技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造轴向滑动轴承部件、特别是内燃机曲轴中的止推垫圈(Anlaufscheibe)的方法,该轴向滑动轴承部件带有特别是钢制的支撑层和涂覆在该支撑层上的由青铜、黄铜或铝合金制成的轴承金属层和涂覆在该轴承金属层上的基于聚合物的润滑漆层,该润滑漆层必要时带有改善摩擦特性的填充物质,其中,包括支撑层和轴承金属层的复合材料被提供为金属的扁平材料,其中,由该扁平材料冲裁出与要制造的轴向滑动轴承的造型相应的板坯区段,其中,用润滑漆给该板坯区段涂层,用于形成润滑漆层。
背景技术
根据已知的方法,对于这里提到的轴向滑动轴承部件,例如通过喷淋润滑漆来涂覆和制造润滑漆层。为了也在边缘实现润滑漆层的足够厚度,必须特意地超过边缘喷淋。但于是在这种情况下,润滑漆通常由于重力而在板坯区段的侧向边缘面向下流淌,这当然是并非所愿的。为了避免此点,已提出,采用丝网印刷方法通过型板把润滑漆涂覆到相关的板坯区段上。在此,型板与板坯区段的边缘区域交叠,从而不能给整个表面涂层,即不能涂层到板坯区段的几何边缘,这同样被视为不利的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种可以用来实现用润滑漆高质量地给板坯区段涂层的方法,其中,该方法能以经济的方式实施,而不会出现前述的缺点。
根据本发明,该目的通过所述类型的方法得以实现,该方法的特征在于:采用辊压方法,使用在板坯区段上滚动的涂覆辊把润滑漆涂覆到板坯区段上;为了将润滑漆涂覆到涂覆辊上,配给辊在涂覆辊上滚动,并且把润滑漆输入到由此形成的辊间隙中;当涂覆辊在板坯区段上滚动时,实现对板坯区段的涂层,直至板坯区段的参照轧制方向处于前面的和后面的边缘及两侧的边缘。通过使用要求保护的涂覆辊和配给辊,可以在涂覆辊的表面上形成可非常精确地调节的具有均匀厚度的润滑漆膜,该润滑漆膜通过涂覆辊相对于板坯区段的滚动而把均匀的润滑漆量排出至板坯区段。通过使得涂覆辊相对于板坯区段滚动,可以用润滑漆给板坯区段的暴露于涂覆辊的整个平面侧面涂层,即给其整个轴承金属层涂层,直至边缘,确切地说,不会有多余的润滑漆在板坯区段的侧翼向下流而污染板坯区段和底垫。
表明有利的是,涂覆辊位置固定地设置,但可被驱动旋转,并且板坯区段借助运送和供应机构可平移地且相切地被引至涂覆辊并经过该涂覆辊,从而涂覆辊可以在板坯区段上滚动。为此,在作为运送和供应机构的运送带上以可精确调节的输送速度来输送所述板坯区段或多个板坯区段。在涂覆辊相对于相应的板坯区段滚动的区域中,运送和供应机构由合适的从下面作用的、在一定程度上作为对应轴承的支持件予以支撑,从而在涂覆辊与板坯区段的接触区域中可以设定准确的参数,比如辊间隙的大小、顶压压力。
优选地,涂覆辊具有由耐受溶剂的、特别是耐受NEP的聚合物材料构成的表面。
该表面优选具有Rz=15μm-50μm特别是20μm-40μm的粗糙度。
此外表明有利的是,涂覆辊具有略微挠性的表面,其方式为,涂覆辊的表面具有至少35、特别是至少40、尤其至少45且至多65、特别是至多60、尤其至多55的肖氏硬度。
此外表明有利的是,涂覆辊的直径大于配给辊的直径。
在此表明有利的是,涂覆辊的直径为100mm-250mm、特别是100mm-200mm、尤其100mm-150mm;和/或配给辊的直径为50-150cm、特别是80mm-120mm。
此外表明有利的是,配给辊具有由金属、特别是抛光钢构成的表面。
此外在处理工艺上表明有利的是,涂覆辊的直径为待涂层的板坯区段的最大尺寸的1.5倍至4.0倍,特别是2.0倍至3.0倍。
通过调节前述参数可考虑的是,在一个唯一的涂覆步骤中,通过使得涂覆辊在板坯区段上滚动来涂覆润滑漆,以便形成润滑漆层。为了产生在至少5μm、特别是至少8μm且优选至多15μm、特别是至多12μm的范围内尤其在大约10μm的范围内的层厚度,此外表明有利的是,在两个相继的由配给辊和涂覆辊构成的装置中涂覆润滑漆。因而可以相继地涂覆两个润滑漆涂层。在此,两个涂覆装置的空间距离和时间间隔使得在借助后续的装置涂覆时来自第一装置的润滑漆尚未硬化。
在该构思的改进中还提出,由配给辊和涂覆辊构成的后续的第二装置的涂覆辊以小于板坯区段的输送速度的圆周速度被驱动。这意味着,涂覆辊相对于板坯区段并非无滑差地滚动,而是板坯区段移动得更快。通过这种方式,落后的涂覆辊在将颜料涂覆到板坯区段上时起到了刮板功能。两次的漆涂覆也更紧密地相互关联。
