The three-way pipe 74 penetrates through the mounting plate 14 to be fixedly connected with outlets of the seed storage box 8 and the soil storage box 9, the upper end of the three-way pipe 74 is directly communicated with the outlet of the seed storage box 8, the side surface of the three-way pipe is in bypass connection with the outlet of the soil storage box 9, the upper end of the sliding seed guide pipe 71 is inserted into the three-way pipe 74, the lower end of the sliding seed guide pipe is inserted into the seed sowing pipe 72, and the sliding seed guide pipe slides up and down along with the second lifting plate 77 under the driving of the second lifting cylinder 771. The bottom of the seed tube 72 is a conical cylinder surrounded by a triangular flip 721, and the triangular flip 721 is arranged at the opening of the seed tube 72 through a torsion spring and is turned on by the downward pressing of the sliding seed guide tube 71. The seed tube 72 is lifted and lowered by a first lifting cylinder 761 through a through hole provided in the slide plate 7 and adapted thereto.
Referring to fig. 4, a rotary feed groove roller 10 is arranged in the seed storage box 8 and the soil storage box 9, the rotary feed groove roller 10 comprises a rotary roller 101 and seed storage or soil storage grooves 102 distributed on the rotary roller 101, 4 groups of the seed storage or soil storage grooves 102 are arranged, and the number of the seed storage or soil storage grooves 102 in each group corresponds to the number of the seed sowing pipes 72 and the sliding seed guiding pipes 71; the rotating roller 101 is connected with a matching motor positioned outside the seed storage box 8 or the soil storage box 9.
The working principle of the integrated machine for ridging, mulching, sowing and covering the rice is that after the film is pressed on the ground, the tractor 1 moves forward, the ridging roller 2 turns over the soil to ridge up the soil, and the covering and soil-feeding mechanism 3 takes soil from the turned-up soil with the help of the soil scraping plate 33 and the covering belt 32 and transports the soil to the soil storage box 8. The soil preparation pressing roller 4 is used for leveling the soil rolling ridge. The plastic film is rolled and pulled by the film pressing wheel 52, and is unfolded and laid flat from the film wheel 5 by the aid of the rubbing wheel 53. Meanwhile, a front shield 61 of the film pressing and soil feeding mechanism drags the ditch, a film pressing and soil scraping plate 63 scrapes soil, the soil is conveyed backwards by a film pressing belt 62, and two sides of a plastic film are covered by a cover. The rotary feed chute roller 10 rotates, a certain amount of rice seeds fall into the seed sowing pipe 72, the sliding plate 7 moves backwards during sowing so as to compensate the speed difference, the first lifting plate 76 drives the seed sowing pipe 72 to vertically punch holes in the ground, then the sliding seed guide pipe 71 descends and props open a turnover cover 721 at the bottom of the seed sowing pipe 72, the rice seeds fall into the soil, meanwhile, the upper end of the sliding seed guide pipe 71 is lower than a bypass port, an outlet of the soil storage box 9 is opened, and the soil then falls and covers the seeds. When the lifting device is reset, the second lifting cylinder 771 does not act, the first lifting cylinder 761 resets, the first lifting plate 76, the second lifting plate 77, the seed sowing pipe 72 and the sliding seed guide pipe 71 rise simultaneously, the opening state of the flip 721 is kept, and the soil covering is prevented from being clamped. After the lifting cylinder is higher than the ground, the second lifting cylinder 771 moves and resets. Covering soil after sowing, and covering a plastic film to form a multi-point pressed film. After reaching another place, the film cutter 51 cuts off the plastic film, and when the film cutter is lifted, the plastic film is covered with soil naturally and covered with the plastic film, and the soil covering can be strengthened manually, so that the covering is firm.
The integrated machine for ridging, film covering, sowing and seed covering of rice has the advantages of simple and compact structure, low manufacturing cost and convenient operation and installation, realizes integrated mechanical ridging, film covering, sowing and seed covering of dry-land rice seeds, is suitable for spacing and quantitative rice sowing in dry land by cooperation of all devices, and has high working efficiency, low labor intensity and high seedling emergence and seedling protection rate.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the seed tube 72 and the sliding plate 7 are improved on the basis of the first embodiment, a film cutting sleeve 73 is fixedly sleeved on the seed tube 72, and through holes matched with the film cutting sleeve 73 in number and structure are formed in the sliding plate 7. When the integrated machine for ridging, film covering, sowing and seed covering of rice works, the plastic film is downwards bundled by the seed discharging tube 72 to be punched, the film cutting sleeve 73 can cut regular round holes on the plastic film while the holes are bundled, so that the plastic film is prevented from being torn, and after sowing and soil covering, the plastic film is sleeved on the seed discharging tube 72 to be taken away, thereby being beneficial to drilling rice seedlings out of soil.
