Description

Cigarette with porous material
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cigarette structure, in particular to a cigarette provided with a porous material.
Background
In the smoking state of the cigarette, the conventional cigarette filter rod (formed paper wraps acetate fiber tows) can obviously reduce the tar particulate matter in the smoke, but has poor filtering effect on volatile harmful substances in the gas phase components of the smoke (main smoke and side smoke) of the cigarette.
Carbon monoxide (CO) is a harmful gas with relatively high content in gas phase of cigarette smoke, the CO release amount of each cigarette is 1-20 mg, and the CO is mainly generated by thermal cracking of certain carbon-oxygen-containing compounds (protein, carboxylic acid, carbonyl compound and the like) at high temperature, incomplete combustion of tobacco and CO at high temperature2Three pathways of reduction (c). In the aspect of reducing CO in cigarette smoke, researchers at home and abroad carry out a great deal of research on various links of tobacco leaf and cigarette industry.
In the aspect of filter tip structural design, the 'cigarette filter rod for reducing CO' (application No. 201020568548.3, publication No. CN 201813835U) in 10.19.2010 discloses a composite filter core filter rod for reducing CO, wherein the composite filter core is a cylindrical composite filter body formed by combining two sections of cellulose diacetate tow segments and a blank segment, and the blank segment is a cavity formed between the two sections of cellulose diacetate tow segments and is directly wrapped by an outer wrapping layer to form the composite filter rod. The technology only effectively dilutes the smoke at the filter tip end, and has limited effect on reducing the CO amount (the total amount of CO in the main smoke and the side smoke) generated in the smoking process of the cigarette.
Structural design of tobacco rod in 24.12.2007 "method of producing a tobacco rod with a hollow cylindrical tube extending therethrough" (application No. 200780048361.1, publication No. CN 101573053B) discloses a method of making a tobacco rod cigarette with a hollow structure. In the patent, because the filter tip or hollow core structure do not have special treatment, longer cigarette hollow part makes the flue gas can be from inside hollow part direct suction inlet in the suction process, has increased the temperature when mainstream smoke inlet in whole suction process, produces bad stimulation to oral cavity or throat.
"full hollow filter-tipped cigarette" (application No. 201220290967.4, publication No. CN 202750702U) of 20.6.2012 discloses a full hollow filter-tipped cigarette, which comprises a cigarette and a hollow filter tip rod, wherein the middle part of the cigarette is provided with a hollow tube made of hollow tube cigarette paper, the tobacco shred is filled between the hollow tube and the cigarette paper on the outer side, the hollow filter tip rod is formed by wrapping a hollow filter element with tipping paper, and the tipping paper and the cigarette paper are connected to enable the cigarette and the hollow filter tip rod to be connected into a whole. "a filter cigarette having a hollow structure" (application No. 201220582859.4, publication No. CN 202932031U) on 11/8/2012 discloses a filter cigarette having a hollow structure, which comprises a filter and a cigarette rod, and is divided into at least two segmented tobacco shreds in the axial direction of the tobacco shreds, wherein a hollow part is provided in the middle of the segmented tobacco shreds except for the segmented tobacco shreds connected to the filter. The former (application No. 201220290967.4, publication No. CN 202750702U) because whole hollow structure runs through cigarette and filter rod, has restricted the size of hollow portion and must have adjusted in very little within range, otherwise because the reduction of suction resistance makes the user inhale more air in the suction process, and then desalt and inhale the flavor, in addition, because the flue gas that passes through hollow portion does not pass through the abundant filtration and the cooling of pipe tobacco and filter rod, the tar in the flue gas and flue gas temperature must be increased, and then reduce user experience. To address this problem, the latter (application No. 201220582859.4, publication No. CN 202932031U) adds a separate hollow structure to the middle of the cigarette, so that the smoke passes through the filtration of a portion of tobacco and a filter to achieve a reduction in the inlet temperature of the mainstream smoke. Because only some parts in the middle of the cigarette are added with hollow parts, the solid parts of the cigarette can not reduce the tar and CO release amount.
On 19.5.2015.5, a method for preparing hollow cigarettes from tobacco beads (application No. 201510254933.8, publication No. CN 104886768A) discloses a method for preparing hollow cigarettes from tobacco beads, which comprises the steps of crushing tobacco leaves of cigarettes into fine powder, adding an adhesive to prepare a soft material, preparing the tobacco beads by an extrusion-spheronization method, pressing the tobacco beads into hollow tobacco rods, wrapping the tobacco rods with cigarette paper, connecting filter tips, and preparing cigarettes by a conventional method. The preparation process of the patent technology is complex, the tobacco leaves need to be crushed into fine powder in the actual production process, and a certain amount of adhesive is added, in addition, compared with the conventional cigarette, the cigarette produced by the invention has the problems that the cigarette beads are easy to fall off from the hollow part of the cigarette and the like in the transportation or use process, and meanwhile, the use of the adhesive also has a certain smoking safety risk to consumers.
In addition, a novel cigarette which is introduced in recent years and uses heating modes such as electric heating, fuel heating or physical and chemical reaction heating to indirectly heat tobacco shreds to obtain cigarette smoke is also a novel cigarette which reduces the release amount of CO in the smoke by reducing the use temperature of the cigarette. However, compared with the traditional burning and smoking type cigarette, the cigarette has a relatively low use temperature and a series of defects or shortcomings, such as light smoke taste and taste which is difficult to approach the taste of the traditional burning and smoking type cigarette.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is based on the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art and provides a cigarette provided with a porous material. Compared with the conventional cigarette, the cigarette has no obvious change in the smoking resistance under the condition of normal smoking, and can obviously reduce the CO content in the smoke and the temperature of the mainstream smoke at the entrance on the basis of not changing the smoking quality of the cigarette.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a cigarette provided with a porous material comprising a filter and a tobacco rod, wherein: a hollow tube is arranged in the tobacco rod along the axial direction, and a porous material is arranged at the joint of the hollow tube and the filter tip.
The porous material is one or a mixture of more of starch, cellulose, diatomite, sepiolite, activated carbon, silica gel and aluminum silicate, and the air permeability of the porous material is less than that of the hollow pipe material and the cigarette paper.
The shape of the porous material is sheet-shaped, columnar or a combination of sheet-shaped and columnar.
The outer diameter of the porous material is larger than or equal to the diameter of the hollow tube.
The porous material may be embedded in the hollow tube.
The cross-section of the hollow tube may be circular, triangular, polygonal, etc.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. because the hollow structure is added in the cigarette, the cigarette with the hollow structure can promote the sufficient combustion of the tobacco shreds in the smoking process of the cigarette, and further effectively reduces the content of CO in the smoke.
2. Because the connection part of the filter tip and the hollow tube is provided with the sheet or column porous material, the suction taste of the cigarette and the temperature of the mainstream smoke inlet are not influenced when the inner diameter of the hollow structure is 1/10-3/5 of the diameter of the tobacco shred stick under the condition of keeping the whole suction resistance of the cigarette unchanged.
3. The invention can reduce the usage amount of tobacco shreds in a single cigarette under the condition of meeting the smoking habit and the smoking quality of consumers.
