Abstract
本发明提供一种仔猪饲料,所述仔猪饲料包括玉米、豆粕、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽;所述氨基酸占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.5%;所述维生素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.02%~0.06%,所述微量元素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.2%,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(50~200)mg/kg。本发明的仔猪饲料搭配氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽可改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、缓解腹泻,改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况,缓解小肠黏膜损伤,促进断奶仔猪生长,提高血液抗氧化能力及免疫功能,有利于缩短仔猪生长周期,促进仔猪健康,而且绿色环保,无需添加抗生素。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料领域,具体涉及一种仔猪饲料及其应用。
背景技术
仔猪生产中仔猪死亡率高达8%~10%,而仔猪断奶应激是引起仔猪死亡的主要因素之一。仔猪断奶应激,常引起仔猪肠道健康损伤、腹泻、采食量低及氧化应激,抑制仔猪生长,增加发病率及死亡率,严重影响仔猪生产,是生猪养殖产业发展的瓶颈问题。1950年,抗生素作为饲料添加剂应用于生猪养殖生产,尤其是断奶仔猪。然而,随着抗生素应用研究发现,抗生素的长期使用造成畜产品及生态环境的抗生素残留,威胁人类的健康。欧盟、日本、韩国等国家相继禁止使用抗生素作为饲料添加剂,我国农业农村部第194号公告指出,2020年7月1日全面禁用促生长类药物饲料添加剂在饲料中的应用。因此,开发绿色生态的抗生素替代品,缓解仔猪断奶应激,改善肠道健康,促进其生长,是生猪养殖产业亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种仔猪饲料及其应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种仔猪饲料,所述仔猪饲料包括玉米、豆粕、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽;
所述氨基酸占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.5%;所述维生素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.02%~0.06%,所述微量元素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.2%,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(50~200)mg/kg。
还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)可清除生物体内有害自由基(主要是氧自由基)或脂质过氧化物,调节机体氧化及抗氧化平衡,具有抗氧化、解毒等功效,参与部分氨基酸的转运以及铁、硒、钙的吸收,且具有增强免疫力等多种生物学功能。上述仔猪饲料搭配氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽可改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况,缓解小肠黏膜损伤,促进断奶仔猪生长,提高血液抗氧化能力及免疫功能,有利于缩短仔猪生长周期,促进仔猪健康,而且绿色环保,无需添加抗生素。
优选地,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(65~150)mg/kg。
发明人通过研究发现,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(65~150)mg/kg时,可更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况且成本低。
优选地,上述仔猪饲料中不包括抗生素。
优选地,所述仔猪饲料还包括有机酸,所述有机酸占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.08%~0.10%。
发明人通过研究发现,仔猪饲料中有机酸搭配氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽可更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况。
优选地,所述有机酸包括叶酸和烟酸,所述叶酸和烟酸的重量比为(3~5):100。
优选地,所述氨基酸包括L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸和L-色氨酸,所述L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸和L-色氨酸的重量比为L-赖氨酸盐酸盐:DL-蛋氨酸:L-苏氨酸:L-色氨酸=(60~65):(15~20):(20~25):(2~7)。
发明人通过研究发现,上述种类的氨基酸与维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽搭配作为仔猪饲料可更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况。
优选地,所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12和生物素。
发明人通过研究发现,上述种类的维生素与氨基酸微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽搭配作为仔猪饲料可更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况。
优选地,所述微量元素包括D-泛酸钙、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、I和Se,所述D-泛酸钙、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、I和Se的重量比为D-泛酸钙:Fe:Cu:Mn:Zn:I:Se=(20~30):(90~110):(120~180):(30~50):(90~110):(0.3~0.8):(0.2~0.5)。
发明人通过研究发现,上述种类的微量元素与氨基酸、维生素、和还原型谷胱甘肽搭配作为仔猪饲料可更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,更好地改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况。
优选地,所述饲料还包括占所述仔猪饲料重量比的组分:鱼粉8%~11%、乳清粉4%~5%、大豆油0.5%~1.2%、氯化胆碱0.08%~0.12%、食盐0.4%~0.5%和石粉0.45%~0.55%。
优选地,所述玉米和豆粕的重量比为(60~65):(15~25)。
本发明还提供上述任一所述的仔猪饲料在断奶仔猪生长中的应用。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种仔猪饲料,本发明的仔猪饲料搭配氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽可改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况,缓解小肠黏膜损伤,促进断奶仔猪生长,提高血液抗氧化能力及免疫功能,有利于缩短仔猪生长周期,促进仔猪健康,而且绿色环保,无需添加抗生素。

