本发明涉及一种熔喷布烘干设备,烘箱箱体内沿左右方向依次设置多个烘干吸附架,烘干吸附架外接抽风口,烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口;烘干吸附架的顶部前后轴向可旋转支撑设置绕接滚筒,烘干吸附架的底部前后分别设置前、后绕接滚轴,网孔输送带绕接前绕接滚轴、绕接滚筒和后绕接滚轴之间;每个烘干吸附架左右侧均设有带风孔的多个供热管道;每个烘干吸附架的底部前后两侧均分别设置送、出卷辊,该设备占地面积小,长度短,能耗低,结构简单、紧凑的熔喷布烘干设备,输送稳定、精度高,能有效确保熔喷布高产能、低能耗烘干的熔喷布烘干设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘干设备,具体说是一种熔喷布烘干设备。
背景技术
熔喷布的纤维直径可以达到0.5-10微米,这些具有独特的毛细结构的超细纤维增加了单位面积纤维的数量和表面积,从而使熔喷布具有很好空气过滤性,是较为良好的口罩材料,熔喷布以其强劲的过滤性能,在日常生活、作业中发挥着不可替代的作用。优秀的熔喷布必须配备静电层,现有生产大都是静电发生器驻极或纯水穿刺产生静电后烘干处理,由于其超细纤维结构,在烘干时不允许有太大张力作用,传统烘干方式为直铺、负压吸附在通长的烘干轨道上,多节烘箱作业,设备占用空间大,烘干时间长,能耗高,不利于高效、节能降耗生产。
水驻极熔喷布由于相对于静电发生器驻极而言过滤值高、阻力小、滤值保持时间长的优点而成为熔喷布后处理的高级处理方式,现有的熔喷布烘干设备占地面积较大,能耗高,缺点:
1、由于要保证水刺过后的熔喷布在高温环境里停留一定时间从而确保水分蒸发,通常是加长烘干设备,所以要很长的生产场地;
2、所吹到熔喷布的热风都是直接流失到周围环境空气中了,不能有效利用热能,且通常采用多级加热和供风,更加大的能耗。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种占地面积小,长度短,能耗低,结构简单、紧凑的熔喷布烘干设备,输送稳定、精度高,能有效确保熔喷布高产能、低能耗烘干的熔喷布烘干设备。创新而有效的解决了现有熔喷布烘干设备的缺陷。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种熔喷布烘干设备,包括烘箱箱体,其特征在于:所述烘箱箱体内沿左右方向依次设置多个烘干吸附架,烘干吸附架前后方向截面呈锥形或三角形结构,烘干吸附架的前后端面封闭且开设有外接风机的抽风口,烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口;烘干吸附架的顶部前后轴向可旋转支撑设置绕接滚筒,烘干吸附架的底部前后分别设置前、后绕接滚轴,网孔输送带绕接前绕接滚轴、绕接滚筒和后绕接滚轴之间呈贴合烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口的状态;每个烘干吸附架左右侧均设有多个供热管道,供热管道上开设有风孔,供热管道外接热风供给;每个烘干吸附架的底部前后两侧均分别设置送卷辊和出卷辊,送卷辊对应前绕接滚轴下端右侧设置,出卷辊对应后绕接滚轴下端左侧设置,送卷辊的两端分别连接在两送卷连杆的下端,两送卷连杆的上端固定联接旋转轴,旋转轴穿接在烘箱箱体上并可旋转;所述送卷辊对应设置涨力位移传感器,涨力位移传感器联接电控箱,所述前或后绕接滚轴由电机经减速机构驱动旋转,电机联接电控箱,涨力位移传感器感知经由送卷辊的熔喷布涨力,进而经电控箱、电机、减速机构控制前、后绕接滚轴和网孔输送带的速度,从而使熔喷布进入烘箱时保持恒涨力,与前段部分同步。
