Description

Granule for treating diarrhea and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diarrhea particles, and particularly relates to particles for treating diarrhea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diarrhea occurs during menstruation because gastrointestinal dysfunction due to excessive release of prostaglandins in the body causes diarrhea, even nausea and vomiting, and dysmenorrhea, which is involved and uncomfortable with gastrointestinal function, occurs due to uterine contraction during menstruation. Such a situation will end in 3-5 days without affecting the health. However, the diarrhea is more frequent, various functions of the body are affected to different degrees, and the menstrual diarrhea needs to be treated better earlier.
Spicy, pungent foods, including uncooked foods, are consumed as little as possible during menstruation to avoid conditions that aggravate dysmenorrhea and cause severe diarrhea.
The pathogenesis of menstrual diarrhea is greatly different from that of acute diarrhea caused by intestinal infection and the like, and the medicines for the menstrual diarrhea are studied, so that a plurality of medicines for the acute diarrhea caused by common intestinal infection and the like are available in the market at present, and the medicines for the menstrual diarrhea are not available. Due to different pathogenic mechanisms and more contraindications in menstrual periods, common acute diarrhea drugs have large side effects and even aggravate the occurrence of dysmenorrhea, and the development of antidiarrheal drugs for menstrual diarrhea is urgently needed.

Three, typical cases
Case one: when a woman is in 26 years old, the woman always feels defecated before and after menstruation, diarrhea can occur from the first day to the third day of the menstrual period, the diarrhea is accompanied by the conditions of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility, cold hands and feet, dizziness, vomiting and lumbago till the woman cannot get up, the duration of the lumbago till the woman cannot get up reaches 3 days, and the diarrhea is repeatedly attacked for many years and is difficult to radically cure. After the diarrhea particles are taken for 1 time in the same day in the menstrual period, the states of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility, cold hands and feet, dizziness and vomiting can be effectively relieved, and the diarrhea does not occur in the same day; the medicine can be taken for 2 days, once a day, to relieve lumbago; the medicine is continuously taken for 4 months, and no recurrence occurs in half a year.
Case two: when a woman is 16 years old, the woman always feels defecated around menstruation, diarrhea can appear from the first day to the second day of the menstrual period, the situation of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility, cold hands and feet and cold fear is also accompanied, the duration time of the sweating due to debility reaches 3 days, and the woman has recurrent attacks for many years and is difficult to radically cure. The diarrhea granule is taken for 1 time in the menstrual period on the day, and the diarrhea does not exist on the day of taking the medicine; the bellyache, the sweating due to debility and the cold state of hands and feet can be effectively relieved, and the discomfort in the menstrual period can be completely relieved by continuously taking the medicine for 2 days once a day; the medicine is taken continuously for five months without recurrence in half a year.
Case three: when a woman is in age of 45, sweating always occurs in the middle and at night before the menstrual period, watery diarrhea occurs in the first day of the menstrual period, the frequency of diarrhea reaches five times a day, and the watery diarrhea is accompanied with the conditions of abdominal pain, dizziness, vomiting and nausea, and the watery diarrhea attacks are repeated for many years, so that the watery diarrhea is difficult to cure radically. After the diarrhea granules are taken for 1 time in the same day in the menstrual period, the states of abdominal pain, dizziness, vomiting and nausea can be effectively relieved, and the diarrhea does not exist in the same day; the medicine is continuously taken for 3 months, and no recurrence occurs in half a year.
Case four: wuzhi, women, age 32, watery diarrhea in the first to third days of the menstrual period, with symptoms of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility, and cold hands and feet, repeatedly attacks for many years and is difficult to cure radically. When the diarrhea particles are taken for 1 time in the current day in the menstrual period, the diarrhea state in the current day is obviously relieved, and the diarrhea is reduced from the original diarrhea 5 times in the day to the diarrhea 2 times in the day; the medicine is taken for 2 days continuously, once a day, the condition of watery diarrhea can be relieved, and the conditions of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility and cold hands and feet can be effectively relieved; the medicine is continuously taken for 3 months, and no recurrence occurs in half a year.
Case five: when a woman ages 19 years old and has a sense of stool before and after menstruation, diarrhea occurs in the first day of the menstrual period, the symptoms of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility and cold hands and feet are also accompanied, the menstrual condition cannot be effectively improved by taking various Chinese and western medicines, and the Chinese and western medicines are repeatedly attacked for many years and are difficult to radically cure. After the diarrhea particles are taken for 1 time in the same day in the menstrual period, the states of abdominal pain, sweating due to debility and cold hands and feet can be effectively relieved, and the diarrhea does not occur in the same day; the medicine is taken continuously for 3 months, and is taken once every first day during the menstrual period, so that the bad conditions in the menstrual period can be relieved, and no relapse occurs in half a year.
Six cases: when a certain Chua woman is in 34 years old, the woman always feels defecate before and after menstruation, watery diarrhea appears from the first day to the second day of the menstruation, the watery diarrhea is also accompanied with severe abdominal pain and excessive sweating due to debility, the upper garment can be wetted, and the watery diarrhea is repeatedly attacked for many years and is difficult to radically cure. After the diarrhea granules are taken for 1 time in the same day in the menstrual period, the states of abdominal pain and sweating due to debility can be effectively relieved, and the diarrhea does not occur in the same day; the medicine can be taken for 2 days, once a day, to relieve sweating due to debility; the medicine is taken continuously for 4 months, and is taken once every first day during the menstrual period, so that the bad conditions in the menstrual period can be relieved, and no relapse occurs in half a year.
According to the effect verification results, the particles for treating diarrhea and the preparation method thereof are scientifically combined by six traditional Chinese medicines, namely, the bracken, the motherwort, the turmeric root-tuber, the dendrobium officinale, the poria cocos and the red dates, and have the effects of relieving diarrhea during menstrual period, relieving dysmenorrheal and promoting blood circulation to regulate menstruation. The dendrobium officinale, the poria cocos and the red dates are added to regulate the effects of prostaglandin secretion, the secretion amount of prostaglandin can be effectively reduced, menstrual diarrhea and abdominal pain can be fundamentally relieved, the drug effect can be greatly increased, the drug effect duration is about 24 hours, the drug administration frequency can be reduced to once a day, and the side effects are smaller; the auxiliary materials comprise stevioside, soluble starch, maltodextrin and ethanol, and the stevioside is used for regulating the sweetness of the diarrhea granules; when the weight ratio of the soluble starch to the maltodextrin is 2:1, the qualification rate of drying granulation can be greatly improved, the prepared diarrhea granules have more uniform granularity, are not easy to crush in the transportation process, and the product quality is higher.
