The comb handle (1-2-1) and the waistband (1-2-7) form an included angle in the radial direction, and the included angle is 0-50 degrees.
An included angle formed between the branch teeth (1-2-2) and the comb handle (1-2-1) is 30-60 degrees.
The rotating shaft (1-2-4) of the driving saw blade (1-2-3) is overlapped or not overlapped with the axle center of the waistband (1-2-7).
The rotating shaft (1-2-4) of the driving saw blade (1-2-3) is overlapped or not overlapped with the axle center of the saw blade (1-2-3).