进一步地,所述前绕接滚轴和后绕接滚轴之间设置纠偏装置,纠偏装置包括纠偏调整辊、纠偏调整气缸、滑移座,纠偏调整辊一端铰接机架底座,另一端经滑移座联接纠偏调整气缸一端,由纠偏调整气缸控制可左右移动,纠偏调整气缸另一端固定铰接于机架上,纠偏调整气缸左右驱动滑移座滑动进而调整纠偏网格输送带的状态,网孔输送带错位绕接在纠偏调整辊间,纠偏调整辊设置在前绕接滚轴和后绕接滚轴之间。
进一步地,纠偏传感器设置于网孔输送带的边缘,并固定于机架上,且联接电控箱,电控箱通过对纠偏传感器的信号判断后经电磁阀和压缩空气控制纠偏调整气缸左右伸缩移动,进而经纠偏调整辊调整控制网孔输送带的侧向偏移。
水刺处理后熔喷布由进料口朝向送卷辊送料,熔喷布经送卷辊绕行后向网孔输送带送卷,通过纠偏传感器对应监测熔喷布在网格输送带上送卷跑偏信号状态,经纠偏调整气缸控制纠偏调整辊调节,确保对应烘干吸附架的送卷精度;熔喷布经风机通过抽风口对烘干吸附架内负压抽吸贴合在网孔输送带上随网孔输送带在前绕接滚轴、绕接滚筒和后绕接滚轴循环带动下朝向出卷辊输送,熔喷布吸附在烘干吸附架上左右端面上时,供热管道经风孔送热风并由风机抽吸,完成对熔喷布的烘干作业,在每个烘干吸附架上均经左右两端开口进行两次负压吸附烘干作业,熔喷布由出卷辊对应下一烘干吸附架的送卷辊进行送卷,送卷辊通过送卷连杆拉接在其自重下对熔喷布进行无张力无褶皱送卷输送,有利于提高熔喷布烘干送卷的稳定、无变形褶皱损坏;多个烘干吸附架依次完成多次烘干作业,能在兼顾烘干设备占用空间的同时,有效确保熔喷布的高产能、低能耗烘干;网孔输送带的输送纠偏,通过纠偏调整气缸驱动纠偏调整辊与纠偏固定辊距离,从而调整绕行在两辊上的网孔输送带张紧程度,满足网孔输送带的高精输送作业要求,有利于进一步提高熔喷布的高效、稳定输送。
本发明结构紧凑,依次设置的烘干吸附架集成在烘箱箱体内,通过上下绕行的恒涨力同步输送结合送风烘干,有利于减少设备占用空间、避免热量流失,兼顾高产能、低能耗烘干。 附图说明

图1所示:一种熔喷布烘干设备包括烘干箱体1、上侧梁2、下侧梁3、烘干吸附架4、绕接滚筒5、网孔输送带6、前绕接滚轴7、后绕接滚轴8、滑移座9、纠偏调整辊10、纠偏调整气缸11、供热管道12、送卷辊13、出卷辊14、纠偏传感器15、送卷连杆16、涨力位移传感器22。
烘箱箱体1内沿左右方向依次设置多个烘干吸附架4,烘干吸附架4前后方向截面呈锥形或三角形结构,烘干吸附架的前后端面封闭且开设有外接风机的抽风口18,烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口;烘干吸附架的顶部前后轴向设置绕接滚筒5,绕接滚筒5可旋转支撑在上侧梁2上,烘干吸附架4的下部下侧梁3上前后分别可旋转支撑穿接设置前、后绕接滚轴7、8,网孔输送带6绕接前绕接滚轴、绕接滚筒和后绕接滚轴之间呈贴合烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口的状态,前、后绕接滚轴之间设置纠偏控制装置,纠偏控制装置包括滑移座9、纠偏调整辊10和纠偏调整气缸11,纠偏调整辊10一端铰接机架底座,另一端经滑移座9联接纠偏调整气缸11一端,由纠偏调整气缸控制可左右移动,纠偏调整气缸另一端固定铰接于机架上,纠偏调整气缸左右驱动滑移座滑动进而调整纠偏网格输送带的状态,网孔输送带错位绕接在纠偏调整辊间,纠偏调整辊设置在前绕接滚轴和后绕接滚轴之间;每个烘干