Abstract
A method for quickly replacing a steel rope of a hook beam of a gantry crane comprises the following steps: horizontally placing the gantry hook beam to the ground to enable the steel rope to be in a loose state; removing a steel rope pressing plate bolt on one side of the winding drum, and tying the rope head to the ground; cutting off a section of the head of the old steel rope tied to the ground, and welding the rope head of the new steel rope with the rope head of the old steel rope on the winding drum; all new steel ropes are pulled into the movable pulley block and the fixed pulley block, and 3-5 circles of new steel ropes are wound on the other side of the winding drum; hoisting the new steel rope at the rope outlet, descending the winding drum, and cutting off the joints of the new and old steel ropes; rotating the winding drum to descend, tying all the old steel ropes to the ground, and detaching the steel rope pressing plate bolt on the other side of the winding drum; and respectively installing two rope ends of the new steel rope on the steel rope pressing plate bolts at two sides of the winding drum. The invention saves manpower and improves the automation level of crane maintenance. The steel ropes can be updated simultaneously, and the maintenance operation speed is high. The connection of the new and old steel ropes is reliable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of common bridge cranes, and particularly relates to a method for quickly replacing a steel rope of a hook beam of a gantry crane.
Background
The main hoisting and the auxiliary hoisting of 2 double 35t automatic rotary feeding cranes of a converter of a branch plant of a steel-making main plant are respectively provided with 2 groups of synchronous rotary drums, 1 steel rope is respectively arranged on 4 groups of drums, a 4-multiplying-power movable pulley block is adopted on a hook beam, a fixed sliding group is 3 pieces, the diameter phi of the steel rope is 16mm, the length is 220m, and the service cycle of the steel rope is 6 months. When the steel rope is replaced, the old steel rope is cut and pulled out, the rope head of the new steel rope is threaded through the movable pulley, the rope head is pulled to the fixed pulley with the height of 25m by manpower, the process is repeated, and finally the rope head 2 is fixed on the winding drum. After the 1 group is worn out, the next 1 group is sequentially replaced point by point, and the process needs to be repeated for 4 times. The procedure of manual steel rope replacement is complicated, the steel rope winding mode is easy to make mistakes, the operation time is long, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for quickly replacing a steel rope of a hook beam of a gantry crane, which can accurately and efficiently update 4 steel ropes simultaneously, adopts electric drive to replace manual traction, greatly improves the efficiency of steel rope replacement operation, saves manpower and creates favorable conditions for production.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for quickly replacing a steel rope of a hook beam of a gantry crane comprises the following steps:
1) horizontally placing the gantry hook beam to the ground to enable the steel rope to be in a loose and unstressed state;
2) after a steel rope pressing plate bolt on one side of the winding drum is removed, a rope head of a steel rope on the side is tied to the ground;
3) cutting off a section of the head of the old steel rope tied to the ground, drawing out the rope head of the new steel rope in the steel rope roller, and welding the rope head of the new steel rope with the rope head of the old steel rope going from the winding drum;
4) rotating the winding drum, completely dragging the new steel rope into the movable pulley block and the fixed pulley block, stopping rotating after the new steel rope is wound into the other side of the winding drum for 3-5 circles, and then completely winding the old steel rope onto the winding drum;
5) hoisting a new steel rope at a rope outlet hole below the winding drum, descending the winding drum, cutting off joints of the new and old steel ropes, and taking the new steel rope out of the winding drum;
6) rotating the winding drum to descend, tying all the old steel cables to the ground, then removing the steel cable pressure plate bolt on the other side of the winding drum, and detaching the other end of the old steel cables from the winding drum;
7) and respectively installing two rope ends of the new steel rope on the steel rope pressing plate bolts at two sides of the winding drum.
A method for rapidly replacing a steel cable of a gantry crane hook beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the head of the old steel cable tied to the ground is cut off by 10-20m in the step 3).
In the step 5), after taking out the new steel rope from the reel, descending the reel to ensure that all the old steel ropes on the reel descend to the ground; connecting the rope head of the other end of the new steel rope in the steel rope roller with the rope head of the old steel rope to lift the winding drum, simultaneously drawing the rope head of the new steel rope to the vicinity of the winding drum, and stopping; after the lifting ropes are respectively tied, the rope ends of the new and old steel ropes are separated.
The descending height of the reel in the step 5) is 500-600 mm.
And 5) hoisting a new steel rope at the rope outlet hole below the winding drum by using a hoisting rope with a U-shaped snap ring at the bottom.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the electric drive is adopted to replace a manual traction steel rope, so that the labor is saved, and the automatic maintenance level of the crane is improved.
2)4 steel ropes can be updated simultaneously, and the maintenance operation speed is high.
3) The connection of the new steel rope and the old steel rope is reliable, and the new steel rope can not be reversely or wrongly inserted into the pulley groove by using the old rope with the new rope in the replacement process.

Detailed Description
The following examples are provided to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention:
the embodiment of the invention is a method for quickly replacing a steel rope of a four-point duplex gantry hook beam, which is shown in the figures 1-4 and comprises the following steps:
1) horizontally placing the four-point duplex gantry hook beam to the ground to enable the steel rope to be in a loose and unstressed state;
after the four-point duplex gantry lifting hook beam is placed on the ground, the rope outlet hole of the 4-point movable pulley block is kept in a horizontal state, automatic in and out is facilitated, scraping and grinding are not needed, the hook beam is stable, and the instability problem caused by external force is avoided.
