Referring to fig. 9, a conveying belt 41 is disposed in the drying tunnel 4, the conveying belt 41 drives the wine cover to move in the drying tunnel 4, the drying tunnel 4 is provided with a heating chamber 42, heated air is generated by an air heater and introduced into the heating chamber 42 to dry the wine cover, preferably, the drying temperature is controlled to be 40-50 ℃, most of the wine cover is plastic products, the wine cover is deformed due to an excessively high temperature, the drying effect is guaranteed at 40-50 ℃, high-temperature deformation of the wine cover can be prevented, and the wine cover is transferred out of the drying tunnel 4 through the blanking device 5 after the drying treatment.
Referring to fig. 10, the blanking device 5 includes a frame 51 and a slide rail 52 arranged on the frame 51, the slide rail 52 is provided with a slide block 53, a cross beam 54 is connected between the two slide blocks 53, a blanking suction rod 54 is connected to the middle of the cross beam 54, a blanking suction cup 56 is connected to the bottom of the blanking suction rod 54, a servo motor is arranged at the end of the slide rail 52, the slide block 53 is connected with the servo motor through a screw rod 57, and the servo motor controls the slide block 53 to slide on the slide rail through the screw rod. The blanking sucker 56 absorbs the wine cover dried at the tail end of the drying tunnel 4, and the wine cover is transferred to the production line along with the sliding 53 for the next packaging.
In this embodiment, the wine lid cleaning device further includes a console electrically connected to the motors, the cylinder, the external water pump, and the air heater, respectively, and providing automatic control.
The automatic process is carried out through the control console, wherein the time that the turntable 7 drives the wine cover clamping device 27 to rotate for 1 time at intervals is T, and the cleaning process comprises the following steps:

s3: 2, rotating the turntable for 2 times, transferring the wine cover subjected to leakage detection in the step S2 from the leakage detection station 22 to a water washing station 23 through a wine cover clamping device 27, and placing the wine cover on a water washing nozzle 232, wherein the water washing nozzle 232 washes the interior of the wine cover for T;
s4: rotating the turntable for the 3 rd time, transferring the wine cover washed by the water S3 from the water washing station 23 to the water absorption station 23 through the wine cover clamping device 27, placing the wine cover on the water suction nozzle 242, and absorbing water inside the wine cover by starting the negative pressure device for a time T;
s5: rotating the turntable for the 4 th time, transferring the wine cover after water is absorbed by S4 from the water absorption station 23 to the water cutting station 24 through the wine cover clamping device 27, placing the wine cover on the water cutting nozzle 252, and cutting water for a time T for residual water in the wine cover by starting the mechanical pressurizing device;
s6: and (3) rotating the turntable for the 5 th time, transferring the wine cover subjected to water cutting in the step S5 from the water cutting station 24 to the blanking station 25 through the wine cover clamping device 27, transferring the wine cover to the drying tunnel through the connecting line, and drying the wine cover at a low temperature for a period of T.
And S7, rotating the turntable for 6 th, 7 th and 8 th times, and enabling the wine cover clamping device 27 to enter the feeding station 21 again after rotating for two vacant positions.
The turntable 7 is provided with 8 wine cover clamping devices 27, the chassis is provided with 8 stations and vacant positions, and each wine cover clamping device 27 operates in a circulating mode.
