Abstract
The invention relates to a condensing firmware for a heating nonflammable cigarette and a filter tip, belonging to the technical field of heating nonflammable cigarettes. The condensing fixing piece for the heated non-combustible cigarettes comprises a cylinder, wherein 1 or more guide teeth are fixedly connected to the outside of the cylinder along the axial direction, and 1 or more guide holes are arranged in the cylinder along the axial direction. Six guide holes are formed, and the cross section of the guide holes are round, namely a first guide hole, a second guide hole, a third guide hole, a fourth guide hole, a fifth guide hole and a sixth guide hole; the central axis of the sixth diversion hole coincides with the central axis of the column; the first diversion holes, the second diversion holes, the third diversion holes, the fourth diversion holes and the fifth diversion holes are regularly distributed in an annular array by taking the central axis of the cylinder as the center. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating non-combustible cigarettes, and particularly relates to condensation firmware for heating non-combustible cigarettes and a filter tip.
Background
The low-temperature cigarette designed by the concept of heating and not burning is heated, the heating temperature is between 250 and 350 ℃, tobacco leaves in the special cigarette bullet can be just heated to the degree enough to emit fragrance and tobacco taste, and harmful substances in the traditional cigarette are avoided under the condition of being lower than 350 ℃ and not burning. Prior studies indicate that the harmful substances released by tobacco smoke are closely related to the heating temperature and the combustion temperature, and the harmful ingredients of the smoke ingested by a smoker can be reduced by reducing the combustion and the heating temperature. The heating non-burning coil adopts a ternary composite filter tip, namely a hollow acetate fiber, condensation firmware and solid acetate fiber structure, and when a smoker draws, the condensation firmware can play a role in reducing the temperature of tobacco smoke passing through the composite filter tip, so that harmful ingredients ingested by the smoker are reduced. The condensation firmware of the traditional composite filter tip for heating the non-combustible cigarettes can reduce the temperature of smoke, but the conditions of relatively high temperature, overlarge suction resistance and the like exist in the suction process, so that the suction experience of a smoker is affected. As shown in fig. 1-2, a condensation firmware for heating non-combustible cigarettes comprises a cylinder 1, wherein 1 or more guide teeth 2 are fixedly connected to the outside of the cylinder 1 along the axial direction, and 1 or more guide holes are arranged in the cylinder 1 along the axial direction.
The column body 1 is a cylinder, the diameter is 5.6-7.2mm, and the height is 5-20mm.
The guide teeth 2 are fan-shaped columns, the length of the upper bottom is 0-0.4mm, the length of the lower bottom is 0-0.6mm, the width is 0-0.6mm, and the height is not greater than the height of the column 1.
When the number of the guide teeth 2 is multiple, the guide teeth are preferably distributed regularly in an annular array with the central axis of the cylinder 1 as the center, so that the flue gas uniformly circulates between the two guide teeth 2. The cross section of the guide teeth 2 is one or a combination of a plurality of triangle, semicircle, trapezoid and heart. In fig. 1, the number of the guide teeth 2 is 15. The flow guiding holes are used for flue gas circulation, and the number is preferably 1-7. The cross-sectional shape of the deflector hole is preferably one or a combination of several of a circle, a square, a star, a heart and an S.
More preferably, six diversion holes are respectively a first diversion hole 3, a second diversion hole 4, a third diversion hole 5, a fourth diversion hole 6, a fifth diversion hole 7 and a sixth diversion hole 8, as shown in fig. 1-2;
the central axis of the sixth diversion hole 8 coincides with the central axis of the column 1;
the first diversion holes 3, the second diversion holes 4, the third diversion holes 5, the fourth diversion holes 6 and the fifth diversion holes 7 are regularly distributed in an annular array by taking the central axis of the cylinder 1 as the center.
The cross-sectional shapes of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth guide holes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are all circular.
As shown in fig. 3, a filter 10 for a heated non-combustible cigarette includes the condensation firmware 12 for a heated non-combustible cigarette. The filter 10 is a composite filter in which 1 or more condensation firmware 12 for heating non-combustible cigarettes and 1 or more acetate fiber tow segments 11 are combined together. In fig. 3, the filter 10 is axially provided with a acetate tow segment 11 at each end and a condensation fastener 12 in the middle.
The condensation firmware for the heating nonflammable cigarettes is preferably prepared by adopting an injection molding or extrusion molding process. The filter material is preferably any one or a combination of a plurality of LDPE, PP, TPE, PLA, TPE modified PP and TPE modified PE.
The cigarettes containing some brand of condensing firmware (control group) and cigarettes containing condensing firmware (group) of the invention are smoked by the same heating non-burning smoking set, the test temperature curves of the cigarettes are shown in figure 4, wherein the formula of the leaf groups is the same, and the filter tip is the same except for the condensing firmware. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the maximum temperature of the control group reaches 76 ℃, but the maximum temperature of the control group is only 52.5 ℃, and the temperature rising speed of the control group is slower from the trend of the temperature measuring curve, the temperature rises to a certain extent at 60s, exceeds 40 ℃, and the temperature of the control group exceeds 40 ℃ at 27 s. The condensing firmware achieves the good effect of reducing the temperature of the flue gas. Further, sensory evaluation was performed on both groups, and the results are shown in table 1.

From Table 1, it can also be seen that the use of the condensation firmware of the present invention greatly improves the mouthfeel of the smoking and heating non-combustible cigarettes, and is easy to popularize and apply.