本发明提供一种仔猪饲料,所述仔猪饲料包括玉米、豆粕、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽;
所述氨基酸占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.5%;所述维生素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.02%~0.06%,所述微量元素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.2%,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(20~65)mg/kg。
实施例1
作为本发明实施例的一种仔猪饲料,本发明实施例的仔猪饲料的配方如表1所示的基础日粮,以及还原型谷胱甘肽,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料的重量的20mg/kg;

作为本发明对比例的一种仔猪饲料,本对比例与实施例3的唯一区别为:仔猪饲料不包括还原型谷胱甘肽,即所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料的重量的0mg/kg。

作为本发明对比例的一种仔猪饲料,本对比例与实施例3的唯一区别为:仔猪饲料不包括还原型谷胱甘肽,仔猪饲料包括金霉素,即所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料的重量的0mg/kg且所述金霉素占所述仔猪饲料的重量的75mg/kg。
效果例1
1.2、试验动物
选取180头体重相近、产期相同、健康状况良好的21日龄断奶仔猪(杜×(大×长)三元杂猪),公母各半。
1.3、试验设计
为了确定还原型谷胱甘肽在断奶仔猪生产中促生长、缓解腹泻、提高抗氧化的效果及替代抗生素的最佳添加剂量,本试验选取体重相近、产期相同、健康的21日龄断奶仔猪(杜×长×大三元杂猪)252头,公母各半。称重、编号后随机分为7组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪,对比例1作为空白对照,对比例2为抗生素组,试验组分别为实施例1-4。试验期间动物进行自由采食及饮水,试验周期为28天。
1.4、生长性能的测定方法
试验开始及结束当天早上8:00开始称重,试验期内每天记录每栏采食量,并以此计算各组平均日增重、日采食量及料重比。
平均日增重(ADG):平均日增重=(最终重-初始重)/试验天数
平均日采食量(ADFI):平均日采食量=(投料重-喂后剩余料重)/(天数*头数)
料重比(F/G):料重比=平均日采食量/平均日增重
1.5、仔猪的主观健康评分:(肤色、毛况、粪便等)。
试验期内每天记录每头猪的腹泻情况,并以此计算各组的腹泻率。
腹泻率=∑(腹泻仔猪头数×仔猪腹泻天数)/(试验仔猪头数×正试期天数)×100%
试验结束后,每头只进行主观健康评分,并以此计算每组主观健康评分方法(杨白亮等,2002)。
肤色评分方法:一般的1分,较红润2分,红润3分,很红润4分。
毛况评分方法:长而密的1分,较长、密的2分,较短、疏的4分。
1.6、仔猪血浆及组织样品采集
实验结束当天早上8:00空腹采血,采血前12小时断料,但不断水。根据称重结果每个重复挑选1头接近平均体重的仔猪,每组共6头仔猪,进行前腔静脉采血,每头猪采5ml血到肝素钠抗凝管中。经4℃冰箱静置30min后,3500rpm/min、4℃离心15min。取上清液分装,-80℃保存备用。
实验结束当天,采血后从前腔静脉注射4%的戊巴比妥钠(按照50mg/kg体重计算)进行麻醉。待完全麻醉后,放血,将腹腔破开,立即取十二指肠、空肠、回肠肠道组织,用预冷1×PBS冲洗并分装于1.5mL离心管中,立即至于液氮中,待采样结束后将样品转移至-80℃保存备用;另取2cm的十二指肠、空肠、回肠肠段样品,立即放于4%多聚甲醛固定液中固定,以备用于肠道组织HE染色并进行形态学观察。
1.7、血浆及组织指标检测
小肠黏膜组织样品与0.9%生理盐水按照1:9(m:v),1500rpm匀浆4min后,3500rpm、4℃离心15min。取上清液分装,-80℃保存备用。血浆及组织匀浆液抗氧化指标(GSH、T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-PX、MDA)根据南京建成试剂盒说明书进行检测,利用多功能酶标仪进行紫外分光光度计方法测定。
1.8、实验结果
(1)还原型谷胱甘肽的促生长作用
如表2所示,与对比例1相比,实施例3和实施例4显著增加试验仔猪终体重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),但不影响ADFI及F/G(P>0.05),但实施例4有增加F/G的趋势(0.05<P<0.10);而实施例1和实施例2对FBW、ADG、ADFI及F/G均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。
由此可见,实施例3和实施例4可促进断奶仔猪生长,实施例4可提高饲料转化率,因此,实施例4促进断奶仔猪生长,提高饲料转化率,且效果优于对比例2。

(2)改善仔猪健康
通过观察并分析仔猪肤色、毛况及腹泻等健康状况,结果发现(如表3),与对比例1相比,实施例4及对比例2可显著改善仔猪肤色、毛况,并降低腹泻率(P<0.05),实施例3改善仔猪肤色(P<0.05),有改善仔猪毛况及腹泻的趋势(0.05<P<0.10)。实施例1和实施例2对仔猪肤色、毛况及腹泻等健康状况均无改善作用(P>0.05)。由此可见,实施例4可替代对比例2改善仔猪断奶后的肤色、毛况及腹泻等健康状况。

