本发明属于肉鸡养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物及科宝肉仔鸡的饲养方法。
背景技术
黑水虻是一种双翅目水虻科昆虫,幼虫营腐生,能够快速将畜禽粪便、餐厨垃圾等有机废弃物分解转化为自身的生物量。黑水虻因其含有较高的蛋白质、粗脂肪等,作为豆粕、鱼粉等常规饲料原料的替代物,已应用于畜禽生产。黑水虻虫油(Black soldier flylarvae oil, BSO)提取自黑水虻幼虫,能值与豆油相当,可作为豆油(Soybean oil, SO)、鱼油等替代性脂肪源用作动物饲料。
Kim等[1]报道,黑水虻虫油部分(50%)或全部(100%)替代豆油,对肉仔鸡(1~21,21~35,1~35天)平均日采食量、平均日增重、料肉增重比均无显著影响。Kim等[2]利用黑水虻虫油替代玉米油饲喂肉仔鸡发现,100%的替代量使肉仔鸡料肉增重比显著降低。Sypniewski等[3]利用黑水虻虫油替代豆油饲喂火鸡,发现100%替代量显著降低十二指肠蛋白酶活性,而50%替代量无此现象,但无论替代量是50%还是100%,火鸡的生产性能均无显著变化。目前对黑水虻虫油替代豆油提高肉鸡饲养的生产性能的研究没有得到较好的结果。

发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺点和不足,而提供一种含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物及科宝肉仔鸡的饲养方法。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物,包含以下质量份数的组份:
玉米 54.00-64.00份;
麸皮 2.50-3.50份;
豆粕 25.00-29.50份;
鱼粉 2.50-7.00份;
豆油 0-2.10份;
黑水虻虫油 0.70-2.80份;
磷酸氢钙 1.00-2.00份;
石粉 1.00-1.50份;
L-赖氨酸硫酸盐 0.10-0.60份;
DL-蛋氨酸 0-0.40份;
预混料 0-1.00份;
所述预混料由复合维生素和复合矿物质组成。
优选的,其中豆油和黑水虻虫油的质量比为1:1。
优选的,所述复合维生素为每千克饲粮提供: 维生素A 10 000 IU,维生素D3 2750 IU,维生素E 20 IU,维生素K3 2 mg,维生素B1 1.8 mg,维生素B2 6 mg,维生素B6 4.5mg,维生素B12 0.01 mg,泛酸 12 mg,烟酸10 mg,生物素0.15 mg,叶酸1.0 mg。
优选的,所述复合矿物质为每千克饲粮提供: 锰75 mg,锌75 mg,铁95 mg,铜10mg,碘0.60 mg,硒0.30 mg。

本发明的第二方面,提供一种科宝肉仔鸡的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在1-14日龄,采用以下质量份数的组份组成的肉鸡饲粮组合物:
玉米 54.32份;
麸皮 3.00份;
豆粕 29.20份;
鱼粉 6.68份;
豆油 0-2.10份;
黑水虻虫油 0.7-2.80份;
磷酸氢钙 1.65份;
石粉 1.25份;
L-赖氨酸硫酸盐 0.40份;
DL-蛋氨酸 0.20份;
预混料 0.50份
(2)在15-28日龄,采用以下质量份数的组份组成的肉鸡饲粮组合物:
玉米 63.10份;
麸皮 3.00份;
豆粕 26.00份;
鱼粉 3.00份;
豆油 0-1.05份;
黑水虻虫油 0.35-1.4份;
磷酸氢钙 1.45份;
石粉 1.10份;
L-赖氨酸硫酸盐 0.25份;
DL-蛋氨酸 0.20份;
预混料 0.50份。
本发明的有益效果如下:采用本发明提供的含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物饲养科宝肉仔鸡,可以发现其相对纯豆油的肉鸡饲粮组合物可以有助于改善小肠形态结构,提高肉仔鸡的增重速率。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
1 材料与方法
1.1 试验材料 黑水虻虫油由浙江昆微农业科技有限公司提供。
试验设计与饲养管理 选取体重(42.87±0.54)g、健康状况良好的1日龄科宝肉仔鸡240只,随机分成5组,即对照组(SO),25%虫油组(BSO25)、50%虫油组(BSO50)、75%虫油组(BSO75)、100%虫油组(BSO100),每组4个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组依照等能等氮原则,在基础饲粮基础上用黑水虻虫油替代豆油,黑水虻虫油替代豆油比例分别为25%、50%、75%、100%。试验期28天。试验鸡饲养于温州市农科院种子种苗科技园试验鸡舍,采用立体重叠笼育雏,每个重复一个大笼。试验鸡自由采食、自由饮水,按正常免疫程序进行免疫接种。基础饲粮组成和营养成分见表1。
