The diameter of the steel wire rope of the main hoisting system of the tower crane is 36mm, the length of the steel wire rope is 66m, and the weight of the steel wire rope is about 3.4 t.
The method is safe, efficient, simple and economical, and is suitable for replacing the steel wire ropes of medium and large tower cranes and other similar mechanical equipment. The whole process has low requirements on tools, operators and the like, has general real-time performance, and can control the implementation process. The current industry needs to rapidly and safely solve the practical problem of the scientific and technological achievement.
In the implementation process of the method, consumable materials are not needed, the used tools, materials and the like have turnover and universality, and any special materials or tools are not needed; the whole process needs 6 operators to cooperate, and no special skill requirement is required on the operators. The power of a winch of a main hoisting system of the tower crane is mainly used in the implementation process of the scientific and technological achievement, and the construction period is short. The method provided by the invention is mainly matched with the power and manpower of the main hoisting system of the tower crane in the implementation process, and has certain energy-saving benefit.
Claims (6)
1. A method for replacing a main hoisting system steel wire rope of a large tower crane is characterized in that a tower crane main hoisting winch arranged on the tower crane is adopted to provide hoisting power, a new steel wire rope is pulled, an old steel wire rope is recovered, the new steel wire rope is wound, and the main hoisting system steel wire rope is wound in a penetrating mode, so that the old steel wire rope and the new steel wire rope can mutually help to realize interchange, and the replacement of the main hoisting steel wire rope of the large tower crane can be completed without the cooperation of other hoisting machinery, and the specific method comprises the following steps:
(1) construction preparation: all old steel wire ropes of a main hoisting system of the tower crane are received on a main hoisting winch drum of the tower crane; placing a new steel wire rope reel with a new steel wire rope and an empty steel wire rope reel for collecting old steel wire ropes on the ground below a tower crane balance arm;
defining one end of an old steel wire rope fixed on a winding drum of the main hoisting winch as an old steel wire A end, and the other end of the old steel wire rope fixed on the winding drum of the main hoisting winch as an old steel wire B end; defining one end of a new steel wire rope fixed on the new steel wire rope reel as a new steel wire rope A end, and the other end of the new steel wire rope fixed on the new steel wire rope reel as a new steel wire rope B end;
(2) and (3) dragging the new steel wire rope: connecting the end B of an old steel wire rope with one end of a guide rope, and sliding the other end of the guide rope onto the ground; the main hoisting winch of the tower crane starts to pay off the rope, simultaneously drags and draws a guide rope sliding to the ground, and takes the guide rope as a guide to enable an old steel wire rope to fall down according to the required space and direction until the end B of the old steel wire rope falls to the position of a new steel wire rope reel on the ground, the main hoisting winch of the tower crane stops paying off the rope, the end B of the old steel wire rope is disconnected with the guide rope, and the end B of the old steel wire rope is connected with the end B of a new steel wire rope;
the tower crane main hoisting winch starts to take up the rope, the B end of the new steel wire rope is lifted to the position of the tower crane main hoisting winch, a section of new steel wire rope at the lower part of the B end of the new steel wire rope is fixed on a tower crane balance arm frame near the tower crane main hoisting winch, and the connection between the B end of the old steel wire rope and the B end of the new steel wire rope is removed;
connecting the end B of the old steel wire rope with one end of a guide rope, and sliding the other end of the guide rope onto the ground;
(3) and (3) recovering the old steel wire rope: the main hoisting winch of the tower crane starts to pay off the rope, simultaneously pulls the guide rope which slips to the ground, and takes the guide rope as the guide to enable the old steel wire rope to fall down according to the required space and direction until the end B of the old steel wire rope falls to the position of the empty steel wire rope reel on the ground, the main hoisting winch of the tower crane stops paying off the rope, the connection between the end B of the old steel wire rope and the guide rope is untied, and the end B of the old steel wire rope is fixed on the empty steel wire rope reel;
the tower crane main lifts the winch to continue releasing the rope, rotates the empty steel wire rope reel and orderly winds the old steel wire rope onto the empty steel wire rope reel; when the old steel wire rope has a certain length on the main hoisting winch of the tower crane, fixing a section of the old steel wire rope at the lower part of the A end of the old steel wire rope on a balance arm frame of the tower crane near the main hoisting winch, and then removing the A end of the old steel wire rope from a fixed point on a winding drum of the main hoisting winch;
(4) winding a new steel wire rope: fixing the B end of a new steel wire rope on a main hoisting winch of the tower crane, removing the connection between the new steel wire rope and a balance arm frame of the tower crane, and starting to take up the rope by the main hoisting winch of the tower crane until the new steel wire rope is completely wound on a winding drum of the main hoisting winch of the tower crane;
connecting the A end of a new steel wire rope with the A end of an old steel wire rope, removing the connection between the A end of the old steel wire rope and a balance arm frame of a tower crane, starting releasing the rope by a main hoisting winch of the tower crane, and orderly and completely dropping the old steel wire rope on the ground and winding the old steel wire rope on a corresponding empty steel wire rope winding drum; the connection between the A end of the new steel wire rope and the A end of the old steel wire rope is removed, and the main hoisting winch starts to take up the rope until the new steel wire rope is completely wound on a winding drum of the main hoisting winch;
(5) threading and winding of a steel wire rope of a main hoisting system of the tower crane: and (5) threading the new steel wire rope to the main hoisting system, and finishing construction.
2. The method for replacing the steel wire rope of the main hoisting system of the large tower crane according to claim 1, wherein the step (2) of connecting the B end of the old steel wire rope with the B end of the new steel wire rope and the step (4) of connecting the a end of the new steel wire rope with the a end of the old steel wire rope are specifically as follows:
overlapping the A end of the new steel wire rope with the A end of the old steel wire rope, or overlapping the B end of the new steel wire rope with the B end of the old steel wire rope; the total length of the lap joint is 1000-1500mm, the lap joint is fixed by a plurality of steel wire rope chucks, and the distance between every two adjacent steel wire rope chucks is 6-7 times of the diameter of the steel wire rope.

The method for replacing the steel wire rope of the main hoisting system of the large tower crane according to claim 1, wherein in the construction preparation process in the step (1), the tower crane is operated to rotate the balance arm of the tower crane to a position where the lower ground is relatively open; and setting the new wire rope reel and the empty wire rope reel on the empty ground below the balance arm of the tower crane.

The method for replacing the steel wire rope of the main hoisting system of the large tower crane according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2) of pulling the new steel wire rope, a section of the new steel wire rope at the lower part of the B end of the new steel wire rope is fixed on a tower crane balance arm frame near a tower crane main hoisting winch, and specifically comprises the following steps: and fixing the new steel wire rope at the position of not less than 3m below the B end of the new steel wire rope on a tower crane balance arm frame near the main hoisting winch through a steel wire rope head, a shackle and a steel wire rope chuck.

The method for replacing the steel wire rope of the main hoisting system of the large tower crane according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3) of recovering the old steel wire rope, a section of the old steel wire rope at the lower part of the A end of the old steel wire rope is fixed on a tower crane balance arm frame near a main hoisting winch, and the method comprises the following steps: when the old steel wire rope is left for 2-5m on the main hoisting winch of the tower crane, the old steel wire rope at least 3m below the A end of the old steel wire rope is fixed on a balance arm frame of the tower crane near the main hoisting winch through a steel wire rope head, a shackle and a steel wire rope chuck.
6. The method for replacing the steel wire rope of the main hoisting system of the large tower crane according to claim 1, wherein the guide rope in the steps (2) and (3) is hemp rope; the length of the guide rope is greater than the height of the large tower crane.