(3)改善肠道健康-小肠黏膜形态
如表4、图2所示,与对比例1比,实施例1和实施例2不影响小肠粘膜形态(P>0.05),而对比例2显著增加仔猪十二指肠绒毛高度及VH/CD(P<0.05),实施例4增加十二指肠绒毛高度及VH/CD(P<0.05)。与对比例1相比,实施例3显著提高空肠绒毛高度及VH/CD值(P<0.05),而实施例4提高空肠VH/CD值(P<0.05),但不影响空肠绒毛高度(P>0.05)。与对比例1相比,抗生素及GSH均不影响回肠的黏膜形态(P>0.05)。
由此可见,实施例4可替代抗生素改善断奶仔猪十二指肠及空肠黏膜形态,缓解仔猪断奶应激后小肠黏膜损伤,进而促进断奶仔猪的肠道健康。

(4)还原型谷胱甘肽对仔猪血液中抗氧化及免疫功能的影响
如表5所示,添加GSH或抗生素对仔猪血浆中MDA浓度及T-AOC、T-SOD、CAT等酶活力无显著影响(P>0.05)。与抗生素及对照组相比,实施例4显著提高血浆中GSH-Px活力、IgA、IgG及IgM含量(P<0.05),而实施例1无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,实施例3、实施例4及抗生素均增加血浆中GSH含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,实施例4可促进断奶仔猪血液抗氧化及免疫功能,且效果显著优于抗生素。

(4)仔猪饲料缓解肠道炎症的发生
如表6所示,与对比例1相比,实施例3及实施例3显著提高空肠黏膜IgA、IgG含量,降低促炎症因子IL-6及抑炎症因子IL-10含量(P<0.05)。与对比例2相比,实施例4显著提高空肠黏膜IgG、IgM含量,降低抑炎症因子IL-10含量(P<0.05)。与对比例1相比,实施例3显著提高回肠黏膜IgA含量,降低促炎症因子IL-6及抑炎症因子IL-10含量(P<0.05);实施例4显著提高回肠肠黏膜IgA、IgG及IgM含量,降低IL-6及抑炎症因子IL-10含量(P<0.05)。与对比例2相比,实施例4显著提高空肠黏膜IgG、IgM含量,降低抑炎症因子IL-10含量(P<0.05)。因此,抗生素通过调动机体免疫球蛋白表达降低炎症的发生,并调动抗炎症作用应答免疫反应,调节机体免疫平衡;而实施例4增加免疫球蛋白表达提高机体免疫机能,同时不引起肠道炎症及抗炎症作用的发生。由此可见,实施例4具有良好的抑炎效果,其相对于抗生素的替代优势在于预防肠道炎症的发生。

由表1-表6可知,仔猪饲料搭配氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽可改善仔猪在断奶生长过程中肤色、毛况、避免腹泻,改善仔猪在断奶生长中的健康状况,缓解小肠黏膜损伤,促进断奶仔猪生长,提高血液抗氧化能力及免疫功能,有利于缩短仔猪生长周期,促进仔猪健康,而且绿色环保,无需添加抗生素。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述仔猪饲料包括玉米、豆粕、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素和还原型谷胱甘肽;
所述氨基酸占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.5%;所述维生素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.02%~0.06%,所述微量元素占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.8%~1.2%,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(50~200)mg/kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述还原型谷胱甘肽占所述仔猪饲料重量的(65~150)mg/kg。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述仔猪饲料还包括有机酸,所述有机酸占所述仔猪饲料重量的0.08%~0.10%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述有机酸包括叶酸和烟酸,所述叶酸和烟酸的重量比为(3~5):100。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸和L-色氨酸,所述L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸和L-色氨酸的重量比为L-赖氨酸盐酸盐:DL-蛋氨酸:L-苏氨酸:L-色氨酸=(60~65):(15~20):(20~25):(2~7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12和生物素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述微量元素包括D-泛酸钙、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、I和Se,所述D-泛酸钙、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、I和Se的重量比为D-泛酸钙:Fe:Cu:Mn:Zn:I:Se=(20~30):(90~110):(120~180):(30~50):(90~110):(0.3~0.8):(0.2~0.5)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料还包括占所述仔猪饲料重量比的组分:鱼粉8%~11%、乳清粉4%~5%、大豆油0.5%~1.2%、氯化胆碱0.08%~0.12%、食盐0.4%~0.5%和石粉0.45%~0.55%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的仔猪饲料,其特征在于,所述玉米和豆粕的重量比为(60~65):(15~25)。
10.如权利要求1-9任一所述的仔猪饲料在断奶仔猪生长中的应用。
