PLA)与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物(PBAT)为主要粘合剂,并按本发明所述控制粘结剂中各成分的比例,保证了磁粉的高填充比例与产品的韧性;
(2)本发明中磁粉的表面处理工艺能够进一步地使磁粉在粘结剂中分散均匀,加强与粘合剂作用力,进一步保证了产品的韧性。

本发明要素或组分前的不定冠词“一种”和“一个”对要素或组分的数量要求(即出现次数)无限制性。因此“一个”或“一种”应被解读为包括一个或至少一个,并且单数形式的要素或组分也包括复数形式,除非所述数量明显只指单数形式。
此外,本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
按表1实施例1所示配比准备原料。

按如下方法制备可生物降解的磁片:
(1)磁粉表面处理步骤:将磁粉加入到高速混合机中,转速为1500转/分钟,温度设定为100℃,加入硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液(其中,硅烷偶联剂的质量为磁粉质量的1%),待乙醇挥发后,再加入加工助剂和可生物降解树脂(如有,没有的话就加入传统磁片中的氯化聚乙烯),混合一定时间后备用,加工助剂为50%马来酸酐接枝物、30%氧化聚乙烯蜡、20%抗氧剂的混合物;
(2)挤出切粒:将混合好的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,设定温度为190℃,挤出并切粒备用;
(3)挤出压延:将切好的颗粒加入到挤出机中,200℃融化挤出,并通过模头得到片材,厚度为0.8mm,刚挤出的片材通过压延机压到0.4mm厚度,冷却后进行裁切、包装。

与实施例1不同的是按表1实施例2所示配比准备原料。

由表2可知,本发明以可生物降解的PLA和PBAT为粘合剂成功制备了具有磁性的功能高分子复合片材,通过改变磁粉的加入量,能够调节磁片的磁性和力学性能,进而满足不同领域的应用要求,具有广阔的应用空间。
本领域的技术人员容易理解,以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述可生物降解的磁片由以下成分组成:50%-95%的磁粉、5%-50%的可生物降解树脂、0-5%的加工助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述可生物降解的磁片由以下成分组成:70%-85%的磁粉、13%-28%的可生物降解树脂、1%-3%的加工助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述磁粉为锶铁氧体、钡铁氧体、钕铁硼、铝镍钴、钐钴、钐铁氮中的一种或多种;优选地,所述磁粉为锶铁氧体、钕铁硼、钐铁氮中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述磁粉的表面经过表面处理剂处理,且所述表面处理剂为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、表面活性剂、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂中的一种或多种;优选地,所述表面处理剂的含量为磁粉质量的0-2%,例如0.5-1.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述可生物降解树脂为聚乳酸与己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物的组合物;优选地,所述可生物降解树脂中聚乳酸的占比为50%-85%,其余为己二酸丁二醇酯和对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的共聚物;更优选地,所述可生物降解树脂中聚乳酸(PLA)的占比为60%-85%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述可生物降解的磁片按重量份数计包含65-75份的磁粉、25-35份的可生物降解树脂、1-3份的加工助剂,且所述可生物降解树脂中聚乳酸的占比为70%-75%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可生物降解的磁片,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐接枝物、聚乙二醇、聚醚多元醇、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、改性大豆油、抗氧剂中的一种或多种;优选地,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐接枝物、聚乙二醇、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、抗氧剂中的一种或多种;更优选地,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐接枝物、氧化聚乙烯蜡和抗氧剂。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述可生物降解的磁片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:将称量好的磁粉加入到混合机中,加入表面处理剂的溶液,再加入加工助剂和可生物降解树脂,混合后干燥备用;
(2)挤出切粒:将经步骤(1)混合好的原料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,挤出切粒备用;
(3)挤出压延:将步骤(2)切粒备用的颗粒加入到挤出机中,融化挤出,并通过模头得到片材,刚挤出的片材通过压延机压到所需厚度,冷却后进行裁切、包装。
9.根据权利要求8所述可生物降解的磁片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中混合机的转速为1000-3000转/分钟,加入表面处理剂的溶液后搅拌升温至80-100℃;优选地,所述步骤(2)中挤出机的温度设定为130-220℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述可生物降解的磁片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中融化挤出的温度为130-250℃。