吸附架左右侧均设有上下平行设置的多个供热管道12,供热管道上开设有风孔用于对应朝向烘干吸附架送热风烘干作业,供热管道外接加热筒19热风供给,加热筒回风由抽风口18和/或绕接滚筒5侧边开口完成;每个烘干吸附架的底部前后两侧均分别设置送卷辊13和出卷辊14,烘箱箱体左侧下部设置不高于对应送卷辊最低点的进料口;所述烘箱箱体右侧下部设置不低于出卷辊最低点的出料口,纠偏传感器15设置于前绕接滚轴7对应位置且连接纠偏调整气缸11;送卷辊14对应前绕接滚轴7下端右侧设置,出卷辊14对应后绕接滚轴8下端左侧设置,送卷辊14的两端分别连接在两送卷连杆16的下端,两送卷连杆16的上端分别可旋转销接在烘箱箱体内侧底部前后位置,烘箱箱体上对应送卷辊设置涨力位移传感器22,涨力位移传感器22联接电控箱21,涨力位移传感器感知经由送卷辊的熔喷布涨力,进而经电控箱、电机、减速机构控制前、后绕接滚轴和网孔输送带的速度,从而使熔喷布进入烘箱时保持恒涨力,与前段部分同步。
电控箱21连接本实施例中传感器、气缸、加热筒内温控、送风元器件、以及送卷的电机或在烘干吸附架的多个滚轴的电机。
为了进一步提高网孔输送带的张紧作业未定,将纠偏固定辊的最高点设定高于前、后绕接滚轴最低点连线。
为了进一步提高烘干作业的智能计量,在进料口和/或出料口设置计米器20。

Claims (3)

1.一种熔喷布烘干设备,包括烘箱箱体,其特征在于:所述烘箱箱体内沿左右方向依次设置多个烘干吸附架,烘干吸附架前后方向截面呈锥形或三角形结构,烘干吸附架的前后端面封闭且开设有外接风机的抽风口,烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口;烘干吸附架的顶部前后轴向可旋转支撑设置绕接滚筒,烘干吸附架的底部前后分别设置前、后绕接滚轴,网孔输送带绕接前绕接滚轴、绕接滚筒和后绕接滚轴之间呈贴合烘干吸附架左右斜向端面开口的状态;每个烘干吸附架左右侧均设有多个供热管道,供热管道上开设有风孔,供热管道外接热风供给;每个烘干吸附架的底部前后两侧均分别设置送卷辊和出卷辊,送卷辊对应前绕接滚轴下端右侧设置,出卷辊对应后绕接滚轴下端左侧设置,送卷辊的两端分别连接在两送卷连杆的下端,两送卷连杆的上端固定联接旋转轴,旋转轴穿接在烘箱箱体上并可旋转;所述送卷辊对应设置涨力位移传感器,涨力位移传感器联接电控箱,所述前或后绕接滚轴由电机经减速机构驱动旋转,电机联接电控箱,涨力位移传感器感知经由送卷辊的熔喷布涨力,进而经电控箱、电机、减速机构控制前、后绕接滚轴和网孔输送带的速度,从而使熔喷布进入烘箱时保持恒涨力,与前段部分同步。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔喷布烘干设备,其特征是:所述前绕接滚轴和后绕接滚轴之间设置纠偏装置,纠偏装置包括纠偏调整辊、纠偏调整气缸、滑移座,纠偏调整辊一端铰接机架底座,另一端经滑移座联接纠偏调整气缸一端,由纠偏调整气缸控制可左右移动,纠偏调整气缸另一端固定铰接于机架上,纠偏调整气缸左右驱动滑移座滑动进而调整纠偏网格输送带的状态,网孔输送带错位绕接在纠偏调整辊间,纠偏调整辊设置在前绕接滚轴和后绕接滚轴之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种熔喷布烘干设备,其特征是:纠偏传感器设置于网孔输送带的边缘,并固定于机架上,且联接电控箱,电控箱通过对纠偏传感器的信号判断后经电磁阀和压缩空气控制纠偏调整气缸左右伸缩移动,进而经纠偏调整辊调整控制网孔输送带的侧向偏移。
