本发明提出了一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节,包括十字轴本体、轴承外圈、内油封、防尘罩、滚针和储油腔,所述十字轴本体的中部一侧设有储油腔,所述十字轴本体的轴头内具有润滑油通道,所述储油腔通过润滑油通道与轴头外壁相通,所述轴承外圈的内壁设有布油槽,所述布油槽包括两个储油环槽和若干个横向导槽,所述储油环槽沿轴承外圈内壁周向布置,所述横向导槽连通两个储油环槽,所述轴头的外部分别安装有轴承外圈,所述防尘罩安装于十字轴本体的轴头上,所述轴承外圈的内侧周向设置有若干个滚针,所述内油封安装于滚针与防尘罩之间。该十字轴万向节便于润滑,能够保证滚针的润滑状态,延长万向节的使用寿命,而且能够有效的防尘。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及万向节零件的技术领域,特别是一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节。
【背景技术】
现有的十字轴万向节一般包括十字轴、外圈、滚针和油封,外圈为一端封闭的圆柱形筒体,外圈套设在十字轴的轴颈上,滚针圆周分布在外圈内侧壁上,油封设于外圈的开口端内。轴套和轴头之间设置有若干滚针组成的滚针组件,为了保证十字轴万向节的工作状态稳定,滚针组件需要定期添加润滑油来保证使用效果。此外,十字轴万向节在使用的时候,灰尘和泥水很容易进入轴承内,对十字轴万向节的性能和使用寿命造成很大的影响,现提出一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节,便于润滑,保证滚针的润滑状态,延长万向节的使用寿命,而且能够有效的防尘。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节,包括十字轴本体、轴承外圈、内油封、防尘罩、滚针和储油腔,所述十字轴本体的中部一侧设有储油腔,所述储油腔上设有注油嘴,所述十字轴本体具有四个轴头,所述轴头内具有润滑油通道,所述储油腔通过润滑油通道与轴头外壁相通,所述轴承外圈的内壁设有布油槽,所述布油槽包括两个储油环槽和若干个横向导槽,所述储油环槽沿轴承外圈内壁周向布置,所述横向导槽与轴承外圈内壁的母线相平行,并连通两个储油环槽,所述轴头的外部分别安装有轴承外圈,所述防尘罩安装于十字轴本体的轴头上,一侧与轴承外圈相抵,所述轴承外圈的内侧周向设置有若干个滚针,所述内油封安装于滚针与防尘罩之间。
作为优选,所述润滑油通道包括导油主通道、出油通槽和匀油槽,所述导油主通道周向设有两组与两个储油环槽相对应布置的出油通槽,所述出油通槽的一端与导油主通道相通,另一端与轴头外壁相通,所述出油通槽导油主通道相垂直,每组出油通槽包括至少两个周向布置的通槽,每个通槽的端部均指向相对的储油环槽,所述匀油槽为十字槽,设置于轴头的端部,所述导油主通道的一端与储油腔相通,另一端与匀油槽导油主通道的十字交叉处相通。
作为优选,所述内油封上设有Y字密封体,所述Y字密封体朝向防尘罩的一侧具有两个分支,分别为第一密封唇和密封长唇,所述第一密封唇与轴头的外壁相紧密配合,所述密封长唇与防尘罩相紧密配合。
作为优选,所述Y字密封体的两个分支的交叉处的外圈设有第二环形弹簧,在第二环形弹簧的作用下,所述第一密封唇、密封长唇朝向轴心内缩。
作为优选,所述第一密封唇的外圈设有第一环形弹簧,在第一环形弹簧的作用下,所述第一密封唇朝向轴心内缩收缩,与轴头的外壁相抵。

本发明的有益效果:本发明通过十字轴本体、轴承外圈、内油封、防尘罩、滚针和储油腔等的配合,便于润滑,保证滚针的润滑状态,延长万向节的使用寿命,而且能够有效的防尘。
1、在十字轴本体内设计储油腔,可存放润滑油脂,通过润滑油通道可将润滑油脂导入到轴承外圈与轴头之间的区域内,与滚针组件相接触达到润滑的效果,便于维护。
2、对轴承外圈结构进行优化设计,在其内壁增设布油槽能够进一步地保证内部油脂分别均匀,保证润滑效果。
3、储油环槽,可增大储油量。
4、通过对内油封、防尘罩结构的优化设计,实现多重密封,能够有效的防尘,并且避免内部润滑油脂泄漏。

本发明一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节的工作原理为:通过注油嘴可向储油腔内可存放润滑油脂,润滑油脂可通过润滑油通道导入到轴承外圈与轴头之间的区域内,与滚针组件相接触。布油槽20内的储油环槽21能够进一步地保证内部油脂分别均匀,提高润滑效果。通过在内油封3、防尘罩4上增设金属骨架,能够增大内油封、防尘罩的结构强度。Y字密封体322的第一密封唇323、第二密封唇321能够与轴头11相紧密配合,Y字密封体322的密封长唇324可与防尘罩4相紧密配合,密封凸起421能够与内油封相紧密配合,从而实现多重密封。增设第二环形弹簧326,可以使Y字密封体保持与轴头、防尘罩保持相抵状态,实现密封补偿。另外设置第一环形弹簧325,达到二级补偿的效果,能够有效的防尘。

7.如权利要求3所述的一种便于润滑维护的十字轴万向节,其特征在于:所述防尘罩(4)包括第二金属骨架(41)、第二密封件(42),所述第二金属骨架(41)的外圈设有第二外圈骨架(411),内圈设有第二内圈骨架(412),所述第二内圈骨架(412)朝向内油封(3)的一侧设有向内圈延伸的折边(413),所述密封长唇(324)与折边(413)的外壁侧相紧密配合,所述第二外圈骨架(411)的内侧设有第二密封件(42),所述第二密封件(42)的内侧设有密封凸起(421),所述密封凸起(421)与第一外圈骨架(311)的外壁相紧密配合。