①预混料为每千克饲粮提供: 锰75 mg,锌75 mg,铁95 mg,铜10 mg,碘0.60 mg,硒0.30 mg,维生素A 10 000 IU,维生素D3 2 750 IU,维生素E 20 IU,维生素K3 2 mg,维生素B1 1.8 mg,维生素B2 6 mg,维生素B6 4.5 mg,维生素B12 0.01 mg,泛酸 12 mg,烟酸10 mg,生物素0.15 mg,叶酸1.0 mg。
②营养成分均为计算值。
1.3 测定指标与方法
1.3.1 生长性能 试验第1、7、14、21、28天每天09:00空腹称重。每周记录重复组试验鸡饲料消耗量。试验结束后,分别计算每组试验鸡平均日增重(g/d)、平均日采食量(g/d)、耗料增重比(日采食量/日体增重)。
1.3.2 血液生化指标 试验结束后,每个重复随机取2只鸡,心脏采血5 mL,置于装有抗凝剂的离心管中,3 000 r/min离心15min,取上层血浆,-20℃保存备用。采用全自动生化分析仪测定谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、尿素氮(BUN),试剂盒购自南京建成生物工程研究所,具体操作按试剂盒说明书进行。
1.3.3 小肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度 试验结束后,每个重复随机取2只鸡分离十二指肠、空肠、回肠,在每段肠道中段取2 cm左右肠道样品,用生理盐水将肠道内容物冲洗干净,放到10%中性福尔马林固定液中常温保存,以备制作石蜡切片。切片由北京博度恒益科技有限公司制作。切片正置光学显微镜(40×)下进行观察、拍照,每个切片随机抽取5个典型视野(绒毛完整、走向平直)测量小肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度。
1.4 统计分析 试验数据采用SPSS23.0软件的one-way ANOVA程序进行方差分析,并采用LSD法进行组间差异显著性检验,P<0.05为差异显著,P<0.01为差异极显著。试验数据以平均值±标准差表示。
2 结果
2.1 黑水虻虫油对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响 由表2可知,1~7天,各组间平均日增重、料肉增重比无显著差异(P>0.05);与SO组相比,BSO组平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),但BSO100组显著高于BSO50组(P<0.05)。8~14天,BSO组平均日增重与SO组差异不显著(P<0.05);BSO25组(P<0.01)、BSO50组(P<0.05)平均日采食量极显著或显著低于SO组;BSO100组料肉增重比显著低于SO组(P<0.05)。15~21天,与SO组相比,BSO25组平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著降低(P<0.05);各组间料肉增重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。22~28天,BSO50、BSO100组平均日增重显著高于SO组(P<0.05);BSO组平均日采食量均显著高于SO组(P<0.05);BSO50组料肉增重比显著低于BSO100组(P<0.05)。从整个试验期来看,各组间平均日增重无显著性差异(P>0.05);BSO100组平均日采食量显著高于SO组(P<0.05);BSO50组料肉增重比显著低于BSO100组(P<0.05),与SO组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
本试验在基础饲粮基础上用不同比例黑水虻虫油替代豆油饲喂肉仔鸡28天,结果发现,黑水虻虫油显著提高了21~28天肉仔鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重,100%黑水虻虫油使1~28天肉仔鸡的平均日采食量显著升高,分析原因可能与试验饲粮结构、肉鸡品种、肉鸡日龄等不同有关。从黑水虻虫油替代豆油的剂量来看,低剂量组(25%、50%)肉仔鸡的料肉增重比低于高剂量组(75%、100%),50%替代组肉仔鸡的料肉增重比显著低于100%替代组。综上所述,在本试验条件下,以最佳生产性能为提前,黑水虻虫油替代豆油的剂量以50%为佳。
同行数据肩标无字母或相同字母表示差异不显著(P>0.05),不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),不同大写字母表示差异极显著(P<0.01)。下表同。