特别地可以规定:由配给辊和涂覆辊构成的第一装置的涂覆辊以相应于板坯区段的输送速度的圆周速度被驱动,从而该涂覆辊相对于板坯区段无滑差地滚动;由配给辊和涂覆辊构成的后续的第二装置的涂覆辊以小于第一装置的涂覆辊的圆周速度且小于板坯区段的输送速度的圆周速度被驱动,从而通过第二装置的涂覆辊起到了刮板功能。
此外表明有利的是,第二装置的涂覆辊以介于板坯区段的输送速度的0.25倍至0.8倍之间、特别是0.3倍至0.5倍之间的圆周速度被驱动。第一装置的涂覆辊的圆周速度优选介于2.0至5.0m/min之间,特别是介于3.0至4.0m/min之间。
尽管前述观点,表明特别有利的是,采用根据本发明的方法也实现了基本上均匀的润滑漆层厚。表明有利的是,从板坯区段的边缘起,实现了如下带有润滑漆的涂层厚度:正交于轧制方向或者在轧制方向上或与轧制方向相反,该带有润滑漆的涂层厚度在1mm的边缘区域内达到额定层厚的至少90%。

具体实施方式
图1示出在整体上标有参考标号2的装置,用于在制造轴向滑动轴承部件时利用润滑漆给扁平的板坯区段3涂层。板坯区段3是指复合材料的一些区段特别是冲裁件,该复合材料包括支撑层4(特别是钢)和涂覆在该支撑层上的由青铜、黄铜或铝合金制成的轴承金属层5。在涂层装置2中用润滑漆给这些板坯区段涂层,从而形成润滑漆层6,该润滑漆层形成轴向滑动轴承部件的面向滑动双方的层。

结果,实现了用润滑漆6给板坯区段3均匀地涂层,其中,涂层进行到相应的板坯区段3的参照辊压或涂覆方向的处于前面的和后面的边缘26、28及两侧的侧边缘。因而板坯区段3的待涂层的上侧没有边缘区域未被涂层。从相应的板坯区段3的两侧的边缘和前面的及后面的边缘26、28起,在1mm的边缘区域内,在正交于轧制方向或者在轧制方向上,带有润滑漆的涂层厚度达到润滑漆涂层的额定层厚的至少90%。额定层厚是指在滑动轴承部件的与边缘相隔2mm以上的区域中形成的厚度。

1.一种用于制造轴向滑动轴承部件的方法,该轴向滑动轴承部件带有支撑层和涂覆在该支撑层上的由青铜、黄铜或铝合金制成的轴承金属层和涂覆在该轴承金属层上的基于聚合物的润滑漆层(6),该润滑漆层必要时带有改善摩擦特性的填充物质,其中,包括所述支撑层和所述轴承金属层的复合材料被提供为金属的扁平材料,其中,由所述扁平材料冲裁出与要制造的轴向滑动轴承的造型相应的板坯区段,其中,用润滑漆给所述板坯区段涂层,用于形成所述润滑漆层(6),其特征在于:采用辊压方法,使用在所述板坯区段上滚动的涂覆辊(14)把所述润滑漆涂覆到所述板坯区段上;为了将润滑漆涂覆到所述涂覆辊(14)上,使得配给辊(12)在所述涂覆辊(14)上滚动,并且把所述润滑漆输入到由此形成的辊间隙中;当所述涂覆辊(14)在所述板坯区段上滚动时,实现对所述板坯区段的涂层,直至所述板坯区段的两侧的边缘以及参照轧制方向处于前面的和后面的边缘(26、28),
其中,在两个相继的分别由配给辊(12)和涂覆辊(14)构成的装置(10、10′)中涂覆所述润滑漆,
其中,由配给辊(12)和涂覆辊(14)构成的后续的第二装置(10′)的所述涂覆辊(14)以小于所述板坯区段的输送速度的圆周速度被驱动,以及
其中,由配给辊(12)和涂覆辊(14)构成的第一装置(10)的所述涂覆辊(14)以相应于所述板坯区段的输送速度的圆周速度被驱动,从而该涂覆辊相对于板坯区段无滑差地滚动;由配给辊(12)和涂覆辊(14)构成的后续的第二装置(10′)的所述涂覆辊(14)以小于所述第一装置(10)的涂覆辊(14)的圆周速度且小于所述板坯区段的输送速度的圆周速度被驱动,从而通过所述第二装置(10′)的涂覆辊(14)起到了刮板功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述涂覆辊(14)位置固定地设置,但能够被驱动旋转;所述板坯区段借助运送和供应机构(20)可平移地且相切地被引至所述涂覆辊(14)并经过该涂覆辊,从而所述涂覆辊(14)能够在所述板坯区段上滚动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)具有由耐受溶剂的聚合物材料构成的表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述聚合物材料是耐受NEP的。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有Rz=15μm-50μm的粗糙度。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有Rz=20μm-40μm的粗糙度。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)具有略微挠性的表面,其方式为,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有至少35且至多65的肖氏硬度。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有至少40的肖氏硬度。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有至少45的肖氏硬度。
