The second end of the hollow section 200 opposite the first end of the hollow section 200 is used to attach the atomized tobacco substrate section 300 and the second end of the cigarette cooling section 100 opposite the first end of the cigarette cooling section 100 is used to pass smoke into the mouth of the user.

Furthermore, the quantitative amount of the tipping paper is 60-80 g, the air permeability of the tipping paper is 100-500 CU, and the environmental cold air can be guided into the cooling tip to cool the smoke, so that the cooling effect of the smoke is further improved.

4. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 3, wherein the plasticizer comprises glyceryl triacetate.
5. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 1, wherein the doped tow is made of a water-absorbing material.
6. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 5, wherein the doped tow is made of a super absorbent resin material.

The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 6, wherein the super absorbent resin material comprises one or more of polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylamide, grafted acrylic acid starch, grafted sodium acrylate starch, grafted acrylamide starch, grafted cellulose acrylate, grafted sodium acrylate cellulose, and grafted acrylamide cellulose.
8. The tobacco rod cooling section according to claim 1, wherein the monofilaments of the doped tow are in the form of a thread.
9. The tobacco rod cooling section of claim 1, wherein the primary tow comprises acetate tow.
10. The cigarette cooling section according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the basic tow to the doped tow is 8: 2-5: 5.
11. The cigarette cooling section according to claim 1, wherein the base tow has a single denier of 6-25, and the base tow has a total denier of 5000-30000; the single denier of the doped tows is 6-25, and the total denier of the doped tows is 5000-30000.
12. The cigarette cooling section according to claim 1, wherein the first forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.

18. The cooling filter rod according to claim 17, wherein the second forming paper has a basis weight of 60 to 80 g and an air permeability of 100 to 500 CU.
19. The cooling filter rod of claim 13, wherein the cooling filter rod is provided with a circular cross-section.
20. The cooling tip rod of claim 13, wherein the diameter of the through hole is 1-6 mm.
21. A low temperature cigarette comprising a cooling filter rod according to any one of claims 13 to 20 and the atomised tobacco substrate segment attached thereto.
22. The low temperature cigarette of claim 21, wherein the cooling tip and the tobacco segment are connected by tipping paper.
23. The low-temperature cigarette as claimed in claim 22, wherein the tipping paper has a basis weight of 60-80 g and an air permeability of 100-500 CU.