2.2 黑水虻虫油对肉仔鸡血液生化指标的影响 由表3可知,与SO组相比,BSO75、BSO100组AST显著升高(P<0.05),BSO25、BSO50组无显著变化(P>0.05)。各试验组间ALT无显著差异(P>0.05)。与SO组相比,BSO组TP、ALB、GLO均表现为升高趋势,其中BSO25、BSO50、BSO75组TP显著升高(P<0.05),BSO50、BSO75、BSO100组ALB显著升高(P<0.05),GLO在各试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。BSO100组BUN显著高于SO组(P<0.05),BSO25、BSO50、BSO75组BUN与SO组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。
血液生化指标是评价动物是否健康的重要指标之一。TP为ALB与GLO之和,含量增加可促进机体蛋白质合成和免疫力提高。BUN是机体氨基酸代谢的终产物,升高则表明蛋白质分解代谢加强,氮沉积降低,蛋白质利用率降低。本试验结果表明,肉仔鸡饲料中添加黑水虻虫油能够显著提高TP、ALB含量,但当替代量达到100%时,BUN含量显著增加,说明高剂量黑水虻虫油不利于肉仔鸡对蛋白质的利用。AST、ALT活性通常与肝脏损伤有关,其活性升高标志着肝脏在一定程度受损。本试验中,当黑水虻虫油替代豆油比例达到75%以后,AST浓度显著升高,说明肉仔鸡的肝脏有可能受到损伤。从本试验结果来看,75%及以上的高替代比例虽然不影响肉仔鸡的生长指标,但对肝肾产生负面影响,长期饲喂可能会影响肉鸡的生长性能。
2.3 黑水虻虫油对肉仔鸡肠道形态的影响 由表4可知,BSO25、BSO75组十二指肠隐窝深度显著低于SO组(P<0.05),BSO75组十二指肠隐窝深度显著低于BSO50组(P<0.05)、BSO100组(P<0.05),BSO75组十二指肠绒隐比显著高于SO组(P<0.05)、BSO50组(P<0.01)、BSO100组(P<0.05)。BSO25组空肠绒毛高度显著高于SO组(P<0.05)。
小肠是动物消化吸收营养物质的重要器官,消化吸收的主要部位是肠道绒毛和隐窝。一般来说,绒毛高度越高,肠道与食糜接触的上皮细胞的表面积越大,消化酶分泌增多,营养物质的吸收率变强;而隐窝深度越浅,说明肠上皮细胞的成熟率越高,细胞分泌的消化液增加,吸收营养物质的能力变强。本试验中,与豆油组相比,25%黑水虻虫油替代量显著降低了肉仔鸡十二指肠隐窝深度,增加了空肠绒毛高度,75%黑水虻虫油替代量显著降低了肉仔鸡十二指肠隐窝深度,增加了十二指肠绒隐比。本研究结果说明,黑水虻虫油有利于促进肉仔鸡小肠上皮的生长发育。
综上所述,在本试验条件下,在饲粮中用黑水虻虫油替代豆油有助于改善小肠形态结构,表明黑水虻虫油替代豆油配制肉仔鸡饲粮提高肉仔鸡的增重速度是可行的。从添加比例上看,以50%的豆油替代量效果最佳。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

1.一种含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物,其特征在于包含以下质量份数的组份:
玉米 54.00-64.00份;
麸皮 2.50-3.50份;
豆粕 25.00-29.50份;
鱼粉 2.50-7.00份;
豆油 0-2.10份;
黑水虻虫油 0.70-2.80份;
磷酸氢钙 1.00-2.00份;
石粉 1.00-1.50份;
L-赖氨酸硫酸盐 0.10-0.60份;
DL-蛋氨酸 0-0.40份;
预混料 0-1.00份;
所述预混料由复合维生素和复合矿物质组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物,其特征在于:其中豆油和黑水虻虫油的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物,其特征在于:所述复合维生素为每千克饲粮提供: 维生素A 10 000 IU,维生素D3 2 750 IU,维生素E 20 IU,维生素K32 mg,维生素B1 1.8 mg,维生素B2 6 mg,维生素B6 4.5 mg,维生素B12 0.01 mg,泛酸 12mg,烟酸10 mg,生物素0.15 mg,叶酸1.0 mg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含黑水虻虫油的肉鸡饲粮组合物,其特征在于:所述复合矿物质为每千克饲粮提供: 锰75 mg,锌75 mg,铁95 mg,铜10 mg,碘0.60 mg,硒0.30 mg。