10.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有至多60的肖氏硬度。
11.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的表面具有至多55的肖氏硬度。
12.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的直径大于所述配给辊(12)的直径。
13.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述涂覆辊(14)的直径为100mm-250mm和/或所述配给辊的直径为50-150cm。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:所述涂覆辊(14)的直径为100mm-200mm;和/或所述配给辊的直径为80mm-120mm。
15.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于:所述涂覆辊(14)的直径为100mm-150mm;和/或所述配给辊的直径为80mm-120mm。
16.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配给辊(12)具有由金属构成的表面。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属是抛光钢。
18.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的直径为待涂层的板坯区段的最大尺寸的1.5倍至4.0倍。
19.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊(14)的直径为待涂层的板坯区段的最大尺寸的2.0倍至3.0倍。
20.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二装置(10′)的涂覆辊(14)以介于所述板坯区段的输送速度的0.25倍至0.8倍之间的圆周速度被驱动。
21.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二装置(10′)的涂覆辊(14)以介于所述板坯区段的输送速度的0.3倍至0.5倍之间的圆周速度被驱动。
22.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,从所述板坯区段的边缘起,实现了如下润滑漆涂层厚度:在1mm的边缘区域以内,正交于轧制方向、以及在所述轧制方向上及与所述轧制方向相反地,该润滑漆涂层厚度达到额定层厚的至少90%。
23.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支撑层是钢制的。
24.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述轴向滑动轴承部件是针对内燃机曲轴的止推垫圈。
25.一种轴向滑动轴承部件,该轴向滑动轴承部件带有支撑层(4)和涂覆在该支撑层上的由青铜、黄铜或铝合金制成的轴承金属层(5)和涂覆在该轴承金属层上的基于聚合物的润滑漆层(6),该润滑漆层必要时带有改善摩擦特性的填充物质,其中,包括所述支撑层(4)和所述轴承金属层(5)的复合材料被提供为金属的扁平材料,其中,由所述扁平材料冲裁出与要制造的轴向滑动轴承的造型相应的板坯区段(3),其中,用润滑漆给所述板坯区段(3)涂层,用于形成所述润滑漆层(6),其特征在于:所述滑动轴承部件采用根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的方法制得。
26.如权利要求25所述的轴向滑动轴承部件,其特征在于,所述支撑层是钢制的。
27.如权利要求25所述的轴向滑动轴承部件,其特征在于,所述轴向滑动轴承部件是针对内燃机曲轴的止推垫圈。