2) And (4) removing the steel rope pressing plate bolts 1 on one side of the 4 groups of winding drums, and tying the rope ends of the steel ropes on the side to the ground.
3) The head of the old steel rope 2 tied to the ground is cut off by gas welding, the head of the new steel rope 5 in the steel rope roller is drawn out, and the heads of the 4 new steel ropes 5 are welded with the heads of the 4 old steel ropes 2 which are wound on the reel (as shown in fig. 4).
4) And rotating the winding drum, completely dragging 4 new steel ropes 5 into the movable pulley block 3 and the fixed pulley block 4, stopping rotating after the new steel ropes 5 are wound into the other side of the winding drum for 3-5 circles, and completely winding the old steel ropes 2 onto the winding drum at the moment.
5) Respectively hoisting the new steel ropes 5 at the rope outlet holes below the 4 reels, descending the reels, cutting the joints of the new and old steel ropes by using gas welding, taking the new steel ropes 5 out of the reels, and reeling.
6) And rotating the winding drum to descend, tying all the old steel cables 2 to the ground, then removing the steel cable press plate bolt 1 on the other side of the winding drum, and removing the other ends of the old steel cables 2 from the winding drum.
7) Two ends of 4 new steel ropes 5 are respectively arranged on the steel rope pressing plate bolts 1 at two sides of the winding drum.
The head of the old steel rope 2 tied to the ground is cut off by 10-20m in the step 3).
In the step 5), after taking out the new steel rope from the reel, descending the reel to enable all 4 old steel ropes on the reel to descend to the ground, and reeling the old steel ropes; connecting the rope head of the other end of the new steel rope in the steel rope roller with the rope head of the old steel rope to lift the winding drum, simultaneously drawing the rope heads of the 4 new steel ropes to the vicinity of the winding drum, and stopping; after the lifting ropes are respectively tied, the rope ends of the new and old steel ropes are separated.
The descending height of the reel in the step 5) is 500-600 mm.
And 5) hoisting the new steel rope at the rope outlet below the winding drum by adopting 4 groups of hoisting ropes with U-shaped clamp rings at the bottoms.
The steel rope pressing plate bolt 1 is sunk into the winding drum and partially fixed, and when the rope head is disassembled, only the nut is unscrewed. After the new steel rope is installed, the fixing reliability cannot be reduced.
The adjacent steel ropes adopt steel ropes with different rotating directions, so that the internal force of the steel ropes can be eliminated, and the hanger is prevented from rotating and exerting strength.
The original length of 4 steel ropes has the condition of length difference, and after the steel ropes are changed on site, the height between the centers of the 4 plate hooks and the ground is deviated. Before each steel rope fixes the 2 nd rope head, all 4 steel ropes are lifted to ensure that the heights of all points are equal to the ground, the rope heads with the same length are reserved after the steel ropes are fixed on a drum pressing plate, after a lifting appliance is lifted, a lifting hook beam is automatically in a horizontal state, the heights of the centers of 4 plate hooks are equal, and the lengths of the 4 steel ropes can be adjusted on site by the method to ensure that the lengths of the 4 steel ropes are equal and the lengths are the same without additionally adjusting the steel ropes.
Claims (5)
1. A method for quickly replacing a steel rope of a gantry crane hook beam is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) horizontally placing the gantry hook beam to the ground to enable the steel rope to be in a loose and unstressed state;
2) after a steel rope pressing plate bolt on one side of the winding drum is removed, a rope head of a steel rope on the side is tied to the ground;
3) cutting off a section of the head of the old steel rope tied to the ground, drawing out the rope head of the new steel rope in the steel rope roller, and welding the rope head of the new steel rope with the rope head of the old steel rope going from the winding drum;
4) rotating the winding drum, completely dragging the new steel rope into the movable pulley block and the fixed pulley block, stopping rotating after the new steel rope is wound into the other side of the winding drum for 3-5 circles, and then completely winding the old steel rope onto the winding drum;
5) hoisting a new steel rope at a rope outlet hole below the winding drum, descending the winding drum, cutting off joints of the new and old steel ropes, and taking the new steel rope out of the winding drum;
6) rotating the winding drum to descend, tying all the old steel cables to the ground, then removing the steel cable pressure plate bolt on the other side of the winding drum, and detaching the other end of the old steel cables from the winding drum;
7) and respectively installing two rope ends of the new steel rope on the steel rope pressing plate bolts at two sides of the winding drum.
2. A method for rapidly replacing a steel cable of a gantry crane hook beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the head of the old steel cable tied to the ground is cut off by 10-20m in the step 3).

A method for rapidly replacing a steel cable of a gantry crane hook beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein in said step 5), after taking out the new steel cable from the reel, the reel is lowered to make all the old steel cable on the reel fall to the ground; connecting the rope head of the other end of the new steel rope in the steel rope roller with the rope head of the old steel rope to lift the winding drum, simultaneously drawing the rope head of the new steel rope to the vicinity of the winding drum, and stopping; after the lifting ropes are respectively tied, the rope ends of the new and old steel ropes are separated.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lowering height of the reel in step 5) is 500-600 mm.
5. A method for rapidly replacing a steel cable of a gantry crane hook beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step 5) is performed by hoisting a new steel cable at a cable exit hole below the drum by using a hoisting rope with a U-shaped clasp at the bottom.
