taking 500g of aloe leaves, cleaning the aloe leaves with clear water, airing the aloe leaves, and naturally drying the aloe leaves to remove residual moisture on the surface;
peeling the air-dried aloe leaves longitudinally from the middle, extruding the pulp in the peeling process to drip the aloe juice, wherein the extruding operation can be repeatedly carried out, the collection amount of the aloe juice is increased, and a glass container is selected for collection;
heating the collected aloe juice at 45-55 deg.C for 5-8 min;

adding 1-2% active carbon into the mixed solution, mixing, reacting for 15-25min, and drying for 4-6min to obtain colorless clear liquid;
and (3) concentrating the colorless clear liquid until the clear liquid is in a solid state, standing for reaction to obtain citric acid crystals, and finally drying for 25-35min to obtain the required citric acid.
