Abstract
A cigarette with porous material, includes filter tip and tobacco rod, its characterized in that: a hollow tube is arranged in the tobacco rod along the axial direction, and a porous material is arranged at the joint of the hollow tube and the filter tip. The invention provides enough air for the combustion of the cut tobacco in the process of burning and smoking the cigarette by improving the structure of the cigarette so as to reduce CO gas generated by incomplete combustion of the cut tobacco at high temperature. The invention does not change the original overall size of the cigarette, can obviously reduce the CO release amount of the cigarette and the inlet temperature of the main stream smoke on the premise of not changing the original smoking taste, and is convenient for the consumer to accept.

Technical Field

Background
In the smoking state of the cigarette, the conventional cigarette filter rod (formed paper wraps acetate fiber tows) can obviously reduce the tar particulate matter in the smoke, but has poor filtering effect on volatile harmful substances in the gas phase components of the smoke (main smoke and side smoke) of the cigarette.

The preparation process of the patent technology is complex, the tobacco leaves need to be crushed into fine powder in the actual production process, and a certain amount of adhesive is added, in addition, compared with the conventional cigarette, the cigarette produced by the invention has the problems that the cigarette beads are easy to fall off from the hollow part of the cigarette and the like in the transportation or use process, and meanwhile, the use of the adhesive also has a certain smoking safety risk to consumers.
In addition, a novel cigarette which is introduced in recent years and uses heating modes such as electric heating, fuel heating or physical and chemical reaction heating to indirectly heat tobacco shreds to obtain cigarette smoke is also a novel cigarette which reduces the release amount of CO in the smoke by reducing the use temperature of the cigarette. However, compared with the traditional burning and smoking type cigarette, the cigarette has a relatively low use temperature and a series of defects or shortcomings, such as light smoke taste and taste which is difficult to approach the taste of the traditional burning and smoking type cigarette.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is based on the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art and provides a cigarette provided with a porous material. Compared with the conventional cigarette, the cigarette has no obvious change in the smoking resistance under the condition of normal smoking, and can obviously reduce the CO content in the smoke and the temperature of the mainstream smoke at the entrance on the basis of not changing the smoking quality of the cigarette.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a cigarette provided with a porous material comprising a filter and a tobacco rod, wherein: a hollow tube is arranged in the tobacco rod along the axial direction, and a porous material is arranged at the joint of the hollow tube and the filter tip.
The porous material is one or a mixture of more of starch, cellulose, diatomite, sepiolite, activated carbon, silica gel and aluminum silicate, and the air permeability of the porous material is less than that of the hollow pipe material and the cigarette paper.
The shape of the porous material is sheet-shaped, columnar or a combination of sheet-shaped and columnar.
The outer diameter of the porous material is larger than or equal to the diameter of the hollow tube.
The porous material may be embedded in the hollow tube.
The cross-section of the hollow tube may be circular, triangular, polygonal, etc.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. because the hollow structure is added in the cigarette, the cigarette with the hollow structure can promote the sufficient combustion of the tobacco shreds in the smoking process of the cigarette, and further effectively reduces the content of CO in the smoke.
2. Because the connection part of the filter tip and the hollow tube is provided with the sheet or column porous material, the suction taste of the cigarette and the temperature of the mainstream smoke inlet are not influenced when the inner diameter of the hollow structure is 1/10-3/5 of the diameter of the tobacco shred stick under the condition of keeping the whole suction resistance of the cigarette unchanged.
3. The invention can reduce the usage amount of tobacco shreds in a single cigarette under the condition of meeting the smoking habit and the smoking quality of consumers.

example 1

Claims (4)
1. A cigarette with porous material, includes filter tip and tobacco rod, its characterized in that: the cigarette filter is characterized in that a hollow tube is axially arranged in the cigarette rod, a porous material is arranged at the joint of the hollow tube and the filter tip and is a mixture of one or more of starch, cellulose, diatomite, activated carbon, silica gel and aluminum silicate, the air permeability of the porous material is smaller than that of the hollow tube material and the cigarette paper, and the outer diameter of the porous material is larger than or equal to the diameter of the hollow tube.
